"Hey system, is there a way for me to successfully lower my stats?"

DING!

"Why would you want to do that? The reason the great heavens even gave you powerful stats was to make up for your other trash qualities." The system sounded annoyingly.

"Well, there is a way, you just need to activate the restrict mode."

"Restrict mode? What's that?"

[Is it straight to the point?]

"Just activate it, and you can restrict your stats to whatever you desire. If you want your stats back, just activate the system restore. Also, after you gain back your old stats, there will be a cooldown period, so plan it correctly.

By the way, your status is around 9 times higher than an average student. Don't just decrease it by a bit and bully them."

[So convenient!]

Was this really the system? This is the abusive system that mocks him all the time? Was it finally being productive?

Hearing the very useful function, Zhang Wei went to work.

At the assessment area, Zhang Wei saw a white building with the sign, 'Admittance Department'. As he was briefed before by Asyraaf, he went inside to sign up.

"This young master is Simon Rosswein, he came here to register his application. Let this young master through, you peasant."

The instructor saw the result and was wide eyed. He repeatedly looked at the orb and Zhang Wei back to back. Almost as if he could not believe what he saw. He then announced the result," 6-6-60 p-points. p-p- PASS!", he stuttered as he said those words.

In order to complete the quest, he decided to try out for the Medical Division.

"My name is Nar, I am the Division Head of the Medical Division, and this is Sheera, my Vice Head. I have heard about Mr Roland's score in the spirit energy assessment, and was pleasurably surprised, it seems my academy has gained another once in a generation genius".

Opening the classroom, he saw an unbelievable sight. A man who looked like he was in his twenties, was looking at a suspicious book. Since he was sitting at the lecturer's desk this man must have been the teacher.

Mr Murton snorted and glared at the student. "Do you think I care? Leave now, these students from the Marx Family specifically requested my lesson. So those below Great aptitude, Scram!" He said while pointing at the group of youths.

"Oi system, do you have any ways to check out other people's stats?"

"System, is there anything I can do to make it back to normal?" He hoped the system would give a way out.

"Che! To return it back to normal, just turn off the function. Don't ask me for every useless question."

Zhang Wei opened his stats.

[Phew! It returned to normal.] Zhang Wei simply ignored the system's remarks.

"Sir Zhang, would you like to meet my master?" Asyraaf asked with a smile.

"The name's Syamil Winchester, Division Head of the Refining Division."

"I want you to give him a Dragon Pass."

"That's um… That's the symbol of disciple recruitment… Since you have accepted it…"

"Like I care about the Division Head's orders! All I know is YOU'RE NOT QUALIFIED!"

His original plan was beat Zhang Wei till an inch of his life and prove himself as being superior.

[Bingo!]

Asyraaf had told him before, about the rules of the academy. What he emphasized the most was the sacred rules of all Divisions. Just so happens, this fool broke the very first one.

Since he was justified by the Division rules, there was no way he wouldn't use it to make a statement.

Even though Richard was a Level 3 Martial Practitioner and his stats was still restricted, Zhang Wei would never do something, if he did not have a plan!

[System… Restore!]

As soon as he activated the system restore mechanism, Zhang Wei felt his strength coming back. His domineering aura and his insane stats filled every single fibre of his body with power.

Since Richard had unleashed his full might as a Level 3 Martial Practitioner, he also did the same. His aura exuded his entire might.

The domineering pressure filled the whole area, making some weaker disciples suffocate. Zhang Wei saw that it was too much for these weaklings and restrained it a bit.

The disciples all felt the pressure lessened, but their faces were still riddled with shock.

[Did his aura increase? Why did it become more tyrannical?]

Even Richard himself took one step backwards when he collided with this aura, he did not falter however.

Since aura was only the leakage of Spirit Energy, and considering Zhang Wei's massive pool, he already knew the aura would be heavy.

However, he was not frightened. Since he had an advantage in cultivation, he could definitely overpower him with his physique.

He charged directly at Zhang Wei, his right hand sticking forward as if he was trying to punch him.

While he is a Strength Type, he did invest a lot of effort in cultivating his speed.

Thus, he didn't believe that he could not out speed a Level 1 Martial Practitioner.

To Zhang Wei though, Richard's speed was no more than a sloth trying to run.

He wanted to just step aside and punch him, but then he remembered that with his stats, Richard would just implode.

He couldn't reveal his strength now. If he does, all his hard work would be for nothing. [Hmmm, what should I do?]

Before he could figure it out, Asyraaf suddenly appeared in front of him, and blocked the fist.

"Oi! Just what the fuck do you think you're doing?" He questioned Richard in a cold voice.

"Asyraaf seeing that Zhang Wei was in a bind, leaped in front of Zhang Wei to help him. He knew that Zhang Wei was hiding his identity and wouldn't use his full strength.

Thus, since he got Zhang Wei into this mess, he wouldn't let anything happen to him." Author's voice rang loudly in Zhang Wei's ears.

[That's right! This idiot is the Little Genius!]

How could Zhang Wei have forgotten that Asyraaf is disciple of the Division Head, surely this sort of character could leap levels and fight someone who had a higher cultivation.

Richard wasn't surprised that Asyraaf came to help Zhang Wei. When he heard that were disciples who saw Asyraaf showing Zhang Wei around, he knew there was something going on.

What he was surprised at was that Asyraaf blocked his fist that contained his full power. [Since when is he so strong? Did he reach Level 3? No that can't be… the Division Head would have announced it.]

Asyraaf's martial prowess was not really known to all the disciples. He preferred to lay low and went out of his way to not pick a fight with anyone.

Thus, many people would not mention him in their ranking for the top fighters of the division.

The same could not be said about his ability as a Refiner though.

Nevertheless, they never would have expected Asyraaf to block Richard who was a level above him so easily.

Richard backed off when his punch was blocked. He glared at Asyraaf. "Why are you protecting him? This has nothing to do with you!"

Asyraaf eyebrows creased, "Nothing to do with me? You broke the first rule of the Division. It has A LOT to do with me."

Richard got angry when Asyraaf said that, "You think I'm a fool? Those rules are as good as bullshit! Besides, you think my master wouldn't be able to bear it?"

His master was an Elder, nothing was going to happen to him. This had happened before, and no one was punished then. Why would it change now?

"Really now? The question you should be asking is… can you can survive until your master comes?"

With that, Asyraaf released his own aura and launched a barrage of punches at Richard.

Richard in turn, went into the defensive and blocked the punches one by one. However, he couldn't block all of them.

In fact, as Asyraaf's punching rate kept increasing, he was getting hit more and more. His face kept getting more bruised, and he sustained more damage.

His head was filled with only one thought,

[What is going on?!]
