A girl from the small city of Varanasi, called Alisha receives the shock of her life when she finds out that her father had suddenly died due to a cardiac arrest leaving an enormous debt of fifteen million rupees (1.5 crores) behind him that he had raised to expand his business. Her life takes another big turn when she is told that her stepmother has sold her to an underworld gangster in the name of an arranged marriage to clear their debts.
