2 Arrival of the witches

It was the night of a full moon. Screaming of women and children could be heard in every hut of the Mendicant Island. Men in dismay shouting run, run, run. Everyone was terrified. People bumping into each other, running for their lives.

While everyone was running for their lives, there was a hut with a group of women wearing long silk cloaks and black pointy hats. The women were considered as witches. They were casting a spell, murmuring in an ancient language. This was a curse to bound all the men, from special blood line, to the full moon. Allowing the witches to control them and take over the world with their supernatural powers.

A year ago, the village, was a piece of heaven. Children playing about, young girls chatting, men and women working peacefully. There was a girl named Gracelynn Blair Santiago. She was the daughter of village king Wilson Santiago. She had a brother named Aaron Jace Santiago. They were from a roman blood line, reckoning themselves to a special kind of lycanthropes they called hybrids. The family was of the original witches and wizards. They knew if they were bound to full moon, theyll be the hybrids having powers of a witch and a werewolf. Nobody but themselves knew that they were hybrids.

In a meantime, a coven of witches from Amini Island came to the village, asking the kings permission to cast the spell to bound the werewolves with full moon. The king denied; saying that it will destroy the whole village.

The queen Alexandria Santiago was the first witch created by nature. The only method to cast the spell was written in Alexandrias grimoire. And a vast amount of power and sacrifice was required to cast the spell.

The witches were very diabolical and even though king denied permission, they did otherwise. There were 8 witches in the Amini coven. They all started thinking of miraculous ways of making the spell.

All the witches gave their ideas and tried to create a spell by themselves. They tried to cast a spell which was created by one of their witches. Everything was ready but the spell did not proceed. The tried harder and harder. Yet all it was, was failure after failure. The witches asked to be permitted but the queen denied, nor she spoke of which her grimoire.

The spell wasnt that easy the way witches thought it was. The witches of Amini coven were unknown to the amount of sacrificial power needed. The spell required the sacrifice of 10 men and a heart of a roman bloodline.

The queen of Mendicant island knew this all and didnt want to reveal this secret upon the witches, as she was worried about her daughter, who was a clone of her great great great grandmother. She knew that the werewolves feed on the ancestral clones, after being turned.
