Elite Quality (updated)

"Elite Quality? which means, I don't need to be afraid of those with ordinary quality and elite bugs in Shadow Society to control me. But I still need to be careful of those at the rare quality and above." looking at the Quality that appeared on the attribute column couldn't help recollecting some memories that he had.

The Quality system for creatures, ranging from "ordinary" to "lord," (Ordinary -> Elite -> Rare -> General -> Lord) was a familiar concept to Ye Fan, even with the same level of strength, each tier represented a significant gap in terms of strength and capabilities of different individuals, and there seem to be higher qualities above lord but he doesn't know any of them right now. Here's a more detailed description of the qualities:

Ordinary: This was the lowest tier, and creatures of ordinary quality were generally the weakest. They lacked exceptional abilities or potential.

Elite: Elite quality marked a significant improvement in an entity's capabilities. Such creatures possessed unique attributes or skills that set them apart from the ordinary. They often served as stronger minions or subordinates.

Rare: Rare quality represented an even higher level of strength and uniqueness. Rare creatures were not only powerful but also possessed distinctive abilities or characteristics that made them stand out.

General: General quality was an indication of substantial strength. Creatures of this quality were formidable and could often lead groups or factions. Their abilities were not to be underestimated.

Lord: Lord quality was the pinnacle, representing the most powerful and exceptional entities. Lords were often leaders of entire species or factions, and they had a wide range of abilities and powers that made them nearly unbeatable.

As Ye Fan contemplated these qualities and the gap they represented in the strengths and capabilities of different individuals. He couldn't help but wonder if there were even higher qualities beyond "lord" that he had yet to discover. His memories hinted at their existence, but he did not know of them at this point. But his focus shifted to the + sigh which is dim on the side of Elite Quality with interest he explored it then a pop-up appeared describing.

[Do you want to upgrade from elite to rare quality, you need 10,000 points of spiritual power]

"Is it possible to upgrade from elite quality to rare quality, it's good news but the amount of spiritual power required is so huge it needs at least a week to accumulate." Ye Fan couldn't contain his excitement at the realization that he could potentially elevate the quality of his Mind Shadow Parasite from elite to rare quality. However, the sheer magnitude of spiritual power required for this upgrade left him somewhat daunted.

He knew that gathering the necessary amount of spiritual power would be a time-consuming process. With the current rate of accumulation, it would take at least a week to reach the required threshold. While he was eager to enhance his pet's quality, the patience and dedication needed for this endeavor were clear.

However, as he contemplated, a curious thought crossed his mind. "Is it only monsters or can I also control plants, from the prompt before it is clear that, 100 points of spiritual power should be infused to make it a pet. So, why don't I try and see if I can make the azure a pet? may be feasible." 

Ye Fan's curiosity was piqued, and he decided that he would, make Azure Glistertide a pet of his own. "Unfortunately, it seems Azure should have reached its limit of absorption for now maybe I should try later." Ye Fan realized that he might need to wait and try again later when the plant could potentially absorb more energy.

"But I must say Azure's abilities work wonders, The reiki concentration around me is already 30% more compared with morning when it upgraded to silver level." he couldn't help but be impressed by the effects of the Azure Glistertide plant. Its ability to enhance the Reiki concentration in his surroundings had already shown noticeable results.

The 30% increase was a significant improvement and a testament to the plant's capabilities. As Ye Fan continued to experiment with his SkyDrive and explore the capabilities of his Mind Shadow Parasite, he began to feel the strain on his mind. The infusion of spiritual power and the mental exertion were taking their toll on him.

He pondered the significance of the upcoming mission and realized the importance of being well-rested. The delicious but heavy black pig roast he had enjoyed earlier in the evening had likely contributed to his reduced appetite. Deciding that a good night's rest was in order, he thought to himself, "I need to be in peak condition for the challenges ahead."

As the morning light streamed through the window, Ye Fan couldn't hide the sense of satisfaction that welled up within him. He checked his attribute panel, and it was truly remarkable to see the results of all the experiments and efforts he had put in. The surplus of vitality and spiritual power left him with 1100 points of vitality and 930 points of spiritual power.

With a satisfied smile, he murmured to himself, "All those efforts are paying off. I've got quite a surplus now. with my reserves reaching more than 1000 points, it felt like all my attributes are doubled, from the previous 20 -30% increase. But it seems doubling of attributes is the maximum my body can handle at this point."

Dressed in the sleek black attire provided by the society, he was ready to attend the meeting. Ye Fan felt a sense of anticipation and readiness for the upcoming meeting. The outfit was designed for function and style, with subtle silver-threaded patterns adding an elegant touch to the otherwise utilitarian garment. 

A cloak and a mask-like device completed the ensemble. The cloak concealed most of his features, giving him an air of mystery, while the mask served the dual purpose of concealing his identity and preventing potential spying by others.

With the SkyDrive comfortably secured on his left hand, with the specified location marking, Ye Fan made his way to the Mission Hall. As he walked through the streets, he couldn't help but notice the presence of other society members, similarly attired and enshrouded in the same air of intrigue. The atmosphere was charged with an undercurrent of anticipation, and it was clear that the upcoming meeting was important.

As Ye Fan entered the conference room, he was immediately struck by the advanced technology and grandeur of the place. The sheer size and sophistication of the hall left him in awe. It could accommodate up to a thousand people, but at the moment, there were around 200 individuals present.

The architecture of the hall was a marvel, featuring sleek lines and polished surfaces. The walls appeared to be made of a material that displayed shifting holographic images, creating the illusion of being surrounded by dynamic artwork. The floor had a subtle luminescence that cast a gentle blue glow, adding to the overall ambiance.

Rows of seats were neatly arranged, each designed for ergonomic comfort with cushioned seating. Every chair came equipped with a holographic interface, ready for interactive use. The attendees, all dressed in black attire and masks, added an enigmatic air to the environment.

Ye Fan found an empty seat near the center of the hall and took it, his attention drawn to the large holographic display at the front of the room. It was a focal point that stretched across the stage, capable of presenting a wealth of information, images, and visuals in real time, providing an immersive experience for those present.

As more people entered the hall, he noted that the identities of the experimental subjects were concealed, ensuring privacy and security. This secrecy was a necessary precaution to maintain anonymity and safeguard the individuals.
