41 I call it the batcycle

It had been a whole week since the whole Lizard fiasco. Batman's tracker led him to a dead end as Lizard at some point in time had got rid of the tracker.

Batman figured if there was some sort of secret society behind this, it's members would be apart of the elite in society and that is why he was here as Jeffery King hosting this party.

"hey Jeff, you still with us?" Tony's voice brought Jeffery out of his thoughts, "yeah" Jeffery flashed a smile at Tony.

"you've been kind of off tonight?" Tony pressed on, "Just some stuff that aren't important, what about word on the street is you are up to something big."

"Indeed I am, Jeff indeed I am. I have something that I'll be showing off real soon and trust me when I say it's gonna blow your mind." Tony spoke as he gulped down another glass.

"hey Tony, ever think of moving out of the weapon industry?" Jeff asked suddenly, "now why would I do that?" "aren't you worried one day your missile is gonna blow up in your face." Jeff spoke as he thought to the event that led to Tony becoming Iron Man.

"you know what I always say, make your friends and your enemies rich and wait to see which is which." Tony spoke while putting his arms on Jeff's shoulder but his eyes soon saw a lady in the crowd.

"excuse me Jeff, duty calls", Jeff scoffed at that, watching Tony leave before moving to the bar to get another drink, looking around for any suspicious people. 'this would be easier with Sebastian' the thought popped in his head for a moment before shaking it off.

"you don't look like the host of a party", a voice came from behind him. Turning to face the voice he spoke up, "pardon" behind him was a lady in a close fitting blue dress, blue eyes as well as brown hair tied into a bun.

"I mean for the host of the party one would think you'd be more like that guy" saying so she pointed into the crowd, following her line of sight he saw Tony.

"Tony has always been the life of the party, I don't believe we've met." Jeff spoke as he motioned for her to sit by him, "Susan Andrews" she stretched her hand out as she introduced herself, "Jeffery King" Jeff spoke as he took her hand.

"yes, I don't think there is anyone in this city who doesn't know you." Jeff just smiled at that while getting her a cocktail , "so Susan what brings you to this part of New York."

"sightseeing" She traced her finger round the mouth of her glass, "Sightseeing, well the isn't much too see around here", "I'm not here for what per se, but more for who" she sipped on her cocktail.

"you have my attention," Jeff spoke looking in her eyes. "I'm looking for the Batman", "the Batman?" " yes, I've heard a lot about him and really want to meet him. What about you, have you had the chance to meet the legendary bat?"

"no I have not," His watch began beeping at that moment. " sorry, I have to go" Susan slipped a card to him before he left, "call me."

Jeff after entering a hallway looked down at the card, she thought she hid well but had no idea he knew who she was, Maria Hill. Nick Fury, sending her here as well as her hinting at the Batman, proves he is searching for the Batman's identity probably to have an upper hand when he decides to call on him or something of the sort.

Getting to a place where no one was present he picked his phone, "Detective..." " Batman, I followed the lead you gave me and got something" "what?" " the lead, leads to Norman Osborne, we're outside his building right now about to head in but we've been stopped by Scorpion and some other .... Oh my God!"

Jeff heard a boom turning around looking through the mirror, he could see smoke rising from Oscorp as well as hearing the sirens which were all heading there.

Jeff made a mad dash down to the underground garage, as he opened the door a car parked before himself with the backdoor opening.

A quick look at the front, Jeff saw Sebastian before the wheel without any hesitation he got in. "Press the button before you" Sebastian spoke up, doing so his suit came from behind and above him suiting him up.

"I know I was wrong to hide what I did for, 27 years( A/N because a lot of you ask, so Jeff becomes Batman when he is 20, captain marvel event happens when he is 25 and at this point in time he is 37 the year being 2007 and iron Man happens in 2008. your wlcm) but no matter what we're family..."

"...and family sticks together no matter what" Jeff finished now in his bat suit. Sebastian had a smile on his face, "I took the liberty to inform master T-Chaka to meet you"

"thank you Sebastian" " also please press the button by you sir, I left a little surprise." Batman looked at it for a moment before pressing it.

where he was seating detached from the car and transformed into a bike, "I call it the batcycle" Sebastian's voice resounded in his ear, a smirk appeared on his face as he sped of.
