If he was a pure Strength Type, given his aptitude, he would probably have around 17-18 points in STR. But instead, he made it all rounded, causing him to stand no chance to Asyraaf who had better stats and combat efficiency.

Both Asyraaf and Zhang Wei saw it complete differently. Asyraaf had trained his eyes to be able to determine the quality and purity of a pill with a single glance.
Zhang Wei only needed to check Dick's stats to know what quality that pill was. Considering that his strength only increased by 2 points, it was clear that the pill was at most, 50% purity.
That measly increase in strength might be able to surpass Asyraaf in STR, but Asyraaf wasn't a Strength Type Martial Practitioner in the first place.
His main offensive power comes from his high 24 AGI.
However, Dick did not know that. In fact, he got so big headed, that he immediately rushed at Asyraaf.

Throughout the fight, Asyraaf's expression did not change a single time, and this time was no different.
He dodged Dick's attack with relative ease and struck him at the chest. He didn't even use his whole fist, and instead used a single finger.
Zhang Wei saw this and creased his brow. [Ending it already?]
Dick groaned and fell. He kept clutching his chest and struggling, as if he couldn't breathe. His body kept wriggling like a worm.
Asyraaf came to the fallen Dick and without a shred of mercy, repeatedly stepped directly on his head.
Even though he didn't use his full strength, it was quite a gory sight. Sounds of bones breaking, and the sight of blood coming out from everywhere was an appalling sight to see.
Eventually, he stopped. Dick's face was a pile of bloody mess, but miraculously, he was still alive. Asyraaf saw that he was alive, but felt it was below him to finish the job.
Although he agreed with Dick that the 'Sacred Rules' were bullshit, he couldn't forgive Dick for trying to land a hand on Zhang Wei.
While killing him was easy, he wanted Dick to suffer. His last attack on Dick, was kicking Dick's right arm, at full power.
Sounds of bones breaking, was not heard. Instead it was replaced by the sound of bones being shattered.
Since Dick already passed out, his body merely twitched before ceasing any movement.
It was finally over.
