4 The golden and the dark weapon

Here inside it reminds me very much of the castle of a prince, whom I brought down with my comrades a while ago. Gold plating and stone statues are everywhere. There are also many paintings and many doors that lead into small rooms or into large corridors. There are very few windows in here. But those who are inside are incredibly huge. With the colorful glass the light shines in a variety of different colors into the hall.

I am led to the big table by one of those servants that Pah has spoken of before. It is built from a variety of different woods and, especially with its dark elements, has an incredible contrast to the whole hall. No gold or rock was used for the table. The candles and the lamps hanging from above are all provided with a silver frame. These lamps make the colors on the table simply like a natural sunlight. Therefore, it really is particularly pleasant to watch on the table. I sat down at the same time as I watched everything on a grey upholstered chair. The basic shape is also made of silver. In the four legs you can see floral patterns. Other patterns are also distributed elsewhere, but they cannot be interpreted precisely. The upholstery feels like you would simply be lying in a bed. Although, I think I'm just tired. Maybe I just look for the most comfortable place to sleep as soon as possible. But as it stands, Pah won't bring me to my room so quickly. I can see that in his facial expression. He sits directly opposite me. He asks, "What do you want to have to eat? Rora cooks everything you want!". I have not eaten anything but a soup since the last few days. This was also diluted, which did not make it particularly nutritious. Anything with meat? Although, I've never been so fond of meat. Should I order something I haven't had to eat for a long time? "I would very much like to have a mushroom ragout. It should be prepared with the finest ingredients. Rora should also bring me the best bread he is able to make.", I say to Pah. He nods contentedly and sends a Ska into the kitchen. The Ska wear a white uniform which makes them very clearly identified as servants. The clothes, like everything here, are made of the highest quality materials. From the golden buttons at the ends of the sleeves to the blue elements, which harmonize fabulously with the buttons and the white.

Pah now interrupts the briefly paused silence: "Ruh, while we are waiting for the meal, we can talk a little.". I don't know how to respond on that. It's the best to let Pah just say something. The fact that I don't want to say anything to him is obviously clear to him, too, and that's why he continues: "In the meantime, I've already told you about Himalis Garden and the first fourteen humans here. But I didn't tell you something about the dark god yet.". He changes his first friendly facial expression to a very serious one. "In your world, darkness is called something bad or something to fear. But he is not one with any evil intentions. Otherwise he wouldn't have created Aza with me. You will talk to him soon anyway, then you can form your own opinion of his personality.". "You are the God of Light, aren't you?" I ask. Immediately I also get an answer: "Exactly.". "Where does he live?" "He lives in a hiding place here somewhere in Aza. I myself do not know where. But that is probably better. We both must not be in the same environment for too long.". Suddenly he puts a hand over his mouth. As if he wanted to stop his speech flow. What does that mean? Do they destroy each other when they are together? If I asked about it, Pah wouldn't tell me anymore anyway. This information seems to have slipped out of his mind. However, I could also misunderstand this. Suddenly, the food comes. It is impossible to prepare a dish in such a short time. Above all, the chef didn't even know what I wanted to eat until a few moments ago. Nevertheless, the ragout is brought to me in a beautiful porcelain bowl. Another ska also brings me the silver cutlery and some fresh bread that has been toasted a little. I take the first spoon from the ragout at the same time as Pah and eat it. Incredible… I've never been allowed to eat anything that good in my life before. It triggers a taste explosion in my mouth. I am really excited and happy right now. I also show my joy towards Pah and he too seems to enjoy the meal too. One of the side doors suddenly opens and a man enters the hall. It looks like he is also one of these Ska. Is this Arch of which Pah had spoken before? He bows and says, "Excuse me for disturbing you here, my God. One of the Ska meant you would need my help here.". Without a doubt. This is Arch. He's the same height as me. Generally, I would say he looks like me. The way his muscles are pronounced and even his gait is almost identical. The only thing that can be distinguished from me are his eyes. They do not have the same shade of blue as I have. They are green, bright eyes. Almost unreal. His clothes are like the ska, but they are not white. They got colored with a dark blue. Instead of the blue elements as at the uniforms of the Ska, they got dyed white. "Arch, good that you came! This person you can see here is the first Genas. I gave him the name Ruh. You should also know that from now on you can call me Pah.". Arch then moves towards me with an enormous speed. He's right in front of me now. He looks at me very closely and suddenly says: "So the first Genas... interesting...". He now looks at Pah: "Pah, what are you going to do with him? I hope you got a reason to have a person like him here, right?". Pah replies: "Arch you seem to know the reason for it a long time ago anyway, so let's just leave it at that. I brought you here so that we could prepare him for the travel to Ixis". "I understand.", he replies with interest. It almost seems like Arch is already making fun of my presence.

Without giving me more time to think, Arch continues and says: "Pah, you haven't told him yet how everything works, right?" "No, that's why I'm asking you to explain it to him now.". He takes a deep breath and then re-inhales. "When you are travelling to Ixis no one can see you in there. So, you exist in there like a ghost. However, it is possible that you interact with objects and other humans or animals. If someone tries to see you with particles or fog you would totally lose the ability to interact with anything in the world until it goes away. This world is a product of your brain, so you may also create enemies in your own subconscious. All the people you can see there are not real, so it doesn't really matter if you rob or kill someone. You can do a lot of different things in Ixis, but the most important ability you get there is that you can take the souls of the living beings there.".

What is the point of all this? Why should I do this? Is it even smart to ask these two questions at all? After all, I don't know the reason to all of this here. I think I should first focus on watching everything here. Since my real body in my old world is death anyway. All I have to do here is to listen to Pah and follow his orders. He's the one who brought me here anyway. But what about Lye? Is it possible to bring him here? To seem as if I am interested, I ask: "And what is my job there? Why would I want to go there? Pah mentioned before I could only be in the time where I lived...". Arch turns to me and replies, "That's true, but if I don't seem to be mistaken, you're 32 years old." How does he know that? "That means you can travel to any place in your old world in these thirty-two years. I think that's quite a long time period, where you can do something. Pah just forgot to say that you're only imagine this world. So, it's not really the same world that you know. Places you've already visited will look pretty much the same, but whole countries you've never known will be shown after your awareness. Where in your real world there could be a glacier is a desert in your head." So far, fortunately, I have understood everything roughly. But I still ask myself a question: "If you think I could create opponents myself, how do I defend myself?". Now Pah replies: "Arch is as I said on the bridge very good at many things and that's why I wanted to ask him if...". He suddenly stops talking briefly again. There is also the sweat. A few seconds Arch and I watch Pah. But as suddenly as he fell silent, he continues to speak: "...he can give you the golden and the shadow knife. He should also make you a suitable armor.". First, he looks at Pah anxiously. But immediately afterwards a fog appears again. It puts two daggers in his hand. Arch explains: "The bright weapon in my right hand is the weapon of light. With this you can bring people or opponents here that died due to it. Although I would not recommend the latter. In my left Hand is the weapon of shadow. It erases everything that touches her. With this weapon you won't have any problems defeating enemies." As he hands me both of them, I notice the power that is in the two knives inside. Its like a shiver appears in you mind. But this feeling slowly disappears after a short amount of time. "My question remains the same... What's my job there?".

"Your job is to bring people here from your consciousness", Pah replies. "What is the point of this? What do I get from bringing people here?".

"I and the Dark God want to create our own new world. But I, and hopefully you too think that this way of creating a world is much more interesting. We plan to create this whole thing here not from zero. We bring people from your mind here and let them grow an own society. In Aza there is plenty of space to even create different Nations." Since he slowly loses the desire to explain me anything again, he sums up a little sourly: "Let's just say it that way... You can play God and for that you bring people which are worthy for it here to Aza. More questions will no longer be answered!". He suggests that I should go with Arch towards my room now. In the meantime, I've eaten enough anyway. Arch is already at the big main gate and points his hands outside. I get up and follow him.

We go back to the large garden. There, Arch leads me to one of the big apartments. When I enter my new room, Arch wishes me a good night and I let myself fall into the huge bed. It is built from a beautifully bright wood. I am so tired, that I am not able to look around here anymore. The mattress and the incredibly comfortable blanket immediately give me a very relaxing feeling and I fall asleep without even realizing.
