But things didn't end there, Haru blew in Kaiden's ear that irritated him even more. As when Kaiden's about to land his fist on him, the man's body reacted faster than normal. "Chill!" he exclaimed.

"I'm not the type of person who wants to waste time," said Kaiden.

Haru can sense the awkwardness between the two of them and just came up with a solution to laugh it off. "Well then, see you when I see you!" he waved his hand on Kaiden as he left the place with a smirk on his face.

'When will you change?' Haru's last thought before going.

Kaiden sighed, "Arrogant bastard. He doesn't even belong in this area."

Childe coughed, "Sir, should we go in?" he asked.

With the nod that his boss gave, he does his job and leads the way into the place where they are supposed to be if only Haru didn't interfere.

"Who's in charge of guarding the place?" asked Kaiden.

"I'm not quite sure, Sir. But I believe it was Chillo," he replied.

"Chillo? When did he come back?" The confusion is obvious in his voice.

With that question, Childe flinched. 'Shit!' he just said something that he will regret later.

Kaiden noticed his reaction, "Tell me," He commanded.

'I'm in danger.'

"L- Last night, Sir…" his voice now is lower than usual but that didn't escape Kaiden's ear to twitch.

"Last night, huh?" He didn't say anything after that and just followed him, going to where the bodies were.

Later on, a man's face who's guarding the door brightens the moment he sees the two men that's approaching the place he's standing on.

"Yuki! Childe!" He greeted, happily. But the moment he realized something, the smile on his face quickly vanished.

"A- Ah… H- Hehe…" he then scratches the back of his neck.

Childe is in the same position as Chillo, the both of them can't do anything but to shut up and wait for Kaiden to speak.

"You came back last night huh, Chillo?" he started.

It's as if Chillo's mouth is zipped that he's unable to say anything but to nod with what he asked.

But his pitiful state didn't make Kaiden stop, "Why didn't you tell me?"

Chile nudged Childe's arm. But he just looked at him, he didn't say anything to help his dear brother. The nerves on Chillo's forehead are getting visible after what Childe reacted.

"I- I want to s-surprise you…" he mumbles. But the heavens are not on his side. No matter how low his voice is, Kaiden still heard him.

"For Pete's sake, Chillo. You're supposed to rest. Surprise me? Well, I gave you that. You surprised me the moment Childe said that you were the one who's guarding this place," his answered.

"I can't with the both of you," he then massaged his temples.

After his speech, he didn't hesitate to enter the room where the bodies were. "We don't want to waste time, right?" he talked to himself. But the moment he gets in, the smell of the body has filled his nose which makes him cover it with the handkerchief that's in his pocket. He can't help but go out of the room because of the strong and disgusting smell from it.

The moment he got out of the room; Childe received an earful sermon from him. "You said the bodies were found dead earlier? It smells rotten!" It's not him to give someone a lecture but the stench of the room is making his head ache.

"In fact, it's like the bodies haven't been disposed of for a week," he added. "Chillo, go get me a gas mask." he ordered.

"A gas mask? Was it that smelly?" Chillo's curiosity once again filled himself up.

"Want to try going in?" asked Kaiden, but he shakes his head right away because of the fact that Kaiden's usually not complaining about the stench of something.

"Please wait for me to get a gas mask," he then bowed before leaving.

Kaiden turned his attention to Childe and asked him to pass him the papers. He decided to scan it again to see if there's some parts that he missed reading. But when he turned the paper onto the next page, his eyes widened. "What…?"

Childe and Chillo:

Just a small note in case you're confused. Childe and Chillo are siblings. Childe's the older brother while Chillo's the younger, though the age gap isn't that high since Chillo was born a year after Childe.
