Uzugakure, New Shadows

"My Lord, the city is complete according to your instructions." One of the shadows informs while he is on his knees.

Naruto closes the book he is reading and his mood immediately lights up. He gets up from his bed and dismisses the Shadow.

Naruto then without any wait makes a clone of himself and then teleports from there. The clone gets on the bed and starts reading the book.

Land of Whirlpool, the island that is surrounded by sea and whirlpools. Reaching this island by sea or without the help of a professional is almost impossible.

This was once the home of one of the biggest and strongest clans of the Shinobi world, The Uzumaki.

This clan wasn't famous for its battle power or powerful abilities. It was famous for a special kind of Jutsu.

This Jutsu was so powerful and useful that many were awed as well as fearful of this Jutsu.

The Fuinjutsu or Sealing technique.

Because of this, many Shinobi also wanted this for themselves. But Uzumaki aren't weak either and they also had a powerful backing.

But alas! God didn't want them to survive. So it was destroyed by three great Shinobi alliances who wanted this technique for themselves.

Even then, they had to pay a great price for that. More than one-third of the attackers died that day.

Currently, Uzugakure is a little different from the past. A gigantic invisible shield which used to protect it now looks stronger and sturdier.

The once-destroyed buildings and ruins are no more present. Instead, there are more futuristic buildings, clean roads, water paths by the side of the roads and also many great design shops.

But the city is void of people. The roads, houses and shops look empty. It's as if no one lives here.

Well, that is not true, if you go into the core zone of the island which is almost the middle of the whole island, you will be able to see a few humans here.

Everyone has common red hair. And they also have a smile on their face. There are only 27 of these red-haired men and women.

Most of them are children. Only 5 adults and 2 old.

The kids are as excited as they should be and the adults only wait patiently. As if they are waiting for someone.

As for the two old men, their eyes are wet as they look at the complete city. The young kids don't know much about the past but these two were born and raised here.

They survived the destruction because they were out on a mission. Otherwise, they would have died back then too.

Everyone waits in the middle of the city together. Suddenly an orange-haired young man appears before everyone with a smile on his face.

"Big Brother Naruto is here."

"Sir"

"Savior"

Among the young kids, one particular girl looked at Naruto intensely. She had seen him once and that day changed her life for the better.

At that time she thought she would die at his hand but instead, he saved her from hell and gave her a new life.

She can only thank him from the depth of her heart and repay him by being useful to him.

It's Karin whom Naruto saved during the Forest of Death exam.

As soon as Naruto appears Mito also appears to his side and stands a little behind him and looks at the people with a smile.

Before she died she heard about the clan. But she couldn't do anything as the clan was already destroyed. She was angry and sad at the same time. She cursed and blamed herself that she couldn't help her homeland.

But luckily many survive. Though they have lived in misery until now, her king has saved them and brought everyone under his protection. She is really happy that her clan didn't get lost in history.

She looked at the man in front of her and then looked at the last few survivors of her clan and thanked God in her heart. From all the things she has seen so far, she knows that the clan will only flourish in time.

Naruto smiles and stops everyone from shouting his name. He calms down everyone and starts to check the village with Mito.

"My lord, I have designed the structure according to your wish." An old man said proudly. It seems he is proud that he could finish his Lord's work efficiently and perfectly.

He is Amado, a future member of Kara. Naruto has revived him as his shadow soldier a long time ago. It was on the second day after he killed Hiruzen.

He made Amado learn all the knowledge of Shinobi at first. And once he learned enough he gave him this mission.

"Amado, Don't forget that I designed most of the security and futuristic tech." Another shadow soldier said.

But unlike Amado, he can take human form. He is an even greater genius than Amado. You will be shocked to death if you know who this person was.

Dr Vegapunk from One Piece. Of course, how can Naruto let go of such an important shadow?

As soon as he got the chance in One Piece World he revived Vegapunk as his Shadow soldier.

Amado nodded in agreement with Vegapunk. These two have formed a good relationship. Unlike his other shadows, they like to learn and make new things rather than get stronger.

But of course, all of their creations are something that is useful to their lord and will help him on his journey.

It took them six months to finish the project. Naruto had to make thousands of shadow clones and all of his shadow soldiers, even his shadow from the Shinobi world, made clones to finish the city faster.

Well because of Naruto's earth control and with Mito's sealing, all the buildings and walls in the city were made faster and stronger.

After some walking, they come to the bigger building in the city. Actually not the biggest as it's separated into three different sections.

The First section is the Academy Area. This Academy alone takes one-fifth of the total City area. This is enormous.

Yes, this is not his place to stay, it's the academy area. Naruto has wanted to build an academy for a long time. It will be like Hogwarts. He will invite students from all over the world.

As soon as Naruto stands in front of the Gate, it automatically opens. Naruto takes a big step and enters the Academy.

The left side building is a Boy's dorm and the right side building is a girl's dorm.

These two are noticeably smaller than the building in the middle which is the academy where class will take place.

There are almost every facility present here. Library, canteen, Weaponsmith, training hall, mission hall, treasure hall etc.

After half an hour of checking, Naruto smiles in satisfaction. Even he is surprised that everything finished so fast. Well, supernatural world works can't be compared with normal human abilities.

After another hour or two Naruto finally finished touring the whole city. He knows all the areas since his clone was here helping. But it still feels good to see the finished product with his own eyes.

Mito smiled and said, "Now Uzugakure is better than before."

Naruto shook his head and said, "No, we need people and lots of them to maintain the city."

Mito nodded and added, "We need Shinobi too." Naruto nodded and said "Well, we can do that slowly. There is no hurry."

Naruto then arrives at another giant gate with a smile. This gate is the only way from where people can come and go out of the Uzugakure.

This is a Teleportation Gate. It connected Uzugakure and the land of fire (for now). And to enter, one needs verification from both sides.

If someone forcefully tries to enter, the gate won't work. Even disguised won't work as the gate can monitor one's chakra frequency.

It can also save and record the chakra frequency of anything.

But as they said there is no perfect plan and security, so it can't be 100% foolproof. There will always be loopholes. But at least, it's thousands of times better than Leaf.

Moreover, the whole city is covered with hidden detection and cameras. There will be people who will monitor the city constantly.
