7 Truth Hurts by Lizzo

"Uncle, Zuzu!" Yelled Azula which cause the water tribe and the siblings to be shocked. They didn't know that Azula knew anybody from the fire nation and by the sound of it, pretty close to them too.

"Azula? How are you lass. The last time I saw you was 7 years ago." Asked iroh to Azula. "I'm fine uncle. How are you both? What happened during these past few years?" Said Azula. "Were doing fine Azula. After you left, a few guards to my courtyard asking if we saw you by any chance and that to inform father as soon as we notice you and to escort you back to the throne room. I told them no and then uncle and I thought of what you informed us and proceeded to do what we've always done." "I see. Anyways, how come you guys are here?" Azula asked them even though she knew the reason why they were here, she pretended not to.

Iroh and Zuko then explained to her that since Ozai couldn't find her, he ordered Iroh to look for her. One day, prince zuko was invited by Ozai to one of the war council in the throne room to further discuss about their advancements and campaigns and to further develop the prince into becoming the next fire lord. There, prince zuko saw Iroh attending the council as well and became happy. However, as he listened to everyone's plan towards the other water and earth kingdom, he couldn't help but remember what Azula told him. This made him carelessly talk out of turn and caused his father to be enraged, who then challenged him to a duel to which the prince refused. Ozai was then further enraged, which led him to burning the prince's left face from the eyebrows to the cheeks earning the prince a long lasting burn scar. Seeing the events that transpired, Iroh was angered and also remembered the day Azula left and warned them. He thought to himself that I'd he took the prince with him and fled, maybe they could've avoided what happened to Zuko, but now that it happened, he will take zuko with him and train him further while looking for Azula.

Iroh stopped Ozai from further lashing out against Zuko and told Ozai that he will take Zuko to look for Azula with him and to also train him further in politics and combat. Ozai agreed and told Zuko that he is banished from the kingdom of fire until he finds his sister. While Ozai was saying that, he remembered that they are still looking for avatar, so he included that Zuko also needed to find the avatar and until then, he will never be able to set foot back to the fire kingdom.

Zuko was taken by Iroh quickly and after a few hours of preparation, sailed off. He was confused, angry, and after a while happy. Confused due to the reason his father became enraged. He didn't know why they wanted to attack the other nations and control them. Angry because he now knows why his sweet little sister, who has been his mental support for the past few years they were together in the stiffening, atmosphere of the house he grew up to which can no longer be called his home, warned him and his uncle before leaving in a hurry. Now happy because due to the banishment, he has a reason to go and search for his little sister who he missed dearly on the past 7 years.

Back to the present. Everyone heard what Iroh and prince zuko said and was shocked to their core(excluding Azula). When they saw the spot falling from the sky, they were extremely frightened knowing that fire nation found them again. Seeing the circumstances and hearing the story made the put their guard down a little against the fire nation people, but they still were wary of them.

When Azula heard the story, she wasn't as surprised except for the fact that she was included into Zuko's way to regain honor. While thinking of this, she heard footsteps and when she looked up, she saw Zuko walking towards her with a frown on his face. When he was already near her, he suddenly hugged her tight. Suddenly she heard some sniffles from behind and was confused as to why he suddenly was crying.

Zuko POV

After I told what happened for the past years to Azula, I slowly made my way towards her. I could feel my sadness resurfacing and my happiness of seeing her mixing together. My mother disappeared when I was 8 and father never told me the reason as to why she disappeared or where she went. I miss both of them. My mother's warmth, and my sister's bright smile which always brightens my day after the harsh training regimen of my father, and of course... father. Soon I was in front of her and my body just hugged her. I felt her warmth and for the first time in years. I cried. I couldn't control it. I tried to not let it show but the damn onion nation probably sent their entire, well nation as their battle force and their battle field were my eyes. Against who? Only they will know.

"What's wrong Zuzu?" Azula asked me with clear worry in her eyes."it's just finally seeing you after all these years made me really happy again. Our place isn't the same without you and mother." I told her quickly after seeing her worried face. "Don't worry brother. Now that you're here and you found me, I won't leave again okay?" She told me while smiling so cheerfully it made all my pent up sadness and anger disappear immediately. "Also, I have a surprise for you and uncle." After she said that, it quickly caught my attention as well as uncle Iroh.

Third POV

Azula, seeing the inquiring faces of her uncle and brother as well as other fire benders, decided to tell them her story. But before doing so, she told them that they should go inside the ship and to stop the ship from producing any more soot since it's polluting the snow and the place they're at. They quickly made their way towards the ship and the water tribe people decided to go about their way while still being wary of the fire nation. Even though they are less guarded, they still can't trust the fire nation immediately since the war was still fresh from their minds. Some children weren't as guarded but their parents strongly forbade them to go and satiate their curiosity about the newcomers. Katara and Sokka also decided to leave the family alone to catch up since they know how it feels to be separated from their family.
