Love ya!

——————————————————————————-

You know the saying, don't stick it crazy? Well, guess what? That saying was absolutely right before today; I never had the experience of dating a crazy girl. And boy was Azula crazy, but I couldn't really blame her.

From our brief encounter during our battle, and right now in our date, I had gathered more than enough information about her to get a pretty good general idea of what she was and how she had come to be what she was.

Azula was a firebending prodigy and a dedicated perfectionist, showing this during our date, as she even controlled the way she walked, making sure her steps were perfect and symmetrical. Showing she was wants nothing less about herself and other than absolute control. As for a psychological point of view, she very smart, but her incredibly high IQ was eclipsed by her narcissistic and antisocial personality disorders, which had taken roots inside of her head, thanks to dear old dad, Ozai.

As our date progressed, I questioned her without revealing my motives about her childhood, trying to sound like a guy interested in her upbringing, and just as I expected, she had started to show these cruel and sadistic tendencies from a very young age, with her father nurturing these behaviors with fake love while shutting down any good in her before it even began to grow.

Thanks to Ozai, even as a child, she had proven to be cruel, having a sociopathic personality, showing almost no empathy or remorse for her actions, even when those actions harmed others both physically and emotionally, her targets usually being Zuko and her friends, Mai and Ty Lee. But, from what she was sharing, she wasn't always like this. Apparently, there was a time where she and Zuko were close before the monster of Ozai took a more active role in raising her.

Showing that Azula was heavily influenced by her demon-like father, who was a monster in every possible way, leading her to a labyrinth without exit, as she believed she would win his love if she was more like him. However, that was impossible, for Ozai was a ruthless man incapable of love.

And as Azulta desperately tried to win Ozai's love, being like him, her mother Ursa and her drifted apart.

Because as soon as little Azula started to emulate her father, being cruel and sadistic to win his love, Ursa started to scold her for her acts of cruel nature, which apparently occurred pretty often. With her showing clear favoritism to Zuko, Azula focused on trying to win the favor of her father. But without her mother's love.

But none of that came; Ozai never loved her but did show favoritism to her.

But without the love of the two most important people of her life, she was traumatized, shaping the fear that she could not count on the love from anyone, no matter how close they seemed. Which cursed her to be unable to trust others, and like her father, began to control those around her using fear.

This, of course, wasn't what she had shared; this was the empathic version I had gotten with powers, as she shared her story from a very delirious point of view, showing her grasp of reality was very broken, or that she was forcing herself to believe otherwise.

"Zuko was always jealous of me," Azula grinned, finishing her story, but behind her confident smile, I was drowned in a sea of pain, pain like I had never before experienced. True sadness, how in the world can she talk without crying, is beyond me.

"That's quite the story," I smiled, "So I have another question for you,"

"Very well, but that means you owe me two questions," Azula stated, in a demanding tone.

"Why did you agree to come and date me?" I asked, knowing very well it was Ty Lee who had put her to this; I mean… Azula would not have this initiative, and besides, she was laughing even when I wasn't trying to be funny, meaning Ty Lee had given her some awful advices, "I know for a fact this wasn't your idea, at least not fully… I mean, after winning our duel, I expected you to come at me, but not in a romantic way,"

Azula frowned and then smiled, "Well, I…because together you and I will be the strongest couple in the entire world! with our powers combined we will dominate the earth!" she finished, lighting her hands in her signature blue fire.

"So… because I am strong?" I chuckled.

"Basically," Azula nodded.

"So… you don't find me handsome?" Why am I teasing the Arkham case?! But as my mind questioned why I was doing this, I found myself unable to stop.

"I do," Azula nodding, stepping closer, her face inches away from mine, in the corner of the restaurant room I had rented.

"Good," I smiled; her face was at this point so close to mine that I could smell the sweet fragrance of her perfume invading my senses, with her emotions showing a light tint of hope, hope that I wasn't going to reject her, why was she feeling this, she barely knew me and lost in this feeling of the unknown, the next thing I know is that her tongue was in my mouth. Her kiss was so instantaneous, so urgent that it overpowered all my senses as it sought some unreachable yet tangible feeling.

I knew now why I hadn't outright rejected her; it wasn't because I pitied her or because of not fucking the plan; if that was the case, I would've kneeled the first time I met her, avoiding all of this. No. The real reason I hadn't reject her was because I was like her; we were both broken on different levels.

And stopping any resistance, not that there was one, to begin with, I let myself immerse on this feeling, as my lips mashed against hers, trying to flatten and destroy her mouth, in a wild desire of contact. She hungrily pushed back, her mouth open, tongue exploring the moist space within my mouth, with my tongue doing the same. With Azula gripping my head firmly, showing even know she wanted control, holding my head as if to keep me from escaping.

How broken was I? How broken was she? And how sad was it? That I felt comfort in this kiss.
