1 The Overgod System

Inside the classroom, there are forty students wearing a highschool uniform. At the first row of the back in the corner, John Lauren could be found with a dull look in his face.

Anne Sebod who was discussing swept her eyes on the students and her eyes stopped to John who was not even listening.

*Bam!

Anne hit the table using a stick causing a loud sound in the classroom, the students saw her angry face and even those who were sleepy felt their tiredness swept away.

"John Lauren! Where are you focusing?! Come to the blackboard and tell others what I discussed earlier." Anne with full of anger and piercing voice.

Anne Sebod is 23 years old, with a beautiful and charming face and body. However, students are very afraid of her once she goes mad.

John's classmates are staring at him with a gloating look. Seeing his dull face who did not respond to the teacher, the students are excited about what will happen next.

Just as what they thought, a shout came out from the mouth of Anne, "JOHN LAUREN ARE YOU EVEN LISTENING?! DO YOU WANT ME TO BRING YOU TO THE PRINCIPAL?!"

John still did not move and still dull as usual. Because of this, Anne was pissed off and immediately approach him.

Anne has always been strict in her classes and even if there are jokes sometimes, she doesn't like a student challenging her authority as a teacher.

Looking down in front of John Lauren, Anne frowned because she still saw the dull look as if his soul was not here. So she tapped his shoulder and asked, "John, what's your problem?"

Suddenly, John's body trembled which was seen by everyone inside the classroom. Anne even paled as she thought it was her fault and panicked sprouted in her heart.

John's dull previous look disappeared and became confused. His eyes are slowly regaining the clarity and then he turns his head left and right with a confused look wondering why there are a lot of people staring at him.

"Where the fuck am I? Didn't I die?" John said to himself and felt his shoulder being tapped. When he looked back, his body stiffens and his eyes widen as if he saw a ghost.

"Ms. Anne?" John said slowly while rubbing his eyes and pinching his skin because he felt he is going crazy. Until a cold robotic voice sounded in his mind.

[Ding! The Overgod System is now activating.]

[The Overgod System will now bound to the host 98%..99%..100%]

[The Overgod System has successfully bounded to host and will start in 5...4...3...2..1..]

"Hello John, I am The Overgod System. I was the one who gave you second life because of your hatred of your mediocrity caught my radar thus decided you to give you a second chance." The system said in a cold voice.

John Lauren was startled for a moment and even stunned but because his classmates are staring at him he quickly calmed down. When he felt that everything is real and not just a mere dream, tears poured out from his eyes.

"Haha! In this life, I will do everything to succeed and those regrets in my past I will complete it!" John said to himself and a burning fire ignited in his heart.

John stared at his teacher in front of him and said, "Sorry teacher, I didn't feel better earlier but now I am okay."

Anne frowned and worry appeared in her eyes because she thought it was her fault but seeing his insistence, she didn't say anymore and continued her discussion.

John stared at Anne with a scorching look, her beautiful and charming face while wearing a teacher's uniform which shows her curves a smirk appeared in the corner of his mouth.

"Hehe, you are one of the regrets in my past life and because of my innocence and immaturity, I was not able to get you in my arms. In this life, you shall be mine." John thought while licking his lips with a smile staring at Anne Sebod.

Anne's charm is fatal especially students and it can be said that most students in the school she is their goddess. But who would have thought that she will eventually fall to a student in his past life? Because of that, she became John's one of regrets in his high school days.
