10 The Assignment...

"So, you all can submit your assignments today, till school is over. Is that clear? ", a loud voice of Science teacher, Mr. Jeon filled the whole classroom.

"Mia, bring all the assignments to me before you go home."

"Yes, Teacher"

"Hey Mia, Did you finish the assignment?", asked Gyuri while taking a bite of her lunch.

"Yeah. I completed it on the last weekend only."

"Ughh…Why did I even ask you, if I knew the answer already.", said Gyuri pouting.

"Why? What happened? Don't tell me, you forgot to do it again."

"Yes! I mean No!

I forgot it…But I remembered it last night.

Soo….I have an assignment with me…but I don't think anyone will understand what's written in it."

"What do you mean?", asked Song Min Jee who was sitting beside Min Anha.

Gyuri smiled goofily.

"…That means she was dozing off while writing it.

And by anyone….means not even 'she' can understand what has written. Right, Gyuri?", said Mia and pinched Gyuri's cheek.

"Ow…."

Gyuri's pouted face, made all of them laugh.

"Hey, Anha. What about you? Did you do it too?", asked Gyuri.

"Umm…Well.."

"What? You didn't do it? Yess! Now I am relieved."

"What do you mean? I am not like you to forget such things, alright?", said Anha arrogantly.

"Hey..hey…Don't be so rude, Anha. You know she didn't mean it.", said Mia calming her down.

"Yeah…whatever..", said Anha. And then she closed her lunch box and went outside with loud and grumpy steps.

Looking her going away, Min Jee also followed her hurriedly.

"What is wrong with her?"

"She'll be alright. Don't worry. You know how she is.", said Gyuri.

"Guys, you all go ahead. I'll drink some water and be back soon.", said Ray to his friends while running towards the classroom.

Ray had made new friends in just a couple of days. He was funny, friendly and a free spirit. All the boys were getting along with him already.

Anha opened Mia's bag and took out her assignment carefully. Then she opened it and started copying it on a paper. Hurriedly she copied all the points while looking here and there, to see if anyone is coming.

Whenever she looked up, Ray hid behind the wall.

Then she drew the diagrams also.

' Why is she copying Mia's assignment?'

After finishing her copying, Anha said, "Now, I won't get less marks than her. And I will give the assignment at the very end, so that mine will be checked first and Teacher won't think that I copied her.", a smirk appeared on her face.

"That is the stupidest idea I have ever heard!"

"Huh?", Anha shocked hearing those words.

Her eyes got bigger and her legs started trembling as she saw Ray standing at the door.
