Rosae looked at Cody who was confused after hearing what he had said, 'To think that I'm not the only one…' Cody looked at his hand and showed it to Rosae causing her to look surprised and gently touched his hand, causing Cody to blush a little bit. Rosae looked at his bandaged hand, she is tempted to remove the bandages that were on his hand, Cody was surprised but he let her slowly unwrap the bandages carefully revealing his hand that has been burned before that looks so close to the bone, dyed into deep red for a scar, her eyes widened at the sight of what she has seen before she looked at Cody in high concern. Cody looked at Rosae and smiled before he let her hold his very burned hand, causing the two to blush as Rosae gently held his hand a bit longer.

"It really doesn't hurt Rosae, thanks to the can being too cold but soon, it will hurt if I stay in the sunlight for too long."

'But what about the chemicals? Will it recover?'

Rosae knew that Cody is allergic to chemicals not by drinking it but only the chemicals on his skin, he could be the rarest one to have allergies to chemicals and sunlight.

"Hehe Rosae… I'll be fine really."

Rosae hand signaled Cody as he shook his head as Rosae looked at his hand, "It doesn't, my body is allergic to both sunlight and chemicals as well." He said as Rosae brought an umbrella from her bag and activated it so that his skin is not TOO exposed to the sunlight, "I really appreciate your concern Rosae, but I'm fine really." Cody said before he used his burned hand gently petting her head causing her to stare at Cody even more concerned with a cute pout. He looked at her in surprise and blushed a bit, "Anyway....it's time for me to explain it in a different place. We really don't want to stay in this area for too long.." Cody then got up from his seat and grabbed his stuff as Rosae nodded before doing the same thing Cody did, they both headed out of the garden with a relaxed expression on their faces.

Along the way an awkward silence was filled between them, Rosae looked like she was about to listen to music while Cody, on the other hand, is struggling to find what words to say. Then Cody hit an idea that was on his head.

"Ah Rosae, didn't you know there are a lot of people who really wanted to go on a date?"

'Date?'

"Yeah, a date! It's like a boy and a girl hanging out with each other, enjoying their time together, and exploring many places either in the town or other places."

He said excitedly while Rosae was staring in awe before she had another thought in mind.

"Depending on the person on how they view the date, but don't you know it would be fun if you give it a shot?"

'I know it's fun and all but…' Rosae pounded in her mind a bit before she looked up at Cody, she made an emotion that he had never seen before in his life. Causing Cody's eyes to widen and blush at her sudden gentle smile, he felt that her eyes were brimming with a little glimpse of light.

'I wanna experience a date with you Cody.'

'Let's promise a date once we both have the money and free time, once the timing is right I'll bring you on a date with me.'

Cody was shocked to see or hear that from Rosae, his blush worsened, and looked away as he scratched his head gently from embarrassment.

Cody smiled as he knew something was wrong with a promise like that, 'I know Rosae wants to see me happy and all but… Why is she forcing herself… I won't let the mistakes repeat again..' He looked away with a sad smile, Rosae noticed but shook her head since she was confused at his smile before her smile faded into a cold stone face. As she looked at the displayed items in the store window.

'I know what happened but…. I don't want Rosae to worry about my smile… But I know what is going to happen soon since my shadow is telling me…'

He looked at the sky as Rosae was looking at the cute mini d.i.y. displayed houses, hearing voices in his ears including memory that he made a promise to someone. Rosae looked at him with a confused gaze on her eyes.

'Cody?'

"Charibel, please escape here, we will find each other one day."

"Cody...but he will-"

"Everything will be alright Belle, just trust me."

Her tears were streaming in regret as she embraced her brother, "Please! Promise me that we will see each other again!" She said as Cody felt his eyes become like a waterfall, he let go of his sister before he watched her run away.

"It's a promise. Belle."

Those were his final words before he was taken away.

Cody looked at Rosae as their eyes both met, he was blushing at her sudden stare. She was staring at him before Cody tried to make an attempt to look away, Rosae looked at him even more before she drew herself closer to him.

"U-uhhhh R-Rosae, I know you like to stare and all, but we were in public you know…"

'But you were staring the entire time.'

She blushes pink at Cody's gentle smile before she gazed away with a red blush that soon appeared on her face.

Rosae stared at Cody before she closed her eyes and sighed in defeat before she held his hand. He looked at Rosae with a blush before she smiled a little bit before he smiled back.

"Let's go….Cody."

He was shocked to hear that from Rosae before he nodded in response.

They both walked around the place in town, Rosae and Cody were holding hands just to enjoy the atmosphere in the town. They were about to go to a restaurant to get some food to eat, but Rosae noticed her phone ringing as she picked it up as Cody peeked into her phone.

"Rosae, how's your time with Cody? Is it good?" - Phil

"It's fine Phil, nothing bad happened to us. We got the books you needed." - Rosae

"Plus it wasn't expensive Phil, so no worries!" - Cody

"Thanks and sorry for the trouble." - Phil

"No problem also were both hungry, we were about to go to the restaurant." - Rosae

"Then meet me at the cafe, I own a cafe near the house. Also, most restaurants are expensive so go and see me get food." - Phil

Cody asked as Rosae nodded before they both continued walking to the bus station, "Do you think we will reach there safely?" Cody asked as Rosae nodded as their hands were still entangled together, they continued to hold hands just to arrive safely. At the cafe that was near the house, they noticed a cafe where the window shows a glimpse of Phil cooking in the kitchen. "It's Phil... Let's enter there Rosae." Cody said as Rosae nodded before they both entered inside the cafe as Phil greeted them for a cup of coffee, "Phil! Here are the books you need, but we will need these books for homework later." Cody said before giving Phil the books, "Sorry about that you two." Phil said as they both shook their heads before drinking the coffee Phil brewed up, "It's ok, as long as we can use them later." Cody said as Rosae nods in agreement as a pleasant chat was filled up with the rest that is until… "Ah, the customers are coming.." Phil decided to tell them to go to a v.i.p room just to get their orders since he doesn't want the customers to pressure the two kids.

"Make sure you two are comfortable there."

Cody and Rosae thanked Phil before they went upstairs just to reach the v.i.p room, "By the way Rosae, have you seen the v.i.p. Room?" Rosae shook her head, she has never seen a room like the v.i.p. Room upstairs at the cafe. They arrived at the v.i.p. room before they both entered the room, they both sat on the couch as Cody scroll on the wall screen menu before he looked at her, "Rosae, what do you want to order?" Cody asked, causing her to walk forward just to look at the menu. 'Hmmm…' Surprisingly enough Rosae was near Cody, causing him to blush directly at her actions while Rosae was checking the menu before picking one. 'Okay, finished..' Once Rosae let go of Cody who was still blushing, he shook the thoughts on his head. Trying to quickly recover on what just happened, he looked at the menu again before picking an order just to calm his nerves down, "Okay…. Now, ordering the food is out of the way. Let's talk about magic." Cody said as they both nodded to each other, Rosae placed her hand on the table, it glowed a clock trail of blue roses and thorns as Cody nodded in understanding.

Rosae nodded as she let go of the table as Cody placed his hand on the table, she was shocked that there were black traces of magic flowing on the table. She also witnessed a hand waving high right in front of her.

She asked in her sign language as Cody nodded before he let go of the table before he looked at her, "Yep, and Rosae if I may ask, what is your Inner Demon is it highly dangerous or not?" He asked as Rosae used her hand to show him a picture of her inner demon, causing him to be shocked as his eyes were widened at the sight of the inner demon she has. Causing Cody to sign before he leaned back on the couch, "Rosae that inner demon is HIGHLY Dangerous, it is a witch that is giant. It won't be so easy to tame it." He said as Rosae looked at him in confusion before he signed and placed down his magic on the table. The magic reveals the two figures that were unidentified to her as Cody used his hands to control the figures.

"Inner Demons are the embodiment of the human body, each of the effects in them has the deadly words or actions that can affect your mind into thinking you have the definition of bad luck. What they do or how they do was to give you temptations, a temptation that can affect your mind into doing something you have never done before. But....."

Cody looked at Rosae.

"Receiving the Inner Demon doesn't make you immortal, only the strongest magic in your body can only produce immortality but with one weakness.."

He sighs before he looks at his shadow figures.

"Is that the immortality users will be back being mortal if they learn about life and death."

Cody's magic begins to shape it��s formed into the form Rosae hated to see, "That inner demon of yours is a huge threat, I have never seen that demon before... It's more like a witch." Rosae noticed the word witch rather than a demon causing her to give a thought that if it's important to understand the circumstances, but it was not too long for them to notice that their food is almost done. He looked at Rosae who seemed to be a bit puzzled before he sighed as he continued the topic.

"The witch you seem to recognize was your....nightmare? But to think that it was your inner demon... Anyway, let's talk about immortality."

Cody said as he was trying to avoid the topic about the inner demons as he tried his best not to remember that time, causing Rosae to look at him in confusion but dares not to say a word towards him. By the looks on his pale face Rosae noticed that it was his pain of sharing his info about the inner demons he has, she nodded as Cody smiled and sighed in relief before the food finally arrived. Rosae decided to get up from her seat to get the food as Cody canceled his magic before he helped Rosae out with the food, they both walked to their tables to place down their food as Cody grabbed the remote just to turn on the TV while Rosae closed the door before she walked her way just to sit on her seat before they both enjoy their food while watching TV together.

Although they both were not ready to tell each other that they had their darkest hour.

Rosae nodded and smile as Cody was happy to hear that silent response from her.

But they both had their awkward yet gently nice date.

Nick reread the book of Science with glasses in his eyes trying to analyze the pages even more, while Noah was peacefully sleeping on Nick's bed. He didn't want to bring his brother to the hospital since they both knew that they had been there before, and they thought that the doctors couldn't find the cure for the patient Noah, this frustrates Nick down to the core. "..." Placing down the book he walked to his bookshelf to find more books that have multiple research on the body, his eyes anger out in frustration as he can't find the answer to the cure.

He was about to throw the book but he noticed that Noah was staring at him with a concerned look on his face, causing Nick to sigh in frustration and sadness as he walked towards his twin brother.

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN THERE'S NO CURE?!"

Nick slammed his fists at the desk as the doctor sighs in annoyance, the detective's gaze was slowly becoming frustrated at the results he heard. As the doctor's equipment was scattered across the floor from the impact of the desk, the nurses were trying to restrain Nick from committing a crime.

"I'm so very sorry sir… But please pray for his health."

"IT DOESN'T MAKE ANYTHING SENSE!!!"

Nick was about to punch the doctor but the nurse stopped him from doing so.

"Were so very sorry Abraham, there is no cure for his lung cancer."

"Is there a way to fix it?!"

The doctor looked at the result board in annoyance as Nick's gaze slowly turned to anger.

"It is either replacing his organs or leaving your brother to die Nick. I'm sorry but it is the cycle of life and death.."

His eyes went blurry as Noah noticed the pained look expression on his face, "Dammit…." His tears were slowly falling down from his eyes, his twin brother gently placed his hand on his cheeks just to wipe his tears as Nick hugged his brother as the room was filled with tears and regrets. Noah felt so bad for his brother as he hugged his sad twin brother to try to comfort him, that is until he remembered Rosae again. "?" Causing him to gently let go of his brother as his younger twin brother looked at Noah.

Noah hesitates for a moment before he immediately grabbed a pic of Rosae and showed it to him, causing Nick to realize that there is Rosae. 'Abraham, you can read my mind, right? How about Rosae and Cody? Maybe they can help.' Nick looked at Noah again, "Are you sure?" Noah nodded and then decided to drag his brother to find Rosae and Cody since he predicted that they both should be at the cafe. Nick was confused when he was dragged by his brother but proceeds to follow anyway as they went to find them in the v.i.p. room. Noah then opened the door that reveals Cody watching movies with Rosae while eating their favorite food, causing Cody and Rosae to look at Nick and Noah in confusion. Nick then suddenly let go of Noah and walked towards Rosae and showed her the notes he had been taking.

She looked at the notes that were a recipe to create a cure for Noah's physical condition, as she noticed that he made a tiny mistake on the notes. Rosae then grabbed the paper and hand signaled Cody causing him to understand her before he turns off the TV and dashed downstairs before he arrived back with the brought in books they both did, she looked for the book carefully as Noah and Nick were watching her looking for the book as Cody gave her the glasses that she needs before he lays back down on the couch. Her eyes found the book that hadn't been touched before she opened it and researched the pages that had the matching of the medicine, causing Nick to noticed that as Noah sat beside Cody who was taking a nap right away.

"You know this medicine?"

Rosae only nodded as she grabbed a new paper and pencil from her bag as she wrote down the recipe one by one and rewrite some of the notes into info that Nick didn't know, Nick glanced over into the notes Rosae had finished before she looked at Nick before she uses her hand signals again.

'Nick, have you read this book?'

Rosae then showed Nick about the book that has the conditions of the humans that have those types of deadly conditions before, Nick shook his head before he sat beside Rosae before he opened the book. To his surprise it also the show's Bronchitis and Hemoptysis about how it actually works, Nick was shocked to see the results of the book before he starts reading the book immediately as Rosae noticed that Noah was staring at her.

From the looks of it, he looked concerned before she looked at him, their eyes met as Cody smiled gently to reassure him that there will be a cure. That caused Noah to be shocked before his eyes felt blurry before he got up from his seat and immediately hugged Nick, that shocked him, Nick noticed that Noah was nodding in thanks causing him to hug his brother back as Cody smiled at the moment.

"We better find that cure…"

Rosae looked at Cody confused about what to reply or what to say she glanced at Nick in confusion while petting Cody, causing Cody to notice it and gently patted her head.

"Rosae, you know I think Cody trusts you a lot."

Rosae tilted her head in confusion as Noah looked a little pissed and gently removed Cody's arm from petting Rosae's head and proceeded to pout angrily causing Nick to be surprised to see that coming, 'Abraham no!' Cody who noticed the whole thing started laughing as Rosae who was still confused stared at the pouting Noah before she patted his head.

Below the v.i.p. room Phil looked around as if there were no customers, "Alone at last.." He proceeded to write the journal quietly while waiting for the next customer, he felt at peace when everything is all quiet and stuff. That is until he senses someone who is right behind him, "Phil, don't you think that it is a good idea if someone appears?" He looked behind and saw someone who he didn't recognize, his eyes widened in shock and before he drew his gun...

"Not now Phil, you do realize the others will hear that shot...

Especially Ro***..."

"Who are you?"

The room went tense as he glared at the witch before him, however, the presence was in a mirror they were upside-down and had a very crooked smile. Phil was tempted to use the gun to shoot but he doesn't want to alarm the others, it laughed maniacally as he was confused at the sight.

"Listen Phil, this is gonna be very simple. After three months, something is going to happen!"

"What do you mean?"

The presence took a giggle before Phil noticed the room get darker and darker, causing it to laugh even more before a mirror crack.

"Phil!"

"Phil! Are you alright?!"

'Phil get away from the mirror.'

Rosae signed and pushed Phil to go behind her, he was surprised to see the mirror cracked until he saw Rosae glaring at the mirror in a dead glare on her face, the presence laughs before smirking even if it faces can't be seen. Phil evenly noticed the other running up to him, "Phil! What is happening?! Rosae sens-" Before Nick's sentence finished the area had turned into a battlefield, Rosae glared at the presence before she drew out her gun causing it to laugh maniacally. Phil and the others except Rosae looked at the presence very clearly.

It was giant but it was turned upside-down, it's smile was creeping along with a blue dress. Laughter fills the room as Rosae pulled the trigger, the bullet went past the presence but Rosae fell down cause her causing her chain on her neck to glow blue.

'!!! I should have known...'

"Oh come on Rosae. You know better!"

The others were shaken in fear before something attacked the presence as well, Rosae noticed a sharp dark claw have made a scratch on the presence revealing its face. Cody who was standing right in front of the others glared at the presence as his bandages were floating around him, his arms were coated in black as his eyes were fierce with anger. Rosae looked at him in shock as if she had never seen him this pissed than before, causing the presence to laugh before it launched its attack. Cody dashed forward and took a giant jump before he used his floating bandages to gain control as he grabbed the building with its bandages that have been coated with magic as he swings his arm to throw the building back to the presence.

Causing the presence to take the damage as it was thrown to the other building, Cody then appeared right in front of the presence as he didn't notice that magic was about to attack him. Rosae took the chance to take a leap with her gun just to strike the magics back before it hits Cody, Nick who seems to get what's going on raised his book before he cast a barrier on Phil, Noah, and himself.

"Phil tell me what's going on..." Nick said as Phil nodded knowing that the situation is getting worse at the moment, "That thing is going to attack this city after three months. If we don't get ourselves prepared our fates to lie on the day of death.." Phil said as Noah looked at the presence before he remembers flashbacks, causing him to silently hold his head as his eyes widened in fear before his eyes went white.

"Noah?"

"Noah!"

Noah looked at the two corpses that were lying down on the floor, Nick who tried to cover his mouth failed as his brother tried to break free from his own brother's grasps. As the three men smiled in an evil grin as Noah felt that his fate was on the line, he noticed that Nick is going to cast a spell as he was immortal, Noah felt his SOUL drowning his eyes into the depths below.

Not thinking twice Noah slammed the closet opened catching the attention of the three men, "Noah What are you doing?! cough cough JUST RUN AND FORGET ABOUT ME-"

Nick was shocked and tried to persuade him to just get out of here, but he felt a chilling spine from the tone of Noah's voice. "Noah…" It didn't stop Noah from grabbing his own fist as magic flow, his eyes went black as his voice changed from innocent to calamity.

Noah said in a demonic voice as Nick noticed that he is also affected by the inner demon inside of him, causing the three men to laugh. But it turned into a no laughing matter as Noah grabbed the other men's head and twisted before he removed his head right in front of Nick and the other men. Blood oozing up from the men's decapitated body as Noah's tears were turned into blood, Nick noticed that his inner demon was controlling him. Nick has never seen his brother acting like that.

"Noah sto-"

"KILL THAT DEMON!!!!"

"Demon? Are you stupid?"

Noah jumped up before he landed harshly on the decapitated men to the floor as its blood was spread everywhere, as Nick's eyes went in tears as Noah removed the ropes and carried his numb brother into the couch before he walked to the other men with a dead stare in his eyes.

Along with a crooked smile.

Eyes glanced at the people right in front of Abraham, "Your next." Noah smiled even more before summoning hands to give them a brutal strike. His evil smile won't fade away, his mind was full of malice and calamity, "Noah STOP!!" Noah's mind was full of wrath, pride, and a lot of insanity almost look like he is about to lose his mind to the demon he had in his body.

"NOAH I SAID STOP!!!"

When he suddenly stopped from his brother's voice, he witnessed a horrible scene right in front of him, blood, spilled organs, burned bones, and organs were scattered everywhere slowly turning into ashes and clouds of dust leaving being Abraham with a terrified look on his face. Noh felt the urge to vomit to the scene he has caused, tears were falling down in his eyes like a waterfall as he drowns himself into despair. Feeling the pressure and the responsibility he vomited black blood to the floor as Abraham hugged Noah to soothe him to make him sleep, he felt his eyes growing heavier before he felt unconscious, Abraham catches him as he slept to the darkness below not caring about the bloody scene, he was damn happy that Abraham is still alive right in front of him.

The next day once there was a crime scene investigation, the brothers were in the hospital to get Noah to have a check-up.

Lungs full of problematic conditions, he was sent to the hospital due to the overuse of fire magic. And there is where his condition was worsened.

He got his examination and as a result, he has autism, his condition went from a brave kid to a kid full of cowardice and recklessness to injures himself. Abraham tried whatever he could but it leaves a guilt mark on Noah.

Rosae nodded as she dragged her gun and aimed it at the magic minions as Cody dragged many buildings at the presence, but they both noticed that their energy was running out. Causing them both to take the damage from the presence and got thrown right in front of the barrier Nick provided.

Nick yelled in shock as he used his book to cause magic to cast more spells on the magic minions as Phil tried to recover Cody and Rosae, but they did not notice that someone was dashing towards it.

For a second Nick noticed Noah dashed towards the presence with extreme wrath, as Phil and Nick stared in shock.

"?! NOAH?!"

Noah with his weapons in hand-activated a lot of force to throw the buildings back at it as he dashed to punched the minions all the way right in front of the presence. He jumped up as he activated multiple fists as it launched towards it, Rosae, on the other hand, noticed what's going on immediately made a dash just to reach him by activating a forbidden action.

Everything went grey as the buildings and bullets have stopped moving, causing Rosae to jump up before she activates her gun at the directions of the attack before she withdrew her gun. She looked at Noah before she sighed in relief before she looked at the presence that was frozen in time.

'He's.....not a full demon yet... that's good.'

Rosae looked at the presence before she grabbed her magic before her lifeless eyes glow dark blue before she smirked without a trace of a smile. She looked at the presence before she decided to leave some bombs before the area didn't turn grey anymore. Causing Noah to noticed that bombs heading towards the presence he jumped to one of the buildings before he grabbed one chunk of a building before throwing it to the bombs before jumping off, as the chunk of the buildings touched the bombs an explosion arrived as Noah fell down very high to avoid getting burned by the bombs before he was caught by the bandages that Cody provided. He looked at the presence before he noticed Rosae distracting the presence with a lot of bullets and more bombs.

As Noah landed safely on Cody's arms he looked at Rosae before he noticed a giant building heading towards her.

"?!"

"ROSAE!!!"

"?!"

However the building didn't hit her, the buildings went up in flames before it disappeared into ashes causing Rosae to notice that she was carried to the ground. Looking up towards the person, a girl who was carrying her and was underneath the umbrella. Causing Noah and the others to catch up to Rosae and the girl, "Are you ok? That hallucination was very high." She said as Rosae nodded before the girl placed her down before she snaps her fingers to end the illusion.

"That inner demon of yours has an interesting magic.... However no doubt it will arrive again someday...."

The girl said as Rosae nodded in agreement since she knew that the presence will come and find her once again, however, the girls paused their thoughts as the others caught up to them. Cody was shocked to see the girl who saved Rosae.

"Charibel?"

Charibel smiled at Cody before she waved hi at them. Noah was shocked before he was embraced by Nick, as Rosae and Phil looked at Charibel and Cody.

"Ah, Cody! Long-time no see!"

"Same here Charibel."
