6 Chapter 04: History of Auxilia

Camille's POV

"What am I doing?!" I said to my self. What did I just do so I ended up here?!

Who are they? Did I just get easily convinced to come with strangers? I really don't know what's happening to my self right now!

I just don't know but why is like there is something pushing me to go with them?!

But, Headmaster Viado was right. When I want everyone to know that I exist, I must do something valuable.

One more thing, Brylle seems so familiar to me. Do I know him? Is he also from the mortal? Why do I feel something different starting when I see him at the Headmaster's Office?

What just happened? Am I just dreaming?

Wake up! Wake up Camille!

I slapped my face many times and I can feel it. It's all real!

Urgh! Nevermind! I'm just fooling around with myself!

Wherever this will lead me, I hope, it will all be good.

After clearing out my mind, I went downstairs at stared at them.

"Camille!" Lexie called me.

When I went near them, Aspen asked we to sit down.

I sat down with them. It looks like they just had a meeting while I am upstairs.

"First may I ask how did you get in this academy?" Brylle just asked me in a cold tone. Really?!

"Ask the old man" I coldly answered. As I look at Azalea and Aster, I can sense they are preventing themselves to laugh. Is there something funny about what I just said?

"I'm serious" he coldly said.

"And I am too" I answered. So, you are as cold as me, huh?

"Uhmm... Camille please.." Angel said and smiled shyly.

"Fine. Two guys met me in our world and keep forcing me that I am an Auxilian. I rejected but have done nothing but to go with them to let their mouth shut" I coldly explained.

"I don't even know why that old man let you come in" I heard him whisper it to tge air but I just ignored and stayed silent.

"How did you met those guys in the mortal world?" he coldly asked again. Is this an interview? I'm already interviewed by the old man! Do we still need to do this here?!

"When I ended up in the forest" I coldly answered.

He just sighed and blinked.

"Okay, guess I can't force you to tell the whole detail" I heard him whisper in a cold tone. "We are having a hard situation right now. Because not so long time ago, a war happened. The Legendary Princess who is about to sacrifice her life when she is matured enough was gone nowhere. Queen Sheena Luvida is also missing. While King Arnold Luvida was captured and was now in Bedevilled Curse Kingdom. But except for the Bedevilled Cursis, no one knows which part he was kept. That is the whole detail you must know. And now that you are here as a new companion to defeat darkness, you must be trained and find your Charm as soon as possible" Brylle explained.

I just stayed silent while staring at him. But why? Why does it affect me so much in the inside?

"Then who is the ruler now?" I coldly asked.

"My parents who rules Fire Blaze Kingdom also rules Jewel Kingdom" he answered.

"That is the history Camille. Now, do you already understand the purpose of needing you as a new companion?" Angel asked.

"No. It's incomplete. I don't understand" I honestly said in a cold tone.

Brylle sighed disappointedly and walkout without any word.

"Girl! You're too much. Do you really intended to make him react like that?!" Azalea said while laughing.

"You're the ones who need me. How can I know my purpose being here if you don't explain clearly and completely?" I asked. "I shouldn't have listened to the guys out there" I whispered.

"Uhmm sorry" Azalea whispered and bowed down.

"Sorry Camille. I guess we must tell you everything from the beginning. Aspen go on. Tell her! You're the one who can clearly explain among us!" Aster said.

"I'll just make it clear okay? There are eight Kingdoms before. Queen Shia of Jewel Kingdom, the one who sits on the highest throne can't give birth. She is getting weak and old and there's no one she could pass the crown to. So, she adopted a new daughter and named it Adria. After few days, everyone just found out that Adria's mother just learned a new spell to hide the truth about Queen Shia's daughter so that when Queen Shia dies, Adria's real mother will rule the World of Auxilia" Aspen started telling the story.

"What did they do to Queen Shia's daughter?" I coldly asked.

"When Queen Shia gave birth to Queen Sheena, she was unconscious. So it Queen Adria's mother grab the chance to steal the baby. When she succeeded, she erased the memories of everyone. But then a few weeks after Dark Queen Adria was adopted, an enchantress who didn't introduce herself told everything that happened and erased the spell so everyone remember everything from the beginning. Dark Queen Adria had no other option left but to build a new Kingdom because her mother died. She succeeded and named it 'Bedevilled Curse Kingdom! As a revenge, he started the war, because her intention is to kill the the princess" Kyle continued the explanation of Aspen.

I was left blank. I was about to cry and then I just noticed my tears are about to fall.

"I got it" I coldly said and stand up at once. I don't want them to see my tears. Maybe it will influence them how weak my emotions are!

I am forcing my self to be so cold but it's so hard. I want to cry! As in, right now!

"C-can I just take a rest upstairs?" I asked while pretending I'm okay.

"Yeah sure. I guess you're still not get used to us. Take your time" Kyle said and si I rushed upstairs for them not to see my tears.
