13 Encounter

Ye Yichen was just sleeping in his bedroom before he was drugged and kidnapped. When he woke up he was tied up in an abandoned building in who-knows-where, but he was sure this place was very far from Z City. He has been observing the two people that was guarding him this few hours after he woke up.

From the conversations they held in front of him, he concluded that there were rats amongst his Ye family members. Of course without a doubt he knew who those people are. It seemed like he needed some 'cleaning' before the end of the year.

A cold and dark glint passed his eyes as he looked toward the only people left in front him. It has been almost an hour since his partner go to checked up the lower floors, but the man hasn't came back to report yet.

Yang Yichen was deep in his thought to think about a way to get away from here when suddenly there was an object flying across the room from the staircase, the object fall right in front of the man who was busy playing with his phone. When the man saw the object in front of him was a person, he screamed.

"Qibo, oy! what the fuck happened?!"

"M-m-monster… h-help.." He answered with a face full of fear. He also mumbling about something but it was something that no one could understand.

Just as he breathed his last breath, a monster that looked like a giant ant came up from the staircase. it's whole body was covered in black iron. The only man alive took out his gun and shoot the monster but alas, the bullet won't get through. He considered to jump from the window but he was in the fourth stories, there was no way he was going to make it out alive.

Left with no other choice, he braced himself and run towards the monster while pointing his gun at it and shoot the remaining bullets. He saw the monster move to the left and rejoice, this is his chance to escape. He ran to the staircase but just as he was about to step another forward he was stabbed in the chest by the monster.

"Eeuk!"

He fell and twitching on the floor. And dead.

Then silence.

Ye Yichen who was watching from the far right corner of the room was still calm. No one knows what he was thinking in that little head of his.

After the last man dies, the monster turn towards Ye Yichen, and still there was no movement from him. His expression was deadly cold and calm while staring at the monster's eyes as if dared it to kill him.

The monster of course, move towards the handsome boy. Ye Yichen broke the eye contact and sighed, was this his end? He might as well die now, it's not like he has something he looked forward to in this life aside from his parents and his little angel. Thinking about the the little girl with beautiful bright green eyes brought a sad smile to his face. Ah, he wants to see her again.

Damn. He can't die yet. A cold glint passed through his eyes, he lifted his head and glared towards the monster while trying to stand up.

Just as he was about to run with a tied up hands, there was a silver light passed in front of him and go through the monster's head. The monster like ant fell to the floor with a noisy 'thud' and the light in its eyes dimmed then there was no movement from it.

Ye Yichen still trying to processed everything that had happened in the blink of an eye when he hear a sweet melodious voice in the world.

"You are still so young, what's the rush towards the grave for?"

Ye Yichen stare and observed the little girl standing in front of a broken window standing in a gentle posture with the most captivating bright green eyes, silver hair and her skin looked so white and smooth with the full moon in the background. She is the most beautiful creature he had ever seen. He was just thinking about her, thinking about her green eyes, and now she's here in front of him- wait.

What is she doing here?!

"You know big brother, you can't kill this monster. There is nothing in this planet that could kill it. So when you meet with this type of monster, you better spare your energy to run away to save your life rather than trying to be a hero and having a 'meet and greet' with it." The six-years-old Mu Ailee kept talking without minding the handsome boy in front of her that was still staring deeply at her.

"You just did"

"En? did what?" Ailee tilted her head and her silky smooth silver hair flowing to one side.

"Killed it" Ye Yichen tried his best to hold back the urge to touch her hair. He wants to ask her what happened with her hair but choose not to. He could ask her later.

"Oh. That.. I just did" Ailee admitted without giving any explanations. She thought that it was troublesome to give one because the boy won't understand it anyway.

Ailee walked towards the corpse of the monster and cut open its head then took out a round glowing green stone. She burn the remains with black fire and within a second the monster disappear.

Ye Yichen watched her with awe. He never expected the little angel who used to cried whenever he was about to go home after playing with her was in front of him- acting so mysterious. Ye Yichen took note that the way she looked at him was just like someone who was looking at a stranger. He frowned.

"Ailee.." He tried to call her.

"You know me?!"

Ailee who was walking towards the staircase stopped and looked back at the little boy- surprised that he knows her name.

Ye Yichen startled. So it turns out she doesn't remember him. Ye Yichen's heart twisted in pain, he knows it's been almost two years since he came to the Capital City to play with her- but she can't just not remember him. He was sure he left a remarkable impression on her.

"Yes, I'm your-" before Ye Yichen finished his sentence, he was cut off by grandpa Lin's voice who came from the third floor.
