14 "Get Prepared!"

"Students, as we all know, the final exams are starting from next Monday. I hope you all are prepared really well for them.

All the best to everyone.", said Mrs. Jang.

She left the classroom giving thumps up to everyone and wishing best luck.

Everyone got up sighing and started to leave the classroom.

" I don't want to study..."

"Why there are exams all the time?..."

"I can't understand about anything..."

"I donno from where to start the study…."

Everyone was complaining about the exams as they always do.

Mia packed her bag and came near Gyuri's seat.

Gyuri's seat was to the far left of the classroom near the door.

Mia came to her; Gyuri was just sitting, staring at the board without even blinking her eyes.

"Hey…Gyuri…Let's go home."

"….."

"Gyuri?"

"I am doomed!"

"Huh?"

"I am doomed!...Aaaaaaa", Gyuri held her own hair and started to pull them.

"Ya….Are you crazy?", yelled Mia while taking Gyuri's hands down.

"I am crazy!.....My father would kill me if I don't get 75 plus percentage this year."

" What are you talking about? He wouldn't do that, idiot.

And why are you so nervous? You can get good marks…."

"…I don't think so…", Gyuri interrupted.

"What happened to the notes I gave you?

Did you revise them?"

Gyuri just looked at her blankly.

"Notes?"

Mia slapped her palm on her own head.

"Yes! …The notes I gave you two weeks ago, so you'd get a lot of time to study this time!

I highlighted all the important points in them and even solved the problems which were tricky."

Gyuri's eyes widened as she remembered about it.

"Remember?"

"Aaaaaa.....The notes!

I kept them in my drawer of my study table so that I'll remember when…."

"And you never opened that drawer again. Right?", Mia said with a cold expression.

"Yeah….Hehe"

"Don't laugh.", Mia said angrily.

"Sorry Mia. I really forgot about it…"

Gyuri took Mia's both hands in hers.

"I am really sorry….Please help me.

I can't study this much in three days. My Maths is good but Science just gives me chills and English...I can't even talk about it…..Ughhh….

Please Mia, Please help me this time…"

Mia took few steps ahead and stood near the door.

Gyuri's eyes were about to get teary.

"Tomorrow Morning. My house. 10 a.m. sharp!"

Mia said without even looking back.

Gyuri's face lightened.

She smiled wide.

"You are the best!", yelled Gyuri and hugged Mia from back.

"Let's go now."

And Mia walked out of the classroom.

"Yeah…", Gyuri took her bag hurriedly and followed Mia in the hallways.

Gyuri knew that Mia was really strict about her studies and she didn't like any changes in her schedule during exam times.

She felt really happy, seeing Mia making time to teach her and on the last two days before exams.

'That's why she is my best friend….', Gyuri smiled inside.

She walked fast and reached at Mia.

Holding her right arm, clinging to her, she said, "You won't be harsh on me. You won't scold me. Right?"

Mia just looked to her right with a cold gaze.

Gyuri blinked her eyes several times to act cute.

But it didn't affect Mia.

"Get prepared!", said Mia without even changing her expressions.

And then she again looked forward.

'Now I am really doomed!!!!!!.....Hehehe'
