14 chapter 14- going to save Kasey
That night

Sean walks into Kelly's bedroom while Kelly puts a gun in her pocket
Kelly turns around as Sean walks towards her
"is racheal with Isaac?" Kelly asks
"yea he took her when he cane to pick up Mikey" Sean asks stopping in front of Kelly
"ok then let's go" Kelly says as her and Sean walk over to her bedroom window
"how are you planning on getting down from here, we're on the 3rd floor" Sean asks as he opens the window and Poke's his head out looking down and then puts his head back through the window and looks at Kelly who's right beside him and backs up away from the window
"who says we're going down?" Kelly says with a cocky smile looking at Sean
"the roof isn't that far above us considering this is the last floor of the dorm" Kelly says sitting on the window seal sticking the back of her body out the window
"if we step on few cracks in the bricks and stuff we can probaly get to the roof, then we can climb down a ladder and go into the forest nearby and take a shortcut from there" Kelly says pointing to few cracks and over to the forest as Sean peaks his head out the window to look
"do you know where to go from there?" Sean asks looking up at Kelly's face
"well first I think we should head to sunlight's base to check if Kasey's been there recently and we'll decided what to do after then" Kelly says looking back down at Sean
"there's no building behind us so we don't really have to worry about people waking up and looking at us but we do have to worry about people walking around in the field and looking out there windows" Kelly says looking back and forth at the windows nearby
"and since this is the boys section of the dorm it would be kinda awkward if they see me sneaking out especially this late at night" Kelly says crawling back through the window as Sean backs up back into the room
"we could make there supsicions true though" Sean says jokingly with a smirk on his face looking at Kelly
"this isn't the time to be a pervert" Kelly says
"I'll climb up first, you follow behind me" Kelly says climbing out the window and standing at the window seal and steps on to a crack between the bricks and grabs a brick that's sticking out to balance herself
"close the window behind you" Kelly says looking down at Sean who's climbing out the window
Sean closes the window and follows Kelly climbing up to the roof
Kelly manages to get on the roof leans over to get Sean who's still climbing up
Sean almost makes it to the roof but his foot slips and he almost falls when Kelly catches his hand
Kelly and Sean freeze when they hear a window next to them open
a boy leans out the window and looks around to find Noone
"hm thought I heard someone moving around or something" the boy says looking around at the other window, "must be my imagination or something, I really need some sleep" the boy says as he shrugs his shoulders and head back inside and closes his window behind him
Kelly and Sean sit next to each other against the ledge of the roof hiding
"that was close" Kelly whispers as they get up
"come let's keep going" Sean says as they run across the roof to the ladder and run into the forest after they get down

at sunlight's base

Sean and Kelly get to the base to see it on lockdown
Sean and Kelly look confused as one of the gang members look out throw a section of the door to check who it is
the gang member sees who it is and opens the door and pulls them inside quickly shutting the door behind them
"What's going on, where's Kasey?" Sean asks in a worried tone as the other gang members surround them wondering what's going on?
"Kasey hasn't been here since he left with you yesterday" the gang member says pointing at Kelly
"I knew it" Kelly whispers to herself as her and Sean's face expression turn to shock and fear and anger
"some of your members came to look for you so we sent a search party out" the gang member explains
one of Kelly's gang member steps up beside the other gang member
"one of us found you guys but you guys were being chased, Kasey told them to run and to put the base on lockdown as quickly as possible and wait for him but he hasn't come back yet" Kelly's gang member says
"we already contacted Midnight's base and their in lockdown to at the moment" Kasey's member says
"contact them again at let them know I'm ok but make sure they stay on lockdown and tighten security, you guys should do the same" Kelly says
one of the gang members go to contact Midnight's base to report while a few others go to tighten the security and watch over the base
"do any of you know where Kasey went?" Sean asks looking around at the members
a gang member steps forward
"the member who found him was injured by the people whom were chasing him, luckily we found her in time right now she's resting in the recovery room, she took a bullet to the leg while escaping with you and Kasey" the member says
"how many gunshots were there in total?" Kelly asks looking at the member
"we heard 2 gunshots in total" the member says
Kelly holds the shoulder where the gunshot wound
"good then that means Kasey could've escaped without any major injuries" Kelly says looking back at Sean
"shouldn't you have already known that if you were with him?" the member asks Kelly
"I was drugged and must've blacked out so I can't really remember what happened, that's why we came here is to see if Kasey came here or if we can get any clues" Kelly explains to the member
"can you take us to the one in the recovery?" Sean asks to the member
the member shakes his head yes and leads them to the recovery
Sean and Kelly walk into the recovery to see the girl resting on the bed with bandages wrapped around her where her gunshot wound is
the gang member stands outside the door and closes the door behind them
Sean and Kelly approach the girl as she wakes up
Kelly motions for Sean to let her handle it on and Sean stays by the door while Kelly sits down beside the bed
the girl slowly sits up
"be careful it looks like you got shot in the stomach" Kelly says surprising the girl who quickly looks over Kelly
"I don't know if you remember me but-" Kelly begins to say but than gets cut off by the girl jumping to hug her and causes Kelly to fall backwards out of the seat and onto the floor with the girl falling on top of her
"you made it out safe, thank goodness I didn't know if you were alright or not, did Kasey make it out with you?" the girl says pushing herself up off of Kelly causing her to hover over Kelly
Kelly pushes the girl up and sits up straight
"that's actually what I'm here for, I was wondering if you could lead us to where you last saw Kasey, since he's kinda missing at the moment" Kelly explains to the girl as her face expression turns to shock, fear and worry
"I knew I shouldn't have let him go" the girl says standing up and walking towards the door

the girl gets to the door but Sean stops her form leaving as Kelly stands up and walks towards the girl
"get out of my way, I need to find him" the girl demands trying to get Sean out fo her way
Kelly grabs the girls shoulder and pulls her back and turns her around to face her
"hang on, we can't just go rushing in without a plan when we don't even know where he" Kelly says to the girl
"we need you to lead us to wherever you last saw him please" Kelly asks the girl
"fine" the girl agrees
"ok then get ready and meet us at the main door to leave" Kelly says taking her hand off the girls shoulder
"ok, my name's Samantha btw but you can call me Sam for short" the girl says
"I'm Kelly" Kelly says

later in an alleyway in the city

Sam, Kelly and Sean are walking through the alleyway
Sean checks the time on his phone and puts it back in his pocket
"we need to hurry, we only have a few hours left before we need to head back" Sean says to Kelly as they walk through the alleyway
Sam stops towards the end of the alleyway
"this is where I last saw him, he was carrying you when you guys turned the corner, I was surprised to see him although I don't think he was very happy to see me" Sam says turning around to face Kelly and Sean
"he had your arm around his neck trying to go as fast as he could, you were passed out and full of bruises" Sam says
"well that explains why my whole body ached besides my shoulder" Kelly says
"yea I helped him carry you but halfway through the alley, some men turned around the corner one had a gun and shot at us" Sam says
"they hit your shoulder, your face looked like you were in pain despite you being passed out so we tried to rush out, I told Kasey to run ahead with you and I'll stay back he screamed no and that's when I got shot" Sam says as she starts walking the way they came with Sean and Kelly following behind her
"Kasey grabbed my hand and started running out of the alley as fast as he could pulling me behind him while trying to carry you" Sam says as they exit the alleyway and goes into a nearby alleyway
"we ran to here where we encountered the others and Kasey ordered them to take me back to the base and go on lockdown, we all ran down the alleyway as I was leaving a trail of blood" Sam says pointing the trail of blood on the ground in the alley
"when we got to the end, Kasey ran the opposite way with you, we tried to go with him but he demanded we'd go back to the base, I tried to stop him but I passed out due to blood loss" Sam says as they stand at the end of the alleyway
"my guess is he ran off with you that way" Sam says as she points to one of the paths out of the alleyway
Sean notices a faint trail of blood along the path that Kasey went through
"over here" Sean says to Sam and Kelly pointing to the trail
Kelly and Sam walk over to Sean to check it out
"this must be my blood from being shot" Kelly says looking at the blood
Kelly faces expression turns to shock as she stands up and starts running down the alley with Sam and Sean following behind her
Kelly turns the corner into an alleyway
"this is where I woke up at" Kelly says as she slowly walks down the alley
Kelly stops at a point and looks at the wall that has blood on it
"this is where I woke up at, the blood must be from my shoulder, which means Kasey must've went back and coutine to go down the alley" Kelly says as she walks back through the alley and back to the alleyway they were going down
Kelly, Sean and Sam start running down the alley until they get to a dead end
Sam and Sean cover there nose because of the stink they walked into
"what's that horrible smell?" Sean asks looking around
"Kasey" Kelly whispers to her self as she looks at the wall in silence
Kelly runs a bit away from the wall and turns around
"move" Kelly yells to warn Sean and Sam to move out of her way
Sean and Sam move to the side confused at what Kelly's doing
Kelly runs towards the wall and breaks through it revealing a dark room on the side
Sean and Sam become shock as they walk into the room behind Kelly
"Kasey!" Kelly yells as her voice echos throughout the dark room
suddenly the lights come on and reveals someone standing in front of them across the room as people in mask appear behind them trapping them in the room
"come back for round two?" the man says from across the room in a cocky voice with a smirk on his face
Kelly, Sean and Sam get into position to fight
