10 Chapter 8
A few days later Tita and I are getting ready for Christmas. We're going to have a party here at our house. Renzo, Brent, and Audrey will also celebrate Christmas here in our house. That's fine with me cause the more the merrier.
Today I'm with Renzo and we are here at the Mall. He told me that he wants to buy gifts for my cousins and he needs my help.
"What kind of gift should I buy for your cousins?" He asked.
"Anything, Renzo, they'll still appreciate it," I told him.
We started entering some boutiques. He brought three T-shirts for Kuya Lloyd and he even told me that he wants to buy shoes as a gift for Kuya Lloyd so that he can wear them when they play basketball. I almost hit him because the shoes he's talking about is so expensive. We went to the Cosmetic shop to buy his gift for Ate May and Ria which is Makeup kits and stuff. He bought art materials for Albert. He also bought dresses and toys for the kids. Lastly, he bought a gift for Audrey and Brent.
"I hope they'll like it," Renzo said.
"Of course, they will like it. Don't spoil them too much." I said glaring at him.
"Hey, it's my first time buying gifts for them." He said. "Let's eat first." He added.
"Let's just eat in a fast-food chain," I said.
"Okay." He answered shortly.
We went to Jollibee and there were so many people eating.
"The line is so long," I told him.
"I think we will be having a hard time getting our food if we eat here." He said.
"Let's go to another fast-food chain," I said.
We move to the other fast-food chain and fortunately, there were just a few people inside.
"What do you want to eat?" Renzo asked.
"Uhm, I'll go with burger and fries then coke," I told him.
He went on the line and ordered our food. I took a video of him while he's getting our order then I put it on my IG story. I captioned "Thank you".
A few moments later Renzo sat in front of me.
"Will your Mom come home for Christmas?" Renzo asked directly.
"No, but I'm used to it," I said.
He just nodded and continued eating.
After a while, we decided to go home and he sent me to our house and leave immediately.
"Oh, you're home already. How's your day with Renzo?" Ate May asked, "You're flexing him on your social media account when you don't even have a label." He said while rolling her eyes at me.
"Label? What kind of label?" I asked sarcastically.
"Aish, shut up! Before you flex someone make sure that you have a label." She said.
I just laughed at her and went up to my room.
I was about to take a shower when Audrey texted.
Audrey: Girl, I'll bring cake tomorrow so tell Tita to not bother buying one.
I just typed "ok" and sent it to her. After that, I went to the bathroom to take a shower.
After I took a bath I checked my gifts for them. If I didn't forget anything. Then I went to sleep.
The next morning the song of Jose Mari Chan titled "Christmas in our hearts" is all over our house.

"Good morning, Kiana." Ate May greeted.
"Good morning." I greeted back.
"Eat your breakfast, dear Princess." She said.
"Yes, I will, my slave," I told her.
"The heck! Hurry up and eat so you can help us cook." She said.
I just laughed at her and went straight to the kitchen to eat and I saw my Grandma marinating the meat.
"Kiana, eat already," Grandma said softly.
"Did you eat already, Lola?" I asked her.
"Yes, your grandfather and I are together." She said. "I'll leave you here first. I have to check on your Grandpa outside, he's fixing the lights." She said.
"All right," I said politely.
I also want that kind of love, that long and lasting love my Grandparents have. If I'm going to marry someone I want us to grow old together and take care of our grandchildren.
Hayy, I hope all.
It's already six in the evening and my aunts and uncles are already here in our house including Audrey.
"Aunt, can I have a salad?" Audrey said with puppy eyes.
"No, Audrey, we have to wait until midnight." Aunt Liza said.
"Ahh, fine, I'll just drink water," Audrey said and she looks like she's about to cry.
I want to laugh at her face, she looks like a child.
A few moments later, Renzo and Brent arrived carrying some food.
"Merry Christmas, Tita." They both greeted Aunt Liza.
Aunt helped them put the foods they brought on the table.
"You don't have to bother bringing food but thank you." Aunt Liza said.
"It's okay, Tita. It's Christmas anyway." Brent said.
Renzo is wearing a red polo shirt, while Brent is wearing a gray one.
We are all here in our backyard waiting for Christmas to come.
"What the heck, Brent! You've been entering songs continuously." Audrey complained.
We rented a karaoke so that we can have fun while waiting for Christmas.
"Then? Do you have a problem with that? Enter yours too." Brent said.
"Dumbass!" Audrey shouted at Brent.
"Brent, let me have the second verse of the song." Kuya Lloyd said.
It's his favorite song. Gosh, they're going to argue again.
"No way! Go find one for yourself. This is my favorite song and I hate sharing it with other people." Brent said.
"The song is nice but the one who's singing it is such an asshole," Audrey said while looking at Brent.
Brent just rolled his eyes at Audrey.
Here they are again. I wonder when will they stop arguing about simple things.
"Hey, Renzo, can you sing for us?" Ate May asked Renzo.
"Right! Renzo is a good singer." Brent said.
Renzo looks hesitant at first but after a while, he started entering a song.
"Line without a hook" that's the title of the song.
"I don't really give a damn about the way you touch me

If no one's home"
He started singing and his voice is so angelic.
I took out my phone and started taking a video of him while singing.
He continued singing and I can't help but be amazed by his voice. He turned his eyes at me and we're now looking at each other.

He continued singing until the end and I can say that he's a good singer like what Brent said.
