"Grandma Li, we're here!" Zhang Yuqi cheerfully exclaimed.

"Girl, let's get you to a hospital first. As a pregnant lady, you should be more careful. Even driving here wasn't a good idea. And what happened to the situation back in our town?"

"Ah, well, let's get to the hospital first. I already scheduled an appointment."

The city didn't have anyone out in the streets.

'Well, they are pretty scared to death about the zombie apocalypse...' was Zhang Yuqi's helpless thoughts as she smiled bitterly when Grandma Li started cursing at those people.

Zhang Yuqi got to the hospital safe and entered quickly once again with Grandma Li's urging.

The nurses and doctors looked pale and had trembling hands but they still carefully took the pregnant high-schooler to a room.

'Darling, how much time do I have before Cinna is born?'

'2 days, 3 hours, 17 minutes, and 34 seconds.'

'Huh, ok.'

'Huh? Huh?! You should be praising me for how awesome I am!'

'Ah, yes, you are very awesome. The best system ever. Very handsome too.'

Grandma Li looked troubled. "Yuqi, do you think the earthquake was that scary? It's good that we made it out of our town quickly but I do worry about the others..."

"Grandma Li, it's ok, let's just try to get a room."

The two women stood in line for half an hour but it still didn't decrease.

The conversation carried on in a relaxed mood until the two women finally reached the house.

The house was very big. With two stories and a huge back and front yard, the house could not be called a mere house. It was a genuine modern mansion.

"Yuqi, I never knew you were this rich!"

"I did win some lottery this previous year. This house should be good enough. Right?"

"Aiyo, this is too good! Hurry hurry! Give me a tour! I want to see the kitchen! How big this house is!"

As Grandma Li ordered, Zhang Yuqi happily bounced around the house and gave a tour.

Even though she was not familiar with her new home, Zhang Yuqi had the blueprint for this architecture memorized.

The basement was going to be used for training her powers and researching.

The warehouse/garage built behind the house would be used to store necessary supplies if this safe city were to have an outbreak. She didn't want to stuff too many things in her space even if she had room. It wouldn't become cramped, but it would surely become disorganized. She only wanted the necessary things in her space for now. The supplies could be stored instantly if there was trouble.

The backyard was huge and was to be used as a garden along with the rose garden, exotic garden, and the greenhouse it already had.

The kitchen was huge and very professional. With stainless steel equipment and marble countertops, it all looked very luxurious.

The first floor had the master bedroom and 13 other rooms and the second floor had 20 rooms.

The stairways were also very elegant. The one leading to the second floor from the first was shaped in a "Y" and the one leading to the basement was in a spiral that was decorated with metal ivy and leaves.

The rooftop had a pool that was encased in a glass dome. It also had a hanging wisteria garden that was so beautiful that it made Grandma Li yelp out in happiness.

There also was a secret attic, but Zhang Yuqi didn't show it yet. This was because she might have to use the attic to keep some mutants she would capture. She would capture mutants so that her son could tame and train them. It was soundproof so Grandma Li wouldn't notice what was going on. The attic was located under the pool and would be opened when the rails on the stairs of the pool recognized Zhang Yuqi's blood.

"Yuqi! This house is so beautiful! But why is there a need for so many extra rooms?"

"The friends I sent here are renting rooms or hotel rooms. They might need to stay here. Of course, we can also continue your business by renting this place to them and other people. That way, we can earn money."

"Such a good idea! You truly are a blessing from the heavens! Oh, my, how could I forget. Yuqi, you're pregnant, let's go to the supermarket to buy some things so I can make you dinner. You need to rest properly after that and visit the hospital tomorrow again."

And once again, the building was crowded.

"Y-yuqi, what's going on? These women look like demons and the men are also shopping for once!"

"A zombie apocalypse?"

"Yes, just like the ones mentioned in fantasy novels!"

Grandma Li walked back to Zhang Yuqi and asked with a very serious face, "Yuqi, how did you know about this? And how did you prepare so early on?"

"Grandma Li, I'm sorry, but that's not something I can tell you yet. When the time comes, I'm sure you'll know." Zhang Yuqi could have told Grandma Li that she rebirthed but didn't think it was the right time to. Somebody could find out her power if Grandma Li carelessly blurted it out. Grandma Li was a person who was too kind and trusting. Until she knew how the people would do treacherous things to live, Zhang Yuqi didn't feel like she could tell her secret.

"Oh, well, let's just buy something and make dinner." Grandma Li was disappointed but clearly knew that something was going on.

Zhang Yuqi slipped into the massive crowd unnoticed and safely brought back several vegetables and even meat.

The two had a hotpot to celebrate the new house and went to sleep early.

The next morning...

'Yuqi! Yuqi! DUMB YUQI! I'M GOING TO EAT ALL THE PUDDING YOU HID AWAY!'

"Ahh! Don't eat my pudding! Eh? Darling?" Zhang Yuqi awoke with a start.

'Sigh, Yuqi, I don't even have a physical body yet!'

'No, I'm a great system and got you a compatible beginner's packet.'

Zhang Yuqi ignored Darling and tried to find out what this cheat of hers would be.

She gave up after 10 minutes of trying to explore it.

'Darling, what is this cheat?'

'Isn't it too OP then?!'

'Nah, not necessarily. It only controls their bloodline. So if a zombie were to approach you, you can pump the infection out with just a thought. This will turn them back to a normal human. And by using their bloodline, you can infect yourself.'

'What good is that? Do you want me dead?'

'Sigh, just listen to me first. By infecting yourself, you can blend in with the zombies. Unlike the zombies that are mentioned in books, the real ones are very strong and fast. And as they evolve, their looks evolve too. Think about how pretty you'll become when you become a 10th level zombie!'

'I don't want to lose my mind and only think about eating brains!'

'Yuqi, that's racism you know. Zombies only want to destroy life because they can't have it. It's not like they want to eat people.'

'Ugh...'

'Anyways, you won't become a zombie. It's just that you'll become stronger. You can control the bloodline so it won't be harmful to you. If you have good enough control over it, you can infect other people perfectly fine too! And the bonus is, zombies won't attack you! Well, that's unless they are at or past the 6th level and gained a consciousness. There is no downside whatsoever. And if you have people you don't like, you can infect them to become a zombie.'

Zhang Yuqi thought to herself how this was a huge benefit. It would be easier to protect people if she infected them. They wouldn't be attacked by zombies that were at lower levels and would be able to gain strength.

'When I died, a level 2 zombie killed me... Haha, I can even get rid of level 10 zombies now! This truly is a golden finger!'

Zhang Yuqi did a funny little victory dance but stopped immediately when she felt the baby kicking.

'Yuqi, be careful, hurry to the hospital.'

'Fine fine. You'll soon see the most beautiful boy in the world!'

'Sure, now hurry up.'

Zhang Yuqi slowly went towards the garage.

She left a note that she was out at the hospital and went into the driver's seat to start the car.

Even though Darling warned her to be careful numerous times, Zhang Yuqi once again speed drove.

'You're going to crash into something one day!' was something that Darling began to frequently scream.

Zhang Yuqi checked herself in and was ushered into a delivery room.

Before she went into labor, Zhang Yuqi thought random things.

'Will SEMs appear soon?'

'When should I go and use my cheat?'

'Will Cinna be sad that he doesn't have a proper father?'

'Is that bastard dead by now? I hope he is.'

'I'm hungry. I want my pudding.'

'Should I make a mercenary group?'

When Zhang Yuqi went into labor, she didn't think of anything else but Cinna.

Besides, it was too painful to think of anything else but getting over with giving birth.

A nurse delivered the baby to his mother.
