*'Generic Demon's' POV*

"Haha, try to crawl a bit more. Yes yes you're almost out of the house maybe someone will save you?"

I said as I snickered at the old man dragging his bloody body out of the house.

'Hmmph, why do these humans think that they can survive against us demons. If I wasn't playing with him then this old man would've been dead in seconds.'

I thought as I slowly walked towards the crawling old guy while laughing.

Suddenly he turned around and jabbed something in my knee.

"That Fucking hurt you old geezer"

I kick the man out of his house. It was nighttime anyways so he won't be able to run.

The man suddenly starts coughing up blood while trying to catch his breath.

' Hmmph I could've given you a quick death if you begged but you just had to do that.'

I thought while taking the glass shard out of my knee.

"Now I'm going to eat you alive as you watch your body be devoured."

"Not today Bitch."

*Asura's POV*

"Not today Bitch"

I said as I shoved a piece of metal In the demon's leg.

"Ahhhhh! You son of a bitch, how did you sneak up on me?"

The demon said while trying to dislodge the metal shard stuck in his arm.

" Like hell I'm telling you my secret."

' It's a good thing I taught Inosuke that technique. Well he kinda worked a lot on his own. Hmm my little brother is a genius like me'

[ Heavenly secret: The technique that's been talked about is called "Aerial Distortion" . The technique was developed by Inosuke Hashibira for sneaking around the forest during night time without waking up Asura.]

[ Of course our friendly neighborhood MC found out about this and asked Inosuke about the technique.]

[ The technique used Beast breathing but instead of sensing the movement of the air in the surroundings the user uses the technique to control the air around an object to stagnate the air.]

[ The user can use this technique to control the air around someone's legs and make it so that the object makes less sound]

[Of course the technique is still in it's development phase and is only out for the Beta version.]

I take out another sharpnel from my Inventory and got ready.

The demon lunges at me and tries to grab me but I dodge and deliver a quick kick to his knee.

[Author: Haha go for the knees!!!]

The demon loses his balance and I use the opportunity to lodge another piece of sharpnel in his foot.

"Ahhh I'm gonna kill you!!"

The demon lunges at me but I don't dodge this time and instead go for a punch to his face with my right hand.

"Haha got you now" the demon laughed and opened his mouth trying to bite my arm off.

" Fenris!!!!!!"

Suddenly Fenris appears behind the Demon and bites his leg as hard as he can while I kick the sharpnel stuck in the demons foot.

The demon flinches and closes his mouth to grit his teeth but I use the opportunity to take out another sharpnel from my Inventory and instead of punching the demon's face I lodge the sharpnel inside his eye.

The demon howls in pain and tries to kick Fenris away from his foot.

He was surprised at how I was able to take out the sharpnel from thin air.

" Inosuke take Gramps and cover his wounds. See if the wound is too deep and if it isn't then use a cloth to apply pressure on the wounded area."

" If the bleeding doesn't stop then carry him towards the nearest village in South East direction as fast as you can .It shouldn't take more than 30 minutes with your speed."

" I for one want to see this asshole in pain."

Inosuke hesitated a little and was about to say something but stopped himself and decided to trust his older brother.

I licked my lips as I took out the only object in my inventory which could be classified as a weapon.

It was a knife. Not that sharp but I didn't need sharp. I needed something to make this asshole feel pain and I was going to enjoy every second of it.

Inosuke was already gone and had taken Gramps and Cerberus with him.

The demon slowly started to take a sharpnel piece out of his eye while I got into my stance.

" Wolf Breathing First form: Crimson Slash"

I activated my breath style as suddenly my eyes turned red and I could feel the world around me a lot more clearly than before.

I lunged at the demon with my knife and drew an arc in the air.

My knife went through his skin like hot butter as my knife left his stomach from the other side.

My hand and knife covered in the demon's blood made a crimson arc throughout the air and the blood on my hand seemed to be shining.

My target was his stomach and I was able to leave a deep gash there.

The demon clutched his stomach as Fenris jumped behind him, finally leaving his leg only to slash at his back with his sharp claws.

The Demon was struggling to take out the sharpnel from his feet and had already freed his eye,which was regenerating at a speed visible to the naked eye.

" Dragon Breathing First Form:

'Speed of the Divine'"

My body grew a little taller as my muscles reached peak strength. I could feel my legs growing power inside them. Something inside my body felt resonating with my desire of strength.

My legs felt so powerful that I felt If I don't use this power they'll explode.

I took a single step forward but my speed was much faster than before.

I stored my knife and took out another sharpnel piece and loged it in the demons back.

The demon was now visibly terrified and had a maniac look in his eyes.

He tried to slash at me with all his strength but all he could cut through was air as I suddenly appeared beside his face.

" Peek-a-Boo "

I said as I thrust another piece of sharpnel in the demon's eye and scratched it out his eyeball only to store it in my inventory.

' Hmm he's still regenerating his eye. Guess that trick won't work.' I thought while thinking how easy it would've been if the demon couldn't regenerate a body part if it was stored in my Inventory.

I was kinda disappointed but my mood turned happy again when I saw the demon shriek as it tried to get Fenris away from his legs.

" Fenris you can rest."

Fenris let go of the Demon and went behind me but was still ready to get back into the fight.

" Haha stupid human without that dog to distract me I'll See you being ripped to pieces."

"What were you saying?" I asked as I appeared behind the demon and thrust another piece of sharpnel into his already healing stomach.

" I sai--"

The demon's voice was cut off when I lodged another piece of sharpnel into his spine.

' Hmm this experiment was successful. The demon isn't able to regenerate from wounds which are from objects that are still stuck inside of him.'

'Well that just makes my task easier though I'm not sure if this will work on higher grade demons.'

The demon tries to kick me but I just sidestep out of his way and lodged another piece of sharpnel into his calves while his leg was midair.

He tried to punch my face and I open my mouth. He suddenly extends his nails intending to jab my eyes but I just bite down before he could make contact and his fingers come off.

' Ahh my teeth hurt.' I thought as I stored the fingers In my Inventory.What i didn't realise was that my teeth were bleeding.

I felt the metallic taste of blood in my mouth and then swallowed it back as my mouth started healing itself.

Unlike what it looks like my 'Demi God Body' was playing a huge role. If it weren't for that I would've been panting from exhaustion.

' Guess my 'Drake Jaws' and 'Wolf Claws' aren't strong enough to fight with at least for now.'

The demon suddenly tries to dislodge the pieces of sharpnel in his body and kneels to take them out of his legs.

' I thought demons would be a little smarter but I guess I was wrong huh?'

I appear behind the demon and thrust every remaining piece of sharpnel into the demon's spinal cord and strike precisely between his vertebrates.

" Now we're gonna play a game little demon. The moment you try to dislodge a piece of sharpnel from your body I'll put another two into your body"

" Who are you?...." The Demon was now more terrified of me.

" I am Vengeance"

*Cut*

[Reader: That was a bad joke.]

[Author: Yeah and I hate myself for doing that.]

*Take 2*

"Who are you? Are you with those demon slayer bastards?"

"Me? I'm just your average guy who loves his family. And you somehow manage to hurt my Gramps so let's see how long it takes for you to break" I said with a happy smile on my face.

*Around 4 AM the next day*

" Aww you're not fun at all. What about killing me?"

I said to the demon in front of me. Well his appearance had taken a drastic change and except his face every other part of his body was filled with metal pieces sticking out of them.

Even his throat had a knife stuck between it.

I knew that the Sun was going to rise any minute so I took out the knife from his throat and started to collect his blood.

The Sun was now finally up and the demon started disintegrating.

" The other demons will surely give you a horrible death."

"Well aren't you a basic bitch. There are dozens of demons like you which are created every year. No one gives a shit about you. Just keep quiet and try to become a good man in your next lifetime."

The Demon was now fully disintegrated.

I tried to take out a piece of his flesh from my Inventory and it disintegrated like his body but when I did the same thing in the shade of the woods the piece of flesh didn't disintegrate and was somehow not even regenerating into the demon again.

" Very interesting. Fenris let's go." I said before collecting my sharpnel pieces and mine and Inosuke's luggage before putting it all inside my inventory.

' Well it's a good thing that the blood wipes itself off otherwise it would be a pain to clean these. Also those Demon body parts would make a great gift for Shinobu.' I thought while completely ignoring the fact that a woman might not like a gift in the form of a demons head and limbs.

I then took off running full speed in the direction of the village.
