7 Avatar's attempt to change fate.

Shin could be seen following a convoy of guards guarding a palanquin in a getup that hid his face well. Kaguya was being taken to a safe location by the order of Emperor Tenji after the increase of aggressiveness from the Land of That from the border. Shin was following them to protect the soldiers from the Land of That from being killed by Kaguya.

The Emperor had issued the order that no harm must come to those who were from the Land of That. This order was going to be broken by the fools who were going to attack Kaguya only to be mercilessly decimated by her. This would lead to her being hunted by the soldiers of the Land of ancestors, their army being led by Emperor Tenji himself.

The soldiers reached the safe house and Shin moved on to observe Kaguya from a distance. He was about to approach her but stopped himself when he saw Aino approach her. He waited impatiently as Aino chatted with Kaguya until she fell asleep on Kaguya's shoulder.

Shin immediately went to meet Kaguya. He walked over to her with silent footsteps. "Kaguya-sensei," he greeted her.

"Why are you here?" she asked him.

"I noticed a few soldiers making their way here. I am here to make sure you don't accidentally disobey the emperor's order. I will take care of them, there is no need for you to involve yourself."

She responded with a slight nod. Shin had gotten used to this. He knew that Kaguya was a woman of few words. Suddenly, he heard shouting coming from a distance away which had also woken up Aino. She woke up groggily and rubbed her eyes, but stopped when she noticed a man(Shin) standing a distance away in black clothing and a cloth covering half of his face.

Aino immediately stood up and demanded, "Who are you, and what are you planning by sneaking into Kaguya-sama's house?" Before Shin could answer, a few people dressed in uniforms belonging to the soldiers Land of That appeared. Leading them was Shuzaku from the Land of That. Aino turned her attention towards the new intruders and repeated her question while retreating to Kaguya's side, "What are soldiers from the Land of That doing here? This place belongs to Kaguya-sama, the Emperor's consort."

Hearing her, Suzaku laughed, "Hahahaha. What do you think that pathetic Tenji will do anyway? It's only a matter of time and all of his belongings will become mine." He pointed towards Kaguya and continued, "That includes you. You should be honored."

Shin face-palmed himself. 'Damn it! He's going to piss-off Kaguya if I let him Yap any longer.' He immediately raised his right hand upward and brought it down slowly, using earth-bending to sink the soldiers along with Suzaku into the ground. 'I should avoid using blood-bending and use it as a trump-card against Kaguya.

Shin followed by using air-bending to create a strong gust of wind, knocking out the weapons they had in their hands. He made his way towards the soldiers. "Who are you demon! Unhand me this instance!" yelled out Shuzaku as he struggled to free himself.

Shin looked down at him. "Funny you should call the God of nature's avatar a demon." The God of nature, Shizen, was a mythical deity Shin had heard about growing up. His myths were quite famous and Shizen was revered by people. Shin thought it was a great opportunity to reveal his powers and avoid being called a monster and be worshiped instead.

Suzaku looked up with disbelief in his eyes. While this was going on, three guards from the Land of Ancestors that had survived, had arrived with various injuries. Upon hearing Shin's declaration, they all knelt in reverence.

'Huh? They were quick to kneel,' Shin thought to himself. he didn't get why had they bowed down to him so easily. This only proved the amount of belief the People of Land of ancestors held in the God of Nature.

"No way you are the avatar of Shizen! He isn't real!" Suzaku yelled out.

"Oh really?" Shin asked in amusement. Unfortunately, before he could say anything more, someone screamed. It was Aino. A spy who had been hiding amongst the guards had sneaked up behind Aino and stabbed her from behind. Kaguya and Shin just stood there in horror. The assailant ran towards Kaguya but as soon as he got near her, his body simply burst, only leaving behind blood and gore.

Everyone stood there in shock, unable to move after what they had just witnessed. Well, all except one. Shin was shocked, but not because of the display of monstrous power Kaguya had just shown, but rather because of the failure of his mission.

Shin calmed himself down. From now on, He was going to have to be bolder in his measures to ensure that Kaguya stayed away from the chakra fruit. He could probably kill her now, during her pregnancy, the time when she was at her weakest. But that was still a 50-50 bet, without the Avatar state.

'Damn I am going to have to start chugging onion-banana juice after getting back home,' Shin thought to himself as he stopped Kaguya from killing any more people by yelling, "I can still save her!" Kaguya, who was walking towards the soldiers trapped in the earth- probably to kill them- stopped.

Shin hurried towards Aino and got some water by absorbing it from the grass around them. It wasn't a lot, but enough to heal that stab wound. I got to healing her wounds with chi/chakra-infused water as Kaguya stood watching over the process. Aino woke up with a groan. "what happened?" she asked as soon as she regained her consciousness.

"We must go to the divine tree as soon as possible. My fate awaits me," Kaguya said as soon as she saw that Aino was well. "I am not strong enough in my current state so you must accompany me." She said to Shin.

Shin paused, "We shouldn't waste time and apologize to the emperor as soon as possible."

Kaguya insisted, "I must get to the divine tree. It is vital."

"And I am saying that it is not necessary for you to go there."

Kaguya turned around and started walking away. "Come Aino," she called out Aino. As she was about to leave, an earth wall sprung up in front of her, blocking her path. "What are you doing?" she asked in a cold tone with a dangerous edge to it which made shivers down Shin's spine. 'Damn it! what's up with her sudden desire to eat the chakra fruit."

"I am sorry sensei but I cannot allow you to eat the chakra fruit," Shin said while getting into an attacking stance.

The mention of the chakra fruit brought a look of surprise to her usually unemotional face. She suddenly glowed and shin started to feel dizzy. "So you knew about the fruit.." Kaguya muttered.

As his consciousness slipped away, Shin cursed himself for not being decisive and tried to stop himself from falling asleep. when it became clear to him that he was not going to be able to stop he muttered out weakly, "D-don't let he-" unfortunately, he passed out before he could complete his message to warn Aino.

I wake up with a throbbing headache. Where was I? I looked around in confusion and found myself in a very old bedroom. The thing looked ancient, and... I was sleeping on a futon? I looked beside me and saw a woman. She had delicate facial features, with long gray hair. I noticed she had two brown horns sticking out of her head and she had short eyebrows.

It took me a while but I was sure it was Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. The hell was I doing here! The last thing I remember was being sent to this world! Her third eye containing the Rine-sharingan opened up, followed by the other two. She sat up beside me and pulled me into a kiss as I just sat there, wide eyed from shock.

A/n: The Mc won't remember his life as Shin Taisho. HE WILL STILL REMEMBER HIS PREVIOUS LIFE AND MEETING THE VOICE- CAUSE, PLOT ARMOUR. The next chapter will be from Kaguya's perspective and I will try my best to... describe certain events.
