Sara was in daze again to figure out why did everything turn so well in matter of no time. Li Qiang had already figured out that she was being doubtful so Li Qiang just gave her some water and said "I have something to take care of.. If you want anything you can just call me out anytime, I will be in my study.." He then turned back to leave the room and he remembered something just when he was about to open the door "My family Doctor will come in sometime to check on you.." he said that nonchalantly and walked away. He emphasized 'my family Doctor' on purpose.

What Sara could not see was he was having a smile on his face while turning away from her.

Poor lamb was about to get herself into the claws of the tiger.

After couple of minutes the Doctor who had treated Sara before appeared near the door. This time he was having a sly fox face on him. He looked very fatherly figure. But only one other person knew about Doctor's true intentions today, that was Li Qiang.

"hello my dear... How are you feeling today???" taken aback Sara had no clue why he spoke to her as if he knew her. It did not take much time for her to relate her condition from that cellar to now in this huge bedroom. She figured out that this doctor must be the one who treated her when everything went blank in cellar.

Sara gave a cautious smile "I am feeling better.. So you are the family Doctor of Li Qiang?"

He almost choked when he heard his young master's name without being addressed formally. He would never ask her about this until he wishes to die in misery in Li Qiang's hands.

"Well my name is Pie... Len Pei.. Am serving young master's family since his father was the head.." he started to check the pulse of Sara while he looked at his watch.

Sara was very unsure of how to ask further but she did not hold it back any more.."doctor pei??does Li Qiang have any problem??"

Pei looked at her while still holding her wrist and checking her pulse "I can understand your concern with your situation.." he then let her hand go and took his stethoscope to check on her breathing. "our young master indeed suffers from acute stress disorder.. The reason am telling you this is to let you know that he is not intentionally bad person.."

Sara was happy with her evaluation about Li Qiang being so soft when she first met him and his horrifying behavior in the cellar towards her. It sure seemed like two different people to her. Little did she know that she was being played. Li Qiang is making her think so.

"you see.. Our young master cannot control his anger and he does things which he doesn't allow himself to do when he is calm, which is mostly every day.. Very rare that he looses his cool and his brain doesn't allow him rational thinking.." he looked at Sara and took some injection. Sara did not have much questions about the injection.. According to her 'doctors are living gods who can treat people's illness' there are no bad doctors. Her naive thought made her believe this fox infront of her. She felt sorry for Li Qiang. She decided to let her guard down just a little now.

"you have recovered much faster than i thought.. You can peacefully walk around if you are bored in this room..ok??" Pei smiled at her, packed his small kit and left after getting an assuring nod from Sara.

So now according to her Li Qiang was just furious by her father's words towards his family and lost his sense of thinking. After all mental illness is no joke. So when Li Qiang had realized what he had done out of his stress disorder, He is trying to make amends.

Li Qiang was in his study when his secretory walked in. "young master..Miss Sara was willing to walk outside so according to your orders we have tightened the security to eye on her every move without her knowledge. She is right now in the garden.."

Li Qiang just nodded and shut his laptop down.

In the garden while Sara was walking in between the rose plantation she saw that there were not many body guards around. It was even less secured than her home. She felt a little ease and walked towards a bench that was under a tree.

"do you mind if i sit here?" a voice startled her from behind and she saw Li Qiang. She first stood up with a shudder and then slowly looked down thinking about running away.

Li Qiang observed her expression "my heart aches when i hurt people without my knowledge and they look at me with fear... " Li Qiang's words made Sara feel little guilty. After all he is suffering something that is not in his control.

"am sorry.." Sara looked at him apologetically. When her gaze met him, she could see painful frown on his face. It made her feel even more sorry for this man. "you can for sure sit here Mr.Li Qiang" her lips twitched into a beautiful concerned smile for him.

'GOT YOU!!!!!!' Li Qiang thought in his head and sneered inside, he also patted his back for his achievement and acting skills. Oscar award worthy. His award was Sara's trust.
