Chapter 19

Hyun Na Bi returned to her room, and she saw a figure sitting at the door. She knelt down to their level to see who it was and that's when Jin Yong lifted his face. His lips were busted and his face did not have as many bruises as Nam Joon Woo but she could see that he had also taken a punch or two.

"Oppa you scared me. What are you doing here?"

Jin Yong just said, "He slept with another woman yesterday"

Hyun Na Bi heaved a sigh and opened her room door, "Just a second. I'll bring out the first aid kit"

Jin Yong held Hyun Na Bi's wrist stopping her from going inside, "I said he slept with another woman yesterday"

"I know. Come inside"

Hyun Na Bi helped him to get up and she made him sit on her bed while she was searching for the first aid kid.

Feeling Jin Yong's intense stare at the back of her head, she finally turned to look at him after finding the first aid kit, "So?"

Jin Yong pulled her closer to him until she sat down on the bed, "How could you forgive his mistakes?"

Hyun Na Bi knew that this was going to be one long conversation.

"I can because we are not dating and I don't really care what he does"

"You kissed him. God damn it"

"What has that got to do with you?"

"Why did you kiss him?"

"I am a woman now. I'm just trying to enjoy my life and well it's been years since someone kissed me and I wanted to kiss. What's so wrong about that?"

Hyun Na Bi tried to calm herself down. She knew that this argument would go on and on and Jin Yong would not let it go. So she tried to take the emotional route to somehow make him stop talking about this.

Hyun Na Bi looked at him and said, "Oppa I was in a bad place for a really long time and I'm feeling better now after a very very long time. Can you please let me be? I won't ask you what you're doing with that woman who took you and you don't interfere with mine."

Hyun Na Bi could see the change in Jin Yong's eyes when she mentioned about that woman.

But Jin Yong did not let it go, "Listen… He's using you"

"That's my problem. You don't have to worry about that"

"I love you and I care about you. He's fucking using you and you're too innocent to see that"

Hyun Na Bi started laughing out loud hearing this. Neither was she naïve nor was she innocent to know what's happening around her. Maybe the girl from the village was clueless about life, but she was no longer the young girl, she had lived for 36 years with people were constantly trying to hurt her. She knew that Jin Yong loved her and care about her, but hearing him confess this made her happy but she did not show it in her face.

Seeing that Jin Yong was not giving up, she turned it on him, "Says the man who's using Ahn Se Na for his own goals"

"You don't understand"

"Yeah yeah whatever… Show me your elbow"

Jin Yong's elbow was bruised and he hissed in pain when she cleaned his wound.

Jin Yong tugged the strand of hair falling on Hyun Na Bi's face behind her ear, "I know you have changed. But I care about you and I don't want you to make wrong decisions."

"Are you making the right decision?"

Hyun Na Bi was on the verge of saying everything to him. She knew what he was doing now, she knew what he will do in the future and as far as she knew he was running his life. But she couldn't tell him all that. How could he blame her when he was going on the wrong path now?

Hyun Na Bi said in a final tone, "Oppa let's stop this" and got up but Jin Yong did not let her.

"He would leave you as soon as he fucks you just like the other woman"

"The women go to him just for that. Don't push all the blame on him. They know what they are getting into"

"Don't go to him. He is using you"

"I know that we have known each other for a very long time. But I'm not a kid and I know what I'm doing"

"I know that you're doing this because I rejected you. But you're ruining your life"

"Let me tell you something. My world doesn't revolve around you and it's been years since we stopped knowing about each other. Just stop it. I confessed and you rejected. That's it. I don't have any lingering feeling or anything. I don't even regret that I confessed to you. With that day that chapter of my life is over."

Jin Yong was a bit surprised by Hyun Na Bi's outburst. She had never gotten angry with him, not even once and this was the first time.

Seeing that Jin Yong couldn't say a word, Hyun Na Bi continued, "Whatever I'm doing now is because I want to do it and it has nothing to do with you. I'll be happy if you don't bother me anymore"

Jin Yong's hands moved to the back of her neck and pulled her close to him. Hyun Na Bi pressed her hands on his chest but that did not stop him. Their lips were just a couple of centimeters apart.

Jin Yong said to her in a low tone, "Say that again"

When Hyun Na Bi asked him to not bother her anymore he felt like he was losing her. She was his life line.

Hyun Na Bi looked at Jin Yong's eyes. The last couple times she had seen Jin Yong in the past before she time travelled, his eyes looked empty with no emotions. This was the first time Hyun Na Bi saw Jin Yong close up and she couldn't take her eyes off him. Though she had seen up close once when he dragged her from the cafeteria, that was just for a second and she hadn't taken a closer look at him. The next fourteen years had been tough on him and he was the only one to be blamed for that but still when sat so close together it brought back all her old feelings. The only similarity was he looked vulnerable both then and now.

Hyun Na Bi whispered, "Oppa… Don't…"

"Can I kiss you?"

"You want to kiss me?"

Hyun Na Bi was truly taken aback.

She slightly nodded "Hmmm…" and that was enough for Jin Yong as his lips met hers.

The kiss was unlike her kiss with Nam Joon Woo. It was slow, sensual and passionate. Jin Yong did not kiss her in a hurry he enjoyed each and every moment as he tasted her lips and when their lips parted he kissed her on her forehead.

Hyun Na Bi was now lying flat on her bed with Jin Yong above her and she hadn't noticed when they were kissing that they moved so much.

Hyun Na Bi did not know why she asked this but still asked him, "Tell me. What do you think about when you kiss Ahn Se Na?"

Jin Yong smiled, "You. Only you. Always you. You're the only one in my mind. Always and forever."

The smile. His real smile. Hyun Na Bi was seeing it after years. The last day he had smiled was when he had left the village and that was before four years.

Jin Yong's hands were rubbing circles in her blushed cheeks. She couldn't stop smiling.

She teased him, "What if I did all this just to get back at you? Aren't you angry with me that I kissed someone other than you?"

"I don't care."

Jin Yong smashed his lips against Hyun Na Bi's for the second time and she did not stop him. She had missed this. Hyun Na Bi's hands moved to his neck pulling him closer to her as she wrapped her legs around his waist. Hyun Na Bi could see Jin Yong's chuckling when their lips parted as he rubbed her thighs.

Hyun Na Bi felt like she had to tell him, "I'm not dating him."

"Don't be with him"

Jin Yong lips now moved to the crack of her neck. She was sure that there would be hickies if this went on for some time.

She pulled his face to look at her, "You have a girlfriend and I feel like I'm cheating with you"

Jin Yong looked at her and asked earnestly, "Wait until you complete college. I'll try to complete everything within that. Can you wait for me?"

Hearing a sound outside, looked outside and saw her open dorm room and Hyun Na Bi felt like she was brought back to reality.

Hyun Na Bi pushed him and shook her head, "this was a mistake"

Jin Yong wasn't expecting this so he fell down from her single bed and was looking at her.

Hyun Na Bi suddenly remembered what they were doing before this making out session and what they were talking about.

She tried to hurriedly sent him out of the room, "There. It's done. You can go home now"

Jin Yong did not have a choice, he just sighed and got up to leave.

At the door, Hyun Na Bi said to him, "And… Nam Joon Woo… he did not sleep with anyone yesterday. He maybe many things but he's not a liar"

But what they both did not notice was,

Ahn Se Na was watching this from a distance. She couldn't hear what they were saying but she could see them clearly. She could see them smiling and kissing.

She knew it. She knew that Hyun Na Bi was doing all this just to get Jin Yong back and her suspicions were right. And by the looks of it, it looked like Hyun Na Bi had succeeded. From the moment Hyun Na Bi befriended Nam Joon Woo, Jin Yong couldn't stay still and now he was kissing her. Jin Yong was fighting for Hyun Na Bi in the morning and now it's this. Ahn Se Na made up her mind. She had to do something about this.

Ahn Se Na's blood was boiling when she saw Jin Yong fighting for Hyun Na Bi, now he was kissing her. she couldn't let this go on. She had to stop this.
