10 Luna Lovegood

Dean leads the way while they started exploring. Of course, he first wanted to see the plants, since it was the main attraction of the festival.

He chose the closest tunnel that will lead them out of the main area towards the separated areas designated to showcase the water plants. He wondered if he could recognize any of them, if not he wanted to learn more about them. Even though it was just the theory, knowing what plants could be used for, can help him in the future when he started to learn how to create potions. It was like a treasure trove for potion ingredients.

When they were exploring they came across a section where they could see a beautiful tall plant with colorful flowers on it. They were similar to a sunflower, but in the middle, you could see it producing bubbles of air that drifted upwards.

In every section, you could get information about the plant you are currently viewing by just going to the table that was assigned to it. Dean went to the table to get some information about it, but it was currently empty.

When he was looking around to see if there is someone he could get help from, he saw Astoria extending her hand through the barrier into the water and touch the bubble that was coming out of the plant.

He ran as fast he can and took her hand out of the water while pulling her away from the barrier.

"Big brother?" Astoria was surprised and got a bit afraid of the sudden movement. Looking at his face, she thought that she had done something bad, because at this moment he looked very serious.

"Astoria, you can't just touch a thing, when you don't know what they are!" as he was about to find his mother so they can check if the thing was harmful or not, he heard a small voice behind him.

"You don't have to worry about it, it's just air."

When Dean looked behind him, he saw a little girl around his ages, maybe a bit younger. She had long blonde hair, as long as Daphne's. But instead of Daphne's straight and golden blonde hair, it was a bit curly and had a darker tone. When it comes to her eyes, her eyes looked silvery, they were beautiful. At that moment he realized that she was just too close to his face and could see his reflection in her eyes.

Before he could reply to her, he heard sniffing coming from Astoria he was currently holding in his arms. She was trying hard not to cry but there were already tears that were about to drop from her eyes.

"I'm sorry, I shouldn't have shouted at you. I was just too worried about you. Big brother done wrong, don't cry, okay?" he wiped the tears from her eyes and put a kiss on her forehead.

As he was comforting Astoria, there were two women giggling in the distance, they were his mother and aunt.

"My silly boy. He just forgot he is in a festival, that was organized to mostly entertain kids his age. There is no way they would put dangerous plants that is harmful to kids to get in touch with." Helen giggled softly while giving her son a look of adoration.

"When it comes to his loved ones, he just doesn't think but acts on it. I can entrust my daughter's to him, such a responsible man in the making." Evelyn approved her nephew with a satisfied nod.

"Sorry about that, I made you wait. I'm Dean Greengrass and these are my cousins Daphne and Astoria Greengrass. Also, I have to thank you. I didn't know if the plant was harmful or not, so I panicked a bit." When Dean was done comforting Astoria, he raised up and greeted the girl.

"Don't mind it. It's okay to be afraid, it means you care about her. But you can't let your panic cloud your mind and thinking, that's what my mother always says." It was typical behavior for nobles to especially point out their family name when they introduce themselves. When she heard that they were from one of the famous and noble families, she had the impulse to just turn around and leave. She didn't have much pleasant memories with such encounters, but looking at their attitudes she decided to give it a try.

"Luna Lovegood. You can just call me Luna." She extended her hand before she introduced herself.
