Leo Vex a old and skilled knight finds himself 5000 years into the future, as well as his age being regressed back to when he was 16 years old.
Clang, clang, clang.
In a crumbling and burning kingdom where the screams of men, women and children reverberated throughout, two knights battled fiercely.
The knight in gleaming golden armor and a menacing, dragon-shaped helmet was relentlessly offensive against the aged knight in black armor with no helmet, his long gray hair and dark brown eyes exposed.
"IS THIS THE BEST YOU CAN DO, VEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEX!!!!" the golden knight shouted as he unleashed a barrage of ceaseless sword strikes upon the black knight.
The golden knight was Stephen Spark, nicknamed the Perfect Knight, the fallen kingdom's strongest royal knight captain.
Clang, clang, clang, clang...
The black knight, Leo Vex, the former royal knight vice captain, deftly deflected Stephen's onslaught, then vanished into thin air in an instant, reappearing meters away.
Unbeknownst to Leo and Stephen, they had onlookers observing from afar. Atop the tallest building, a man with an eyepatch watched their battle alongside a red-haired woman, Elyse.
"So, Elyse, who do you think will win this fight between the two of them?" the man with the eyepatch asked.
"Well, neither of them of course," she replied with a smile.
Outside the kingdom, thousands of magicians encircled, preparing to cast a large-scale spell.
Leo and Stephen continued their fierce battle. Their location was filled with mirages from their immense speed, appearing and disappearing as if teleporting.
"TELL ME VEX, WHY DID YOU BETRAY US? WHY DID YOU RELEASE THE DRAGON TAGANROG FROM ITS SEAL?!" Stephen shouted at Leo, but Leo remained silent.
Rain poured down. Both knights halted and stood stock-still, staring each other down.
The rain and surroundings froze in time, Fueled by skill and speed, Stephen and Leo continued their relentless clash, in truth time had not stop but they were simply moving in such a fast pace that time had appeared to be frozen.
Their swords sang in symphonic clangs, the sound reverberating through the stillness. Each strike executed with precision and power, their matched skills on extraordinary display.
Stephen's golden armor gleamed, while Leo's dark armor absorbed light. Their swords danced a deadly waltz, blurring reality and illusion.
Sparks ignited with each clash, illuminating the suspended raindrops. Their shared history and unanswered questions fueled the intensity.
"Why, Vex? Why did you betray us?" Stephen's echoing words cut the frozen silence.
Leo's expression remained unreadable, focused solely on their duel, fighting with unwavering determination through calculated, deliberate moves.
As their clash intensified, cracks appeared in the frozen rain, straining the fabric of reality itself. Time seemed to tremble under the weight of their conflict.
The onlookers watched in awe as the knights defied normality's boundaries. The man's eye widened at their true power.
Elyse smiled knowingly, her red hair reflecting the frozen raindrops.
With a final thunderous clash, their swords locked. The frozen rain shattered in cascading crystalline shards. Time flowed again, the world unfreezing.
Both knights stepped back, gasping, weapons ready. The once frozen battlefield now pulsed with life and movement.
The rain-soaked ground trembled beneath them.
"Master, the magicians are ready," Elyse informed the man with the eyepatch urgently.
"Perfect," he replied with a devilish smile, eyes gleaming in anticipation. "Soon it will all be over."
As Stephen and Leo fought intensely, both knights felt an otherworldly magical energy surge and gather within the kingdom.
"Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, now this is the end!" The man with the eyepatch snapped his fingers and everything went white.
The kingdom was utterly decimated, leaving nothing but ash and a giant crater.
Unbeknownst to the man and Elyse, at the last second Leo had used a damaged teleportation talisman. With no control over the destination, the severely injured Leo, missing an arm and covered in ash, found himself in a dark cave.
"Where am I? I can't see anything. It's so dark in here. Well, at least I'm free from the mind control," he thought, channeling his combat energy to create light.
Stumbling upon a wall with strange markings, Leo touched them out of curiosity. Suddenly, a weird crystal engulfed his entire body.

5 thousand years later
In a museum of art a giant red crystal started to crack, the sound of it cracking could be heard, echoing out through the museum.
In the middle of the night two security guards were patrolling the museum.
"Where is that sound coming from"
"It's probably some kids trying to break into the museum again"
"No it more of a cracking noise than a breaking in kind of noise"
Blam!
"What was that?"
"I think it came from this way, damn, those lousy kids"
The two security guards went to the location of where the noise originated were they found a shattered Crystal, and a boy of age between 15 to 17 years old in clad black armor.
