The conversation was simple between them. And that was, Walter putting a blindfold over his eyes and covering his ears.
It earned the confusion of Beatrix Sprin and the receptionist.
But Iris Borough had determinedly put her finger across the map.
"There. I want you to send multiple adventurers—no, an expedition there. Um, preferably one to scout first and then uh…"
"What exactly is there, Miss?" the receptionist frowned.
Iris Borough bit her lip and resisted the urge to curse. She could see the judgmental look on the receptionist's face. There were doubts there.
"It doesn't matter. I can go there on my own." Beatrix Sprin said. She was confused but somewhat elated that there were people who wished for her to go to the same exact location—her eyes widened.
She threw a callous look at the receptionist before addressing Iris.
"Your friend over there… um, whatever. You have people you're looking for, right?"
