When Haon opened his eyes he was in a massive pure white room, almost blindingly so, he stood in a daze for a bit till he noticed a statue from afar, he couldn't make it out as it seemed so far away, he began to walk to it and as he got closer, the statue's distinct feature became clearer, it was marble statue of angel, holding a sword, he stood a meter away from it not knowing what to do, he stood still for a minute and then approached the statue and touched it, as soon as he lays his hand on the statue, it spoke "Welcome [User] to the [Plane of Creation], here you will select your [Race]" as the statue ended speaking, 10 blue holo cards started encircle him, he knew it was the starting base [Race] he looked at the options and he knew that each [Race] has their own unique [Racial Inheritance] that are basically [Passive]s and [Innate skill], he scanned through his choices:

[Human]: Humanity are the most populous [Race] in [Avalon], back at their peak they were the [Race] that conquered [Avalon] till they broke apart.

[Racial Inheritance]:

[Charismatic Approach]: +10 charm on all NPC in allied [Collective Territory]

-[Self Discipline]+5 % [stat] boost on your highest [stat]

[Aura of Stability]+ 3% [stat] boost for you and your allies in your group

[Innate skill]: [Encourage]: you and allies 10m around you gain a shield depending on the missing health, 10% of maximum health at 70% [Health], 20% of maximum health at 50% health [Health].

[Cooldown]: 12 hours

[Elf]: The Elven race were peace loving, recluse race, they were never hungry for territory and mostly stayed on their territory called [Alfheim] were the [Mother Tree] stood.

[Racial Inheritance]:

[Forest steps]: +10% movement speed on all terrain +20% movement speed in forest environments while out of combat

[Friend of Nature]: Mobs are less hostile to you and you will always have encounter advantage.

[Aura of Grace]: +10% more healing received from all sources for you and your allies while in a group.

[Innate skill]: [Emergency Cloak]: Upon activation cloak your self in invisibility for 10 seconds and immediately exit out of combat, increase movement speed by 10% while [Emergency Cloak] is active.

[Cooldown]: 3 hours

[Dwarf]: The Dwarven race might be small in stature, but their combination of intellectual capabilities and tenacity have proven the test of time, they lead [Avalon] in technological capabilities, but are also a nightmare in combat.

[Racial Inheritance]

[Dwarven Tenacity]: While in combat damage reduction increases as [Health] lowers from +5% increased damage reduction at 70% [Health], +10% increased damage reduction at 50% [Health] and +15% increased damage reduction at 30% [Health]

[Blessed Hands]: +15% more bonus chance to increase [stats] and enhance [effects] while crafting or enhancing equipment.

[Aura of Courage]: While facing a foe with higher [stat]s or [Level], increase damage reduction by 10% for you and your allies.

[Innate skill] : [Last stand]: Upon taking fatal damage, stops [Health] at 1 and increase all [stat]s by 10% for 5 seconds, upon skill ending your aura explodes around you knocking back everyone around you.

[Cooldown]: 12 hours

[Beastman]: The beastman race are a proud race that centres around their mercenary kingdom, pay for their services and they surely will get the job done.

[Racial Inheritance]:

[Beastial Vision]: Increases sight clarity range and are more capable seeing enemy weak spots, +5% armour reduction during combat.

[Blood rage]: Increases all damage output by 10% as enemy's [Health] hit 50%, -10% armour while active.

[Aura of the hunt]: +10% damage output from all sources for you and your allies while in a party.

[Innate skill]: [The Hunt]: Upon activation increase +10% movement speed and attack speed while in combat for 15 seconds.

[Cooldown]: 1 hour

[Nomad]: The Nomads as the name suggest are nomadic race similar to humans except they tower over them with the smallest usually around 6"10 this is due to the giant blood they have flowing through them.

[Racial Inheritance]

[Blood of Giants]: +10% more [vitality] and 50% [Health] regeneration while out of combat.

[Blood of Giants II]: Health regeneration increases as [Health] lowers from +5% increased [Health] regeneration at 70%, +10% increased [Health] regeneration at 50%, +15% [Health] regeneration at 30%.

[Aura of Nomad]: While not in a group increase [Health] by 15%, upon entering a group increases you and your allies [Heath] by 10%.

[Innate skill]: [Giant's Rage]: Upon taking lethal damage gain a burst of [Health], 20% of maximum health and clear all negative effects.

[Cooldown]: 12 hours.

[Draconian]: the Draconians are race, which inherited the blood of dragons through slaying dragons, they are recluse race similar to the elves and will not wage war, but unlike the elves when attacked they will not stop until they have conquered you.

[Draconic scale]: 30% chance to reflect 15% of damage taken ignoring armour and when activated applies [Bleed].

[Fiery Prowess]: 15% to inflict [Burn] status on enemies when attacking.

[Aura of Heat]: When in combat, your chance to inflict the [Burn] status increase by 15% and grants allies in your group 10% chance to inflict [Burn] with their attacks.

[Innate skill]: [Flame Breath]: Upon activation, breathe fire for 3 seconds that deals 100 +10% of your main attack damage every second and dispels the enemy's active buff.

[Cooldown]: 3 hours

[Stygian]: The Stygians are a race of underground dwellers who lives mainly under [Avalon], they usually do not show themselves to other races, similarly to the beastman race they are race that sells their sword, but unlike them they are harder to find.

[Racial Inheritance]:

[Night Vision]: They can see as well in the darkness as they can in the light.

[Alchemic Blessing]: They are more efficient and effective on their concoctions, increase concoction success rate by 10% and use less materials.

[Aura of the Dark] +10% dodge for you and your allies in your group, while in combat.

[Innate skill]: [Shadow Orb] throw an orb of shadow that explodes in 5m radius, anyone caught in it are inflicted with [Silence] for 5 seconds and are inflicted with [Oblivion] for 5 seconds ([Oblivion] disables passives and [Racial Inheritance]s).

[Orcian]: The Orcians are a race that evolved from their mindless barbaric distant relatives, the Orcs, they are race that acts similar to humans, but don't be fooled the blood of the orcs are still within.

[Racial Inheritance]:

[Advancement]: When pursuing an enemy, increase movement speed by 20%, also decrease the effects of [Slow].

[Frenzy]: As [Health] decrease, increase resource production and decrease cooldowns (excluding [innate skill]) from +10% increased resource production and -1 second off skill cooldown when [Health] 50%, per attack.

[Aura of Rejuvination]: +10% resource production for you and your allies in your group.

[Innate skill]: [Berserk] Upon activation increase resource production by 50% and -2 seconds off skills for 10 seconds and immediately resets all skill cooldown.

[Cooldown]: 12 hours

[Undead]: The Undead races are race whose heart does not beat, they were apparently born out of the countless bodies that filled the underworld during the creation wars.

[Racial Inheritance]:

[Undeath Desire]: When in combat with a living enemy increase damage output by 10%.

[Unholy Body]: Decrease healing received from heal spells and potion by 50%, instead [Poison] heals you.

[Aura of Death]: Life steal 10% of damage done for you and your allies.

[Innate skill]: [Vengeful Return]: Upon Death revive as a [Spirit] for 10 seconds that have access to unique spirit skills, upon successfully killing an enemy, revive with 25% [Health].

[Cooldown]: 24 hours.

[Demon]: The demonic race are a race that was born out of desire, they are incredibly sly and devious, so be careful making deals with them.

[Racial Inheritance]

[Demonic Luck]: +10 innate [Luck]

[Demonic Wrath]: When [Health] reaches 50% increase damage by 10%.

[Aura of Desire]: increase enemy drop rate by 10% for you and your allies in your group.

[Innate skill]: [Demonic Deal]: Upon activation sacrifice 50% of current [Health] to summon [Devil's Incarnate] for 3 seconds that deals 5% of enemy's maximum [Health] as damage every second in a 5 meter cone [Destroy] 15% of enemies maximum [Health] (Enemies affected by [Destroy] have their maximum [Health] reduced until dispelled. .

[Cooldown]: 6 hours

Haon thought about his choices, in his mind there were only 3 [Race]s that piqued his interests, and that was the [Demon], [Draconian] and [Human] it wasn't that the other [Race]s weren't attractive, but to him these were the ones that appealed to him, after a while he decided on what [Race] he wanted to be and as soon as he pressed it, a blue light enveloped him.

Author's note: Another long chapter, sorry about that, it was necessary imo to put all the race stuff, because it was cool hehe, comment if you think there are some races that are too op or too weak and I might do something about it.
