The previous vulture king who lost his seat and now a leader gathered his beastmen together and started talking "Tribesmen, I have an important announcement to make" as he confirmed their attention he continued "As of today I'm stepping down from my seat, the previous king's son who is now an Immortal beastman came today and claimed his place back. I thereby advise you to respect and follow him from now on"

The other vulture beastmen were shocked because of the sudden announcement and started murmuring among themselves. A female with short Auburn hair and brown eyes stepped forward and questioned coyly "Does our new king have a female by his side?" She was Selene the most beautiful female of their tribe, her intentions were clear, she wanted to become a mate with the new king and alleviate her position as queen.

The leader narrowed his eyes at the ever selfish and arrogant female of his tribe and busted her happy bubble "Our tribe already as a queen, and I don't want to hear you blabbering this in front of my lord" he warned her.

Selene turned red with embarrassment and walked to one of her mates. The leader sighed and continued talking "After becoming the king, his first order for us is to reallocate our tribe. Get ready with your things, we will start our journey to the beast city"

The vulture beastmen were shocked by the sudden decision started opposing it "We cannot leave this place, this is where our ancestors resided"

Many other beastmen also supported this claim and murmured amongst themselves. As the leader tried to talk about something, Victor entered the scene making everyone silent, he glanced at the beastmen who opposed his decision and said in a cold voice "Your ancestors also died here, do you want me to send you to them?"

The beastmen flinched because of his words, his words indicated that he would kill anyone who dares question his authority. On another side, the females were in awe looking at the handsome young king who was also an immortal beastman, they couldn't help but feel envious of the king's mate.

Victor crossed his hands on his chest and continued talking "My decision in this matter is absolute, I want everyone to get moving tomorrow" he swept his glance at everyone "Got it?"

All beastmen bowed their head and said in unison "Yes my lord"

Victor turned back and started walking with the leader, as he continued walking he spoke "What is your name?"

The leader smiled "Felix my lord"

"Felix, you are a good leader but too soft, don't let the ones below you run their mouth as they please, standing in the highest position demands fear as much as justice, Remember that I will not tolerate such behavior in future," Victor advised

Felix bowed his head "I will keep that in my mind, my lord"

Victor nodded his head and proceeded walking, Felix fidgeted with his hand and nervously opened his mouth "My lord, can you stay here for dinner?"

"I can't, I informed my queen that I would return soon" Victor replied instantly

Felix chuckled "You must like her very much my lord"

"Of course, it is natural for me to like her very much" he declared

Felix smiled "Queen must be a pretty female"

Victor smiled smugly "You will be shocked once you look at her, I can watch her face all day long and not get bored. My female is the most beautiful of all"

"I dare not doubt your words my lord" Felix replied

Then Victor continued blabbering about Lyra like he was a fool in love "Do you know how I met her? I was injured and alone in the forest waiting for my death, but a goddess descended in front of me and saved my life, she bandaged my wound and looked after me. Which female will help a dying stranger? but she did, not only is she beautiful but also brave and kind, You should feel thankful for having such a great queen to serve"

"I'm indeed thankful my lord" Felix replied stifling his laugh because of Victor's exaggerated description of their first meeting. He thought that his lord was someone serious and cold but he didn't expect him to be such a hopeless lover.

Then he glanced at Victor "How many mates does the queen have my lord?"

Victor's face turned sour as soon as he heard that, he angrily grumbled "She has one wolf and one snake"

Felix noticed his dark countenance and didn't pursue that topic anymore.

After settling the matter in Arcelia mountain, Victor returned to the mermaid island. He was in a very pleasant mood because of completing his female's first request, he caught a glimpse of her gorgeous face from far and smiled brightly, as he went to reach her, his smile dropped and his face turned dark.

Lyra was watering the vegetables in front of her house when she was whirled by an unknown force and ended up against a sturdy chest of a man. She was shocked by the sudden movement and struggled to move but froze when she heard a familiar voice "I missed you, Lilly"

Right at that moment, her eyes were filled with tears and she pulled back a little and faced him, She felt a lump in her throat because of various emotions, her shivering fingers made their way towards his handsome face and caressed it, Blake smiled at her leaned his face on her palm and closed his eyes "I can finally breath now"

Lyra's heart tugged hearing his tired but relieved voice, she cupped his face and kissed his lips as she continued weeping, after their reunion kiss, Blake wiped her tears and said in a choked voice "You missing me this much made my absence a worth. I love you my beautiful Lilly"

Lyra cried even more after hearing his sad voice and hugged him "I love... I love you so much, do you know how much I missed you?"

"I know I know" Blake felt sorry for making her cry so much, so he held and consoled her by caressing her head and cooed, "Don't cry anymore, Lilly, don't you want to see our babies?"

Lyra instantly stopped crying and hiccupped "Babies? Where are they?"

"Let us get inside the house first" before he finished talking, she jumped down from his embrace and ran inside the house.

Blake chuckled seeing her hopping like a rabbit and turned to his side but narrowed his eyes as he caught sight of someone he knew, he strode towards him "Victor?"

Victor clenched his jaw trying to control himself from losing his cool and smirked at Blake "It's been a long time Blake"

Blake frowned in confusion "What are you doing in mermaid island?"

"This is where my beloved is living" Victor deadpanned

Blake raised his brows in surprise "You have someone you love?"

"Is it that hard to believe?" Victor asked angrily

Blake chuckled "Of course not, I was just surprised to hear those words from you"

Victor glared at him "Things can change with time"

"True, I also never imagined having a mate but now I can't imagine living without her" Blake replied nodding his head

"True, I also can't imagine living without her" Victor agreed

"Where does your female live on this island?" Blake asked the most curious question he had in his mind from the beginning

Victor pointed his finger at the stone house "There, my beloved is currently inside the house"

Blake's face turned grimy in an instant, he flicked his tongue in a threatening way 'Ssssss' "Victor, don't test my patience in my Lilly's matter, This one time, I will treat this as a joke and spare your stupid finger which pointed towards my mate's house"

Victor's eyes turned into slits like a wild beast "I'm not joking though, that is the place where my female lives, Lyra is my beloved female"

The next moment Blake attacked Victor with his tail and Victor transformed into his beast form and attacked back with his beak. Two immortal beastmen's fight garnered everyone's attention in the surrounding. Mermen who were guarding the island panicked because of the high damage that both were creating, a merman staggered in his steps and ran towards the wave city to inform thier King about the matter.

In the castle of wave city, the mermaid king and Gregory were chatting leisurely when they heard the loud slamming of the door they were in. The King frowned "What is that commotion outside?"

The next second the guard merman dashed inside the room and fell to his knees "Your majesty! The island is in jeopardy, two immortal beastmen are fighting each other, our land will perish if they continue"

Both king and Gregory froze in their place, the king came out of his stupor and questioned "Who are they?"

The merman fidgetted and answered "One is a snake king and another one is a stray beast king, Your majesty we should stop them as soon as possible"

The King slumped into his chair "I should have known about this when the stray beast leader came here" he banged on the table "I neglected it!"

Gregory glanced at his angry friend "Do you know why they are fighting?"

The King nodded his head grimly "Just a few days ago the stray beast leader came to meet me requesting to send Lyra with them, unfortunately, their king fell in love with her, I sent them away after scaring them by mentioning Blake's name but I think that thier king is a stubborn guy"

Gregory's eyes turned red in fury "That stray beast bastard dares covet my daughter?" he seethed and started walking out of the castle.

The mermaid king held his hand and stopped him from walking "Let me complete my words first, The stray beast king is not a stray beastman, he just became their king after becoming an immortal beastman. Everything is happening just as your prophecy, it is her destiny, Greg, think before doing something"

Gregory closed his eyes trying to calm himself and looked at the king with sad eyes "Hell with that prophecy! why does that child have to go through this? I already feel sorry for her for leading a false life in some other world not even getting a chance to remember her parents, and now, she has to soothe some bad-tempered, emotionally traumatized beastmen and heal them, What is she? A medicine?"

They continued conversing and soon reached the shore and blinked their eyes in disbelief because of the amount of damage created in just a few minutes. Trees were rooted out of the ground, many stone houses were crushed down to dust, Beastmen were panicking and carrying their females to safety. But the most bizarre thing that they witnessed was that nothing happened around Lyra's house, even in their fury they chose a farther place to combat.
