7 Insect Lover

Arok didn't know but he felt something bad would happen in this raid. He was walking along with Chris who was excited.

"What's wrong? Are you scared?" Chris teased him.

Arok shook his head, "No, I'm just slightly nervous."

"Hahaha, don't worry, we're together in this, no one can beat us if we're together!" Chris said while hitting his back.

"It hurts!" His slap was very strong and each of his slaps gave a loud sound.

Arok gave him an annoyed expression.

"If it comes to that kind of thing, I'll protect you, don't worry about it," Chris said.

"Thank you," Arok said, 'That's right, I can't stop because of this, I have everyone on my back.'

They would win and come back safely no matter what was happening.

The villagers were happy, they were preparing for a special festival in their village.

Once every year, they had always gotten a lot of harvests and they would always celebrate that day to show them grateful feelings toward earth who gave them this rich harvest to them.

"Wait, don't leave me!!"

"Hahaha, you're slow!!"

"Hmph, I won't give you my candy then."

"WHAT!! NO, PLEASE!!"

Many children were playing in the village and made the atmosphere merrier.

The adults also smiled at their interaction. They were happy to celebrate this day and hoped this day would continue.

They continued to prepare for their festival but one kid decided to play in the jungle.

The jungle was a very mysterious place, there were many mysterious animals, plants, beautiful scenery, etc.

Pedro really liked the jungle, he fell in love with them. He really loved the jungle especially it was home of insects.

Pedro was a very curious child, he liked to catch insects in his childhood. He had caught a butterfly, caterpillar, grasshopper, cockroach etc. He had caught any kind of insect.

A few days ago, Pedro had found a really beautiful cockroach in one of the trees in the jungle. It was love at first sight, he couldn't forget that cockroach and wanted to see it once again. He really hoped that he could become smaller so he could try to make love with it.

Pedro had heard about 'Might' he really hoped to have this power so he could become smaller. He shook his head, it was better to spend his day with his beloved one rather than thinking of something stupid as 'Might'.

The kingdom had started to gather 'Mightiest' and they would also explain to them what was 'Mightiest', Pedro was doubtful at first but when he saw one of the people in that announcement this news was flying his doubt was erased. He was in the dumbfounded state for a few seconds until he wiped his eyes several times.

Pedro had never known the dream of humanity the power of superpower was real and it had been in this world for many years. He only lived in a medium village in the Petrov Kingdom, he had enough food and lovely family. He didn't have any interest in 'Mightest' his only interest was in insects especially this lovely cockroach.

Its beautiful small head and a broad, flat body, and this beautiful dark color. Pedro really fell in love with this cockroach.

Pedro was very excited. He really wanted to become smaller so he could cuddle with this cockroach.

"That's right! I need to name her!" Pedro was excited. He needed to think of a very cute name for his cockroach lover. He tapped his chin and thought for almost a few hours. He really had a lot of choices and he became confused. He looked at the lovely cockroach on his hand who was eating a fruit that he had caught in the jungle.

"Tamara," Pedro suddenly said, it was like epiphany, "That's right, your name is Tamara!!" It was a very beautiful name for a beautiful cockroach.

Tamara didn't say anything and looked at him curiously. It was wondering why this human was excited, even if it was insect it had more intelligence than a mere insect.

Pedro was very excited that he could find a suitable name for his lover. He was wondering if the kingdom would accept their marriage.

"That's right! I need to tell mom!" Pedro wanted to show his lover back to his mom. His mom had supported him from his hobby to eat and collect many insects in their home. His mom probably the person he loved in this life if there wasn't his mom. He would suicide several times since many people detested his hobby to collect an insect. After all, the insect was very disgusting in front of their eyes but he didn't care in this world only his mom would understand his hobby.

Pedro was walking happily on the jungle while Tamara accompanied him by his side. They looked like someone who was dating even though their race was different and Pedro didn't know her feelings but he really loved her.

Pedro was walking along the jungle until he noticed the sound of someone walking to his village. He was curious about who was going to his village on this festival day.

Their village would stop any transaction or merchant who came to their village on the festival day. They only wanted to celebrate their festival along with their fellow villagers.

Pedro was walking slowly, he peeked through the tree and noticed a lot of bald guys were coming toward his village while holding many dangerous weapons. He was sweating and scared, he knew who they were since the kingdom also announced their village to be careful.

'I need to inform everyone!' Pedro wanted to run but he felt something stabbed his chest. He was startled when someone suddenly stabbed a machete on his chest. He couldn't believe he was killed so easily. He turned his head and saw a young man with a bald head, he didn't show any expression on his face.

Pedro let out a lot of blood from his mouth.

"Cough!" Pedro knew his time wasn't long.

"Arok! You've found someone?" Pedro heard a loud voice from the side.

"No, just an insect," Pedro fell down and felt unwilling. He was very weak and his only regret was that he couldn't save his mom.

"Mom.." Pedro said absentmindedly.

"Don't worry, I'll take care of your mom," Pedro heard this voice but he wasn't sure what his meaning was when he said these words to him. He knew he would die and waited for the earth to eat his body.

"Tamara..." Pedro noticed his lover was flying toward him. He couldn't understand what it was saying but he smiled, at least there was Tamara by his side.
