45 Alvero Family

Private residences are usually for high ranking nobles inside of the academy. Only nobles from the 10 Great Families are allowed to have their own private residences. But even then, only a few actually do have their own.

For one, it takes resources to build a private residence. And considering that once they graduate, the residence would be unoccupied, it was a waste of funds to actually build one.

In Aron's case, funding was not an issue whatsoever. This was because he was from the Alvero Family. The money bags of the 10 Great Families.

Alvero Family may not be in the top 3 when it comes to strength, but when it comes to finance and wealth. They are the undisputed number one.

In fact, if you combine the total wealth of all the other 10 Great Families, and multiply it by one hundred, it would still be less than the entire wealth of the Alvero Family.

Building this massive private residence for Aron, was nothing more than spare change to them.

Another testament to their massive wealth is that most businesses inside of the Middle District, is part owned by the Alvero family.

This meant that if Aron were to go to any store in the Middle District, he would just need to show his insignia, and the owner would gladly give everything to him.

It really would not be a stretch, if people say that the 10 Great Families are mere paupers when compared to the Alvero Family.

Though sadly, despite their massive wealth, the Alvero Family is quite lacking in terms of talented Martial Practitioners.

The Alvero Family is the only member of the 10 Great Families, that does not have a Level 9 Martial Practitioner as their Family Head.

To compensate this, they made full use of their wealth to hire all sorts of experts. In fact, just by sheer number of experts, the Alvero Family outclasses all the other families.

This simple fact of not having talented Martial Practitioners, was the main reason as to why they give Aron everything he ever wanted.

Aron's talent and aptitude are by far, the best in the city's entire history.

When his aptitude was made known two years ago, various powers from all over the city almost went to war trying to win him over.

Some families even offered Aron and the Alvero Family full control of their entire family if he accepted. But who would have known that Aron would go for the one person that did not even try to persuade him.

Though most relented when Vincent took Aron as a disciple, some were not too pleased about it.

The day Vincent Cromwell took Aron Alvero as a direct disciple was the day the City Mayor personally made a visit to Zarion Academy.

Though the actual reason was not made public, people on the inside knew that a great duel had happened that day.

As for who won that duel, no one knows, except for the Headmaster, the Mayor and Aron himself.

After leaving the Administrations Office, Asyraaf headed straight towards Aron's private residence.

As he got in front of the residence, instead of announcing his arrival, he just immediately entered like it was his own home.

He had been here way too many times and knows every inch of this place like the back of his hand. If you ask him to navigate his way around with a blindfold on, he would do it perfectly.

When Asyraaf made his way inside, he was pleasantly surprised to find a familiar face.

"Terrence? Why are you here?"

The youth named Terrence was busy drinking some tea when he looked up to see Asyraaf enter through the door.

"Had to send a package inside. You better be scared Asyraaf, he's Level 3 now." He said jokingly.

"Seriously? Well since he just broke through, he should be weak right? I just have to beat him up before he recovers." Asyraaf replied almost seriously.

"Where is he?"

"Lying in bed upstairs. He should be awake right now."

Asyraaf smiled deviously, "Perfect. Let's mess with him." Terrence said nothing and followed Asyraaf upstairs.

Asyraaf didn't even knock on the door of the room and just barged in, "Oi Aron! I heard you're all tough now. Let this Noble see how manly you got!"

Inside the room, Aron, who was peacefully lying on the bed, immediately frowned when he heard that voice. "Damn! Can't I even get a moment of peace without you shits ruining it?"

Terrence raised both his hands up and said, "Hey don't look at me. I have nothing to do with this. This idiot was the one who wanted to mess with you before you recovered."

Asyraaf glared at him before saying defensively, "Calm yourself. I'm not here to tease you, you know."

"Congratulations on reaching Level 3 before me."

"If you were even a bit serious, you would reach it way sooner. What did you come for? With your shitty personality, coming here just to congratulate me would be like seeing a chicken fly."

"Chickens can fly." Asyraaf was confused by the analogy.

"Yeah. But it's rare as heck and not without reason." Aron replied with a laugh.

"Well you're right about that. I do need you to do something."

"As long as it's not something taxing. Then sure, why not." Aron was extremely weak right now. His body still was not used to the increase in Spirit Energy and was working hard to stabilize.

"I need to organize an Academy Auction. I got some pills to sell."

"Can't you sell it at the Refining Division's shops?"

Terrence asked. Even if the pills that Asyraaf refined was high levelled, it would at most be Level 4 right? That wouldn't qualify having an Academy Auction.

"If I was the one who made them, I wouldn't even be coming here. The pills are too high levelled to sell to the Refining Division." Asyraaf was vaguely leaving out information.

He was almost shocked to death when he found out Zhang Wei refined 60 Level 6 pills. How would he be Asyraaf if he did not make other people suffer the same fate as he did?

[Just wait till you find out, then I'll have my laugh!]

In this situation, Asyraaf was like a big bad wolf trying to trick two lambs.

"What level are those pills?" The two lambs ask innocently.

The big bad wolf put up his best Syamil Smile, and answered slowly, "Level 6 Pills. 60 of them."

The two innocent lambs' eyes widened with disbelief.

"LEVEL 6?!"
