"T-this...!" Theo was thoroughly surprised to see that the stats of the Village Head is quite monstrous! Level 540?
Just what sort of background does this old man has?!
This Village Head is even more mysterious than his butler. His attention then focused on the 'special status' that indicates this old man's attributes seems to decrease by a large margin due to old age.
Theo shuddered as he imagined how this seemingly old man who was already stepping one foot onto his own grave was like during his peak.
He must be someone famous and a respected figure back during his time!
The only difference between the Village Head and his butler is that, the latter chose to hide his abilities deeply. While the Village Head made no effort to do so. Perhaps because of his old age that people paid less attention to him. Coupled with his degrading abilities as he aged, he couldn't care less anymore.
Anyhow, they don't have the system like he has, so there is no way for them to know how Theo could get a glimpse of their true prowess.

The Village Head scratched his head feeling confused as to why Theo suddenly became silent. But nevertheless, he still waited with keen anticipation.
Waking up from his previous dazed state, Theo cough dryly and choose to investigate this later on. Right now, he needed to focus on development priorities.
"Well.. the only thing is.. almost everyone had already witnessed as to how I was able to create something out of nothing, this will also be the case later on. However.." Theo suddenly halted as he thought for a moment.
The Village head was quite surprised the first time he saw such a phenomena, but with his vast experience, seeing it a second time shouldn't startle him too much anymore.
"However... What is it Lord Theo?" asked the Village Head in his curiousity.
"What I am going to build might not yet exist in this world. Everything will be directly summoned from my wealth reserves back in the upper realm. Thus, I am afraid that the hearts of the fellow villagers here will palpitate too much and blanked out. And I would prefer if this secret remains tightly guarded. At least before we become strong enough to stand on our own." explained Theo with a concerning voice.
Hearing this, the Village Head chuckled and laughed a bit while shaking his head gently, even the butler seemed to be doing the same thing.
For both the Village Head and the butler, what more could surprise them in this life? They have already experienced the turmoil and vissicitudes of life. Mysteries, artifacts and even powerful ancient technology wouldn't be able to faze them even a tiny bit.
At least for the Village Head, the phenomena of creating 'something out of nothing' by Theo the other day was the most bizarre in all of his life. Thus, he was quite confident that nothing else will be able to shock him as much.
Wearing quite a proud and subconscious smug expression, the Village Head replied non-chalantly:
"Ahhh.. there is nothing to fear about this Lord Theo. I am old enough to have experienced many things in life before."
By the side, his butler seemed to be closing both his eyes and nodding repeatedly as if in agreement with what the Village Head said.
What the hell is with their confidence? These two fellas are being so cocky now ee? Don't say that I haven't warn you two! Thought Theo in his head feeling a bit annoyed.
Back when Theo was having a shower in the morning before, he had checked the new ability [Ruler's Mode]. To his surprise, there were many buildings and facilities that he could aready build. Although it was still in Level 1, it is quite complete to run a small village efficiently. All of this required some RP to spend though.
"Very well.. let us first go to the farmlands by the beach." gestured Theo with a wave of his hands. He lead the way on the front with his hands clasped behind his back.

The farmlands by the beach are slightly elevated forming a line of gentle slope hills by its sides. From where Theo stood, the farmlands extended Westwards until the river before the great forest. The river flows all the way down to the beach forming a delta.
The land suitable for farming is quite large for such a small village, about 100 hectares, or 1 km² in total area. However, only perhaps 20% of the land were being used to farm as of now. The rest are still wild grasslands.
When Theo inquiried some of the villagers before why this is as so, their answer is because no one dared to farm near to the Great Forest. It will just be a total waste of time and loss. Even their farms that were located far from it were still ransacked by the stupid mad rabbits from time to time, not to mention farms that were much more nearer.
"The most important step for a humble village like this to develop properly, is to first have a strong agricultural backing." said Theo. This was what he learnt after countless hours playing games like 'Age of Empires' and 'Civilization'.
Both the Village Head and the butler nodded in agreement.
"I will worry about the security against those pests later on, for now, I will cut all these wild grasses and till the soil in one fell swoop!" as he said this, his voice made it seemed like what he was going to do was as normal as breathing air.
Closing his eyes, he used the ability [Ruler's Mode] as his consciousness seems to float away from his body up into the air of about 10 meters. An interface then popped out where he can choose several stuff to build.
He chose the [Field Preparation] that costs 1 RP every quarter of a hectare. He decided to spend 4 RP to develop the land.

Theo then focused his gaze onto a plot nearby the river.
[Ting!]

"Confirm." willed Theo.
[Please wait for a few seconds.]
Closing the interface of his [Ruler's Mode] ability quickly, his consciousness drifted back to his body. He then slowly lifted both of his palms in an upwards motion to the sky, seemingly to conjure something from beneath the ground to surface. With a dramatic expression, he suddenly opened his eyes as he yelled a word out non-chalantly that seems to be ingrained with a mysterious power:
"Form!"
'shinggg!'
The designated area was now filled with a whitish aura, seemingly holy as it hums. In a matter of an instant, the wild grasslands were now devoid of any single blade of grass! Even more fearsome, the soil were now perfectly toiled, ready for seeds to be planted.
When the butler and the Village Head saw this, they were startled, especially the butler who saw such a phenomena for the first time. For the butler, it would be a simple matter for him to graze down a plot of land this size with his magic, although it would require a few seconds at best. But tiling the soil perfectly as well?
'How bizarre!' thought the butler. The Village Head seems to take this event a little bit better from his previous experience.
[Ting!]
[[Field Preparation] completed. Please choose what sort of plant to be developed here.]
"Oho?" Theo was a bit surprised as he was able to choose the type of plants to grow too. His heart chuckled, as now he could act a little more domineering.
"Wheat!" decides Theo.
[Ting!]
[Acknowledged. The crop will require three months to mature.]
"Three months? That won't do at all!" he was just about to show off some more when this happened.
[Ting!]
[Host could accelerate the crop to its full maturity for 30 RP. Proceed?]
When Theo read this, he couldn't help but to curse his system for being a bloodsucker. But he badly wanted to show off, thus he gritted his teeth and chose to proceed. A man has got to do what he got to do after all.
This all take some time to describe but occured in less than a few seconds.
Flinging his sleeves, Theo began to move his hands and fingers at lighting speed, seeming to invoke a series of incantations that is impossible to decipher, similar to those hand symbols gesture used by the shinobi in the anime 'Naruto'.
Ending his bullshit incantation with a slap of both of his palm together, he yelled a sentence as he moved both of his palm upwards again:
"Sabaku Tenshou!" with a dramatic archaic voice.
He seemed to recall this particular line being used in 'Naruto' before, but couldn't care less what it means or if it is even correct in its meaning. He just thought of it as cool and perfect to use at the heat of the moment.
As the clouds above began to rumble, the land suddenly seemed to vibrate and quaked a little bit. Next, a sprout began to rise from the soil forming its first leaf. Then, in a matter of seconds it rose straight up and finally matured.

"I-impossible! T-this is i-impossible!" screamed both of the old fellas.
Their mind was now being rattled and f*cked so hard that they began to slap each other on the face to check if this was a dream. After confirming it is indeed reality, they both muttered the word 'impossible' again as their mouth was wide agape.
Not only them, even the surrounding villagers who happened to see this showcase of a miracle performed by Theo could not help but to be stunned as beads of sweat formed on the forehead. Each seemingly to say the word 'impossible'.
Most of these masses began to kowtow towards Theo as their awe and reverence hit the sky.
"M-my L-Lord Theo, h-how did you do this?" asked his butler with a stutter.
"This? It is nothing. Back in my old realm, I can grow a mountain full of ancient medicinal herbs from the legends with a flip of my palm." replied Theo with a bit of a smug on his face.
His butler was thoroughly surprised by his master here. To grow wheat crops out of nothing? If that was just it, it wouldn't shock him too much. But growing them all to maturity in a matter of few seconds?
Even the forbidden time accelaration life magic locked away by the magician's echelon society could not compare to the method that his master used here that was as natural as breathing!
'see that? What happened to the confidence smug faces that you two old fellas showed to me before hmm? Now you both looked no less than dumb monkeys!' grinned Theo as he marvelled their contorting expression with a side glance.
"Now, I shall summon my divine chariot to harvest all of this wheat!"
Gritting his teeth, Theo spent another 50 RP to the system to request for a modern combine harvestor machine to be added into the shop, which costs another 20 RP to buy. He bought one as he was determined to shock these two old fellas to death so they wouldn't dare to show him their smug faces anymore in the future!
When one wants to act tough, then one must do so with utmost domination!
A seemingly big chunk of metals clumped together suddenly appeared out of nowhere that puzzled the two old fellas. Eventhough they didn't know what it was, but from the appearance alone, this chunks of strapped metal with that sharp coiling tooth at the front seems to be able to tear through armies and soldiers, shredding them to meat paste!
Was their Lord now going to march to the state to murder some random pedestrians in a showcase of power?
Just as they both nodded to each other to stop the Lord from acting rash, Theo had already climbed on top of the so-called divine chariot to start the engine.
'tack tack! BROOOMMMM!'
A loud noise came out from the divine chariot that threatened to burst their eardrums. They were again shocked to hear such a fearsome warcry from the divine chariot of their Lord. It seems that this thing posseses domineering might!
Laughing his head off, Theo struck the forward pedal as he began to harvest the wheat leaving behind the stumped old fellas behind him. After a single cycle, Theo returned with a light graceful hop to the ground from the machine.
"Look, I've harvested quite a lot eeey?" gleed Theo with a playful tone.
White foam flushed out from both the butler and the Village Head's mouth as they were surprised beyond words that they almost fainted.
