Autumn just went towards the room and then turned around to look at Sam. When he noticed she was following he continued to open the door. Sam saw an exquisitely beautiful girl on the bed. although she looks fragile and her breathing was barely noticeable . She can tell that she was a great beauty.

Autumn tells Sam to take care of her

Sam takes of her backpack and coat and places it on the end of the bed. She calls Autumn "Bro I need a clean shirt for her".

"Just get it from that cabinet". He points to the built in cabinet that has some intricate carvings on it it looked like an oak tree shedding its leaves. Sam pulls it open and takes a shirt large enough to reach the girls thigh.

After cleaning up the girl. Sam approaches the man sitting in the living room drinking some coffee.

"What?...asked Autumn.

"You know I dont barge into your business, Autumn. You don't have to tell me ."Sam takes Autumn's cup of coffee and drinks it. "Go get me coffee."

Autumn Gets another cup and pours himself coffee he also gets Sam another.

The two stayed quiet and stared at the night sky through the window. Both have complete respect and trust with each other. Although it has been that way for a long time and Sam is the only one who can hold a full conversation with Autumn. Even when rumors have suggested they are in a relationship. It was not the case. Both of them met in college, Both of them taking medicine. Sam was in a relationship back then she loved the man shemet at school a musician. he was charismatic and cool. He loved her also until he became possessive and jealous he had many excuses over his possessiveness , she felt like a caged bird. The guy was a jerk tried to stop her from continuing to do what she loved best.... Medicine.

Till one day he hurt her she fought and made him feel pain. The day they broke up was the day she met Autumn. She was lying near the pond under the rain ,when he passed by he sat by her side and only sat there with his umbrella. Feeling that the rain that washed her tear stained cheeks were now where to be found she opened her eyes and saw him. Sam asked why, starring blankly at the guy with the umbrella. He said you looked like you're miserable just like me. She replied with a hmmm. and thats it. Sam knew the guy he was from the same class as her all the girls in campus liked him but was never in her eyes. He the same, he never like having interactions with other people but he felt like Sam was somewhat like him.

Actually those were the times they never really new that they were siblings, Sam was from a doctor's family while Autumn was an orphan his mother died giving birth to him. They became best friends after their first meeting and then Sam was stalked by her ex and Autumn got stabbed trying to protect her.Sam's father had seen Autumn and remembered someone then revealed that he had a girlfriend that he left that bore his son. Sam felt betrayed but after learning that it was Autumn she cheered up she now knew why their attitudes seem to compliment each others personality. Autumn didnt want Sam to be talked by the people around them and knew the impact to her family's reputation if the truth was revealed how they hide it and kept it till their death's but it made their bond as siblings as strong as it could be protecting each others backs. This was the secret they shared and buried in their tomb.
