Ep.1 the start of the adventure pt1

As terry was walking down the street with a pair of headphones over his ears he felt a tap on his shoulder and turned to see another teenager wearing a trench coat with a black hat and said with a smile after taking his headphones off

"John! Been awhile, how are you?"

John replied saying

"I thought that was you terry, after all who else wears a bright neon blue jacket in the middle of the day"

Terry looked at John and said while grabbing him and putting him into a headlock

"Says you, I remember when you wore neon pink at school for half of the semester"

John got out of the headlock and said while brushing his hair

"I did that because I lost the bet with Spence. speaking of which how is he?"

Terry pointed to an Internet cafe and said

"I'm meeting him their now, btw how's things with Katy?"

John said while showing terry a photo of him and a girl with blonde hair hugging

"Our trip to Tokyo was amazing, oh I nearly forgot that Taylor wanted to give you this"

Terry immediately stopped when John mentioned that name and said while looking at the piece of paper in johns hand

"You know that I won't try for her again"

John put the paper back in his pocket and said with a slightly saddened face

"She messed up I understand but she regrets that she did"

Terry and John were outside a Internet cafe when Terry turned to John and said before entering the cafe

"Let's talk about this later"

John saw terry enter the cafe and said to himself before entering the cafe as well

'Hopefully he can give her another chance"

Once both terry and John entered the cafe they heard a voice say out loud

"Terry over here!"

Terry looked to where the noise came from and saw Spence and a teenage girl sitting at the table and made his way over there with John followed behind him till they reached the table

Once they reached the table terry gave Spence a high five and said while patting John on the shoulder

"Look who I found on my way here"

John looked at terry and said

"Technically I found you"

Spence laughed a little and said while patting the empty seat next to him

"Come on and sit down already, the KingsLand game premier has started"

John sat down next to Spence and terry sat down to the girl across from Spence and saw her drawing on a table when Terry recognized the girl as his sister and said while tapping on her shoulder

"Hey lily, sorry to ruin your date"

Lily turned and said while putting her tablet in her small bag next to her

"Wouldn't be the first time"

Lily looked up and saw John and said with a surprised look

"Oh hey John, so how was the trip to Tokyo with my sister?"

John passed lily his phone and said while showing her all the photos of him and Katy

"I'm surprised you didn't hear from Katy first instead of me"

Lily kept scrolling through the photos and said

"She's still living with our mom for the week before she comes back"

Just then Spence quickly turned the laptop he was typing on and said

"Guys the livestream of KingsLand's release is starting"

Everyone turned to the laptop where it showed

A man and a woman on what looked to be a newsroom with some highlighted text on the bottom of the screen saying

/New KingsLand Release with the CEO of Reality Games/

After reading the title Terry and the rest of them heard the women say to the camera

"Good afternoon Canada, I'm Kaitlin groves and I'm here with the CEO of Reality Games Matthew grimes"

Just then clapping and cheers could be heard before the man smiled and said

"Thank you for having me Kaitlin, it's a pleasure"

Kaitlin then said with a wide smile

"The pleasure is mine, now I hear that the game KingsLand is going to be released in a few short hours but before it starts do you have anything to say to the viewers and the fans about the game?"

Matthew turned to the camera and said

"Yes I do, in KingsLand theirs only one crucial thing to remember"

Kaitlin asked while looking at Matthew

"And what would that be for the people watching"

Matthew turned to Kaitlin and said

"That's to keep what's yours and rise to the top"

Terry suddenly heard a notification on his phone go off and opened his phone to see a delivery order say

(Your order for VR capsule model XR-825 has been delivered to your residence at XXX drive

Thank you for your purchase)

Once terry saw the message he immediately got up and said while showing the others the message

"I got my capsule back home, I gotta go"

Lily looked at terry and said before looking at her phone to see that her capsule was also delivered

"Mine got delivered too"

Spence said while paying attention to the livestream

"Then get going and tell me how the game goes later"

John looked at his phone and said with a disappointed look

"My capsule will be delivered by next week"

Terry patted Johns shoulder and said

"Don't worry about it, I'll be able to help you when you do get it"

Lily got up and said to John while placing her hand on terry

"I'll make sure that he doesn't do anything drastic"

John and Spence laughed before terry lightly hit lily on the head and said before leaving with lily behind him

"Let's go and set up our capsules before KingsLand gets released"
