48 What if...He likes her?
"So guys….Why are we gathered here?" Mia asked.
It has been two days since the second semester had started.
All the girls were gathered on the rooftop of the school. Mia was the last one to reach there.
Looking at everyone's serious expressions, she was worried a bit, if something had happened.
"We are here to talk about something very important.." April said.
"Did something happen? What is it?" Mia asked again.
"We all are gathered here to take down our enemy." So Hee said making a fist in the air.
Mia looked at her confused. Then she looked at others. Besides her, Hana was the other one who was clueless about all this.
Looking at their faces, Ye Rin said, "We are going to make Ray and Gyuri break up!"
"WHAT?" Mia literally screamed.
"Shhhh….Mia….Even the walls have ears.." So Hee said as she pushed her finger on her own lips.
"What are you—"
"Oh, Wow! It's like saving a princess from a monster! But it's just that, we have a prince here and a witch!" Hana said as her eyes sparkled on her own imaginations.
Mia looked at her with a weird look. 'What the hell is she talking about….'
"That's right, my girl." So Hee came towards Hana and wrapped her arm around her neck.
"….We'll call it…..Mission 'Save the Prince from the Witch'…..Thanks, Hana, for the name." So Hee said as she winked at her. Hana giggled.
"Wait…Wait, you guys…" Mia came in between. "Are you serious about this? I mean…Why do you want to do this?"
"I don't want my brother with that girl. Simple!" April said as she folded her hands.
"That's right! A perfect guy like him…with that wicked girl? Impossible!" So Hee said.
"You are saying this because you are crazy for him." Ye Rin said with a smirk.
"So what? Who isn't? Every single girl is crazy for him." So Hee said.
"Well, not every girl….I, Mia, and even Hana isn't like that…Right, girls?" Ye Rin looked at both of them.
Hana nodded while Mia was lost in her thoughts.
"What happened, Mia?" Ye Rin asked.
As if realizing something, April said, "Oh! Are you worried about Gyuri? Because..you know....she was your best friend and all…"
"Well, she is not now!" So Hee said as she came in front of Mia.
"Mia, look at me."
She looked up at So Hee.
"Did you forget what she did with you?
How she treated you and spread wrong things about you?"
"Yeah. People still talk bad things about you." Hana said with a lower voice.
"That's right. I know, you two were inseparable…but now, it's not the time to think about those things…The Gyuri you knew is completely changed…She has turned into a witch now!
And I can't see my brother dating a witch!"
Mia looked at April, who was looking really worried for her brother.
"My brother is smart and all….but he just doesn't know how to recognize people…He trusts everyone…He is really naïve ….kind of like you, Mia…
And that's why I am really worried about him.."
"Yeah! And to take down that girl, we need you the most." Ye Rin said looking at Mia.
She didn't say anything for a while.
After thinking for some time, she opened her mouth to speak,
"You all are correct…"
All the girls looked at her in the hope she'd say 'Yes' to this mission.
"But…What if…."
Girls looked at her frowned.
"What if…He really has feelings for her?
What if, he really likes her?"
The girls looked at her, surprised. They were not expecting this question from her; which they had also failed to consider.
'Damn…Why does she always have a point?' So Hee thought.
"If we do it….Wouldn't it break his heart?" Mia asked again. She was more worried about Ray than she was about Gyuri.
On this question, everyone's face darkened.
The silence got spread everywhere as no one talked anything further.
Only the sound of the blowing wind could be heard.

"When are you going to give us those?" One girl asked.
"We did what you told us to." The other girl said.
"You promised us to give us the notes of the topper of your class…So we lied to Ray about that girl, Mia, and you having a fight in the girl's room; and that we saw her pushing you on the ground…"
"Shhh…Lower your voice, idiots! What if someone hears you…" Gyuri quickly looked here and there.
The girls were standing surrounding Gyuri at the end of the hallway, near the stairs.
"I told you, I'll give you the notes, which will make you pass the final exams...
So just keep quiet and wait.
Don't forget you are juniors. So never ever raise your voice over me."
"Isn't that funny?" One girl said with a smirk.
"The girl you got rid of is the one whose notes you are giving to us….and I also heard that you guys were best friends!"
"Shut up! Don't poke your nose in other's business.
Care about yourselves. Don't forget that you have failed the first term exams…"
Gyuri gave them a mean look. "So just do what is told. Understood?"
"Yeah…Yeah…Whatever…" The other girl rolled her eyes.
"Meet me here tomorrow. I'll give you those stupid notes."
"Okay…."
"And don't you ever dare to open your mouth to anyone…or I'll…"
"Yeah...Yeah…Alright…"
And the girls went up on the stairs.
After having a quick look everywhere, Gyuri went towards the hallway.
But they all didn't have any clue about one thing, that…
Mia had heard everything, hiding under the stairs!

At the same time, the same message was received on four different cell-phones.
'Huh? Whose number is this?' Everyone thought as they opened their phones to see the message.
"The Mission 'Save the Prince from the Witch' is ON!
- Mia"
All the four girls were looking at the message with surprise.
"Yesss!!!" So Hee got up from her seat and exclaimed happily.
April's face lightened as she read the message.
Hana smiled when she heard So Hee's voice from the back seats.
'I knew this was gonna happen!' Ye Rin thought to herself as a smirk appeared on her face.

'That's it Gyuri! You did a lot of bad things but I ignored because I was thinking about the times we had spent together.
But not anymore! You've already crossed the line. And now I have to enter the game to show you your right place!'
Mia clenched her fist as she was looking at the message she had just sent.
'The game is ON!'
