become a guild owner in another world

a young man who admires people who run businesses and adventurers' needs and wants to become the owner of an adventurer's guild one day but because his world strictly forbids open murder he can't establish an adventurer's guild and spends most of his time just admiring the adventurer's guild owner, day by day he run his life like a normal person, not top and not bottom, but it all ends.
