20 On the other side of the phone

A man in a police office is slamming his head into his desk, muttering, "This is the 4th time this week. Karen, can't you just be a normal human being and not kidnap children."

This man is George. He is the chief of the police department. He is also Karen's cousin. George like kittens and coffee but the one thing that pisses him off is how many times his cousin tries to abduct children and say it for the cause of their "pure little sweet hearted innocence". The secretary hands him a cup of coffee and pats him on the back. George turns his head to him and asks, "Do you have a cousin as crazy as mine?"

"Sir, do I have a cousin who attempts to kidnap children on a weekly basis and has been to court 25 times, that also has to be stunned and tranquilized in order to subdued her?", The secretary answers in a sarcastic voice, "No sir, I certainly do not have a cousin as psychopathic as yours."
