19 The Hunt
"Help, Jin," Eunica whispers.

"Hey, are you sulking? Wake up, hey!" Jin's been knocking Eunica's door.
But she won't answer.
He can't even hear a thing inside.
"What? You're really angry?" Jin just looks at the door.
'She's trying too hard to avoid me,' Jin thought.
'Should I enter?' He was about to open the door but it's locked.
"Whatever, see you around," For some reason, Jin's annoyed.
He doesn't know why but he's irritated with how Eunica reacted yesterday.
"Doesn't she want my help?" He asks himself while walking around the hallway.
He suddenly had a thirst for sweets so he made his way to the cafeteria but the hallway before it, he saw the biscuits on the floor.
"What the- Angel!" He smells Eunica's fragrant from it and he panicked.
'Something's wrong,' he thought while running to the Office of Force, he needs Hyung.
"Angel, what happened? Where are you?"

"I need to get out of here," finally, Eunica gathered her strength and stands up.
But it aches so much that after several steps, she'll fall down.
"Ugh, how can I hide from Jin if I'm like this?" She leans on the door but someone opened it, making her take a step back.
Her face lights up with a wide smile.
"Jin!" She shouted.
But it's not him.
The man ran to her and covered her mouth.
Eunica's eyes were full of fear.
A tear escaped from her eyes while the man slowly gets closer to her.
He puts his index finger on his lips, "Shh, someone will hear you."
His grin, his eyes, Eunica knows that it's him who did that to her even though she can't remember.
She tried to fight back but she's too weak and it's painful.
"Oh, what a girl, you can fight! Glad I did that to you last night. Ah~ I enjoyed you," He covers Eunica's mouth with his left hand and then punched her on her stomach.
"Ach!" Eunica's breath suddenly stopped from the punch.
She felt suffocating.
She felt pain ran all over her body once more.
She felt... helpless.
'Jin's right, I can't protect myself,' she thought while tears stream down her face and her breath still stuck.
She puts her hand on her stomach while she's on her knees in front of the man.
He closed the door and bent his knees to see Eunica's face.
"My, your prettier when you're crying and... afraid?"
His face suddenly grew demonic.
"No one will hear you, your friends won't be able to find you. This place is... on the other side of the building, it's in between the explosion... No one goes here. Underconstruction~" he traces Eunica's tears.
'What? No way, there's electricity, I'm not stupid!' she thought while grinning, 'We're on the same building.'
"What's that?" He looked shocked with Eunica's grin, "You want to get hurt again?"
He pushed her head on the floor.
She screamed from pain, it's the same from what she woke up with.
As if her head's been hammered but it's like breaking with what he did.
"I don't know why the President's pissed off about you, he will be happy to see you like this!"
He pulls her from the floor and caressed her face with her blood.
"My, aren't your eyes pretty?"
Her courage earlier slowly fades as her vision became blurry and she blacked out.
"Aw, she's asleep. I'll call Pres!"
He threw Eunica on the floor and called the President.
"Hey, I have your princess here, wanna see her?"
He wiped the blood from his newly put on uniform and looks at Eunica.
"Yeah, she's gonna die later, yeah? That pretty boy? No, he doesn't know. No, we're just beside her room. Remember the old V.I.P. room I used and then changed the sign. Yep, hear me? No, I used glass scent. Anyone who passes there won't be able to hear anything even that animal. Yes, just come over! We have a killing party!"

"What? Maybe you're just overreacting?" Hyung laughs at Jin who's holding the bag of biscuits.
"She locked her room, of course, she doesn't want you to hear her or anything, remember when you were kids? She even stops her breathing for you not to find her, making her pass out?" He once again laughs.
Jin just looks at Hyung.
He's right, Eunica might've passed by the biscuits which is why it smells like her.
Eunica will go through hell to avoid Jin.
"Yeah, I'll just... I'm just worried because he's here," Jin frowns.
'Why do we have to fight during this time?'
"No worries, she'll come out later when she's hungry."
A thought suddenly popped in Jin's head.
"You have spare keys, right? Can we open her room? I'm just worried, I'll take the blame," Jin looks determined and scared.
Hyung never saw Jin like that even when they were young.
"Uh, yeah. We'll come with you just in case," Hyung was ready to go out with the keys when Dr. Arlene arrived.
She was almost out of breath from running.
Her face is pale and fear was all over her expression.
"What happened?" Hyung asks.
"Eunica, where is she?!" She almost shouts from nervousness.
"Wait, relax. What is happening? She's on her room," Hyung pats Dr. Arlene's back and lets her sit.
"Why?" Jin asks, confused with how Dr. Arlene reacted.
"There..." she took a deep breath, still tired from the running, "there were soldiers who passed out near the cafeteria just now. And it's because of a sleeping scent, I just wanted to check on you guys, but Eunica's room is locked."
"Oh, they had a fight," Hyung points at Jin, "And you know when they fight."
Jin knows that something's off.
While Hyung and Dr. Arlene were still talking about what happened, Jin grabs the keys from Hyung and dashed off.
"JIN!" Hyung followed him with some soldiers then Dr. Arlene followed.
'Angel,' he can't take off his mind from Eunica.
Especially with what is happening around.
After some turns and prayers, they arrived at her room.
But the moment Jin opened the room, he knows something happened and went directly to the Office of the President without waiting for the others.
"JIN!" Hyung just checked on the room, "Dr. Arlene, ready the Cleansing System, she's not here. It's him," and then ran after Jin.
Dr. Arlene's felt the fear, she held herself tightly, trying to remove what happened in her mind.
"I have to save Eunica before it's too late," she ran back to the Office of the Force.
'Sore, I'm going to kill you if you touch her!' She opened the old room in the office where the Cleansing system is located.
It is used to clean the base from any potion or chemicals used in it to cause harm.
Sore, the personal assistant of the President, is a demonic man whose lust can't control.
He harassed Dr. Arlene before and if Hyung wasn't there she might've lost it.
He might've killed her.
And now, Eunica.
"Hang on there, Eunica!"
Dr. Arlene then pushes the activate button and the system began doing its job.
It might take at least 15 minutes before every inch of the potion is removed.
And during that, Jin and Hyung were ready to confront the President when they saw that he's not in his office.
"I'm going to kill him!"
Jin's anger can't be contained anymore.
He's about to transform.
And it is more dangerous, not only for him but for Eunica as well.
"We'll find her," Hyung pats Jin's shoulder to wake him up from anger, "She's strong."
