The warehouse

The men in the uniform were going in the opposite direction to that of the soldier barracks. Princess Grecia was following them swiftly and stealthy without any of them noticed. Her gaze never left their trace starting from the moment she saw them. It was getting dark. Generally, such a situation would be dangerous for women but for Grecia, darkness was very helpful.

The men started going to the deserted area. Grecia stopped momentarily and turned to the next alley. Walking swiftly without making any sound, she crossed the alley. The men were just passing the side. Grecia waited for them to go ahead a more so that they wouldn't be able to sense her presence. All of her senses were focused on their moves. As the head of the last man started disappearing, Grecia moved her position and stalked them.

The group arrived at the abandoned warehouse. Grecia waited at few meters and was observing them all along. The tallest among them stepped forward and knocked on the door.

"Krr… rrk…krr.." The door to the warehouse opened with a noise.

Two men came out, well equipped with the weapon. They exchanged some words and the group was welcomed inside. The door behind them closed as soon as they went in.

'Chkk…' Grecia observed the warehouse. She found a window at the backside and decided to land in the warehouse through it. With perfect planning in her head, she checked her sword and marked a sign on the nearby wall, indicating her presence here to Dom, just in case she wouldn't return. She did those marking on her way here. Such markings were extremely secretive and other people may think of them only as mere scratches on the wall. However, highly trained soldiers like Dominique were trained for such a situation.

Grecia looked inside from the window and found nothing but the darkness. The window was closed by some wooden beams but some of them were damaged and torn down, making enough place for Grecia to sneak in.

Landing on the floor inside, Grecia tried to comprehend her surrounding, it took her a moment to get her eyes used to the darkness inside. She heard some voices coming from the outer section. Swiftly, she walked towards the direction. Two men were arguing-

"How is that even possible?", A man was in fury.

"I don't know sir but apparently he ran off.", The junior was scared by the rage of his commander.

At this sentence, Grecia stopped. She saw six men standing at the center of the room with only two lights bright enough. All of them were unaware of her presence.

"You knew how important that bastard was. I told you to keep eye on him.", The commander slapped the junior in fury.

The young man fell on the floor and begged, "Please forgive me. I'll try to find him and bring him to you."

Grecia's eyes widened and she listened to their conversation more efficiently.

The commander was not listening to this man at all. He turned and said, "All of you, I want that man dead or alive."

Then he turned to the man who fell on the floor and said, "You, joined them now."

The commander then started walking towards the door and immediately turned and said, "If you kill him, make sure to cut his right arm where he has that tattoo of the spider web." And left. Two out of the remaining man followed him.

Listening to the conversation, Grecia turned away too, returning to the window. Suddenly, her gaze fell on the familiar thing that was left at the corner she was standing at. She bent down and picked it up. It was a white lustrous diamond with the small pearl attached to it.

"This earing…", Grecia remembered the man's ear with the earing on.

"Don't tell me", She turned around to saw some ropes and wires.

"Oh god!", her grip on her sword tightened.

Grecia came out of the window immediately and moved to the door side walking without making any noise. By then, the remaining three men came out of the warehouse and were talking. Something was decided among them and two of them started moving to the opposite direction of the town whereas the one who was beaten started moving to their opposite direction.

Grecia thought for the moment and started following the man who was going alone.
