ATLA: The Ocean's Avatar

An immortal's sister gets reincarnated into the world of avatar as the ocean chosen. What does that mean? Read and find out! I have not decided if it will be monogamy or a harem. If it is a harem it won't be more than 3 and they are already decided for plot reasons. I just haven't personally decided if I want to go that route yet or if it'll fit the characters by the time they do interact.
