48 New Quest and Start of A Tale

"Sir, I am about to become Bronze Rank," Luke remarked, his eyes gleaming, not wanting to pass up the opportunity to obtain a Quest so easily.

The man plunged into thinking when he saw Luke's dazzling eyes since Luke was not lying. The man had already inspected Luke, who was Level 15 and five levels away from the Bronze Rank, which starts at Level 20. Luke may become a Bronze Rank Adventurer with a single day of grind, but leaving matters of Silver Ranked to a Bronze Ranked still did not sit well with the man. 

Adam, whose face remained pale and had not yet returned to its natural hue, caught the man's attention. The man stated "The Branch Leader had gone to Headquarters due to some matters and will be returning in 2 days. I need to talk to him about this matter; if, by then, you and your feeble companion have both attained Bronze Rank Adventurer status and passed the test that I will give you, I may be able to alter my mind."
