Walking towards the middle. Vincent watches as Eren gets completely immobile in the kneeling position. 

Hearing the sound of the door being opened. Vincent looked up to the middle and saw a Gray Hair Old Man. The man began to make himself comfortable and said as he finished what he was doing.

"Well then, let us begin."

Commander in Chief, Darius Zackly. He's the main or head person that literally controls the three Military forces: the Military Police, the Garrison, and the Survey Corps.

And this person is the one that will decide Eren's fate. He's a powerful figure. I need not to make enemies.

"Eren Jaeger, yes? You are a soldier, sworn to sacrifice your life for the public good…"

"Is that correct?"

Question Darius Zackly, as Eren muttered, "Yes, sir."

Then, Darius Zackly began to speak. 

"This is an exceptional situation."

"This tribunal will be held under Military, not civilian, law. The final decision rests entirely in my hands."

"Your fate will be decided here."

Vincent just looked at the faces of everyone, and could see different emotions at each of everyone of them. Excited, Relief, Anger, Scared, different emotions intertwined in this room, as everyone watches and waits for the fate of Eren Jaeger. 

"Do you have any objections?"

Lowering his head slightly, Eren replied, "No, sir."

"I appreciate your perception. I will be direct."

"As Anticipated, concealing your existence has proved impossible. We must male your existence public in some form, or a threat to humanity other than Titans may arise."

"Like the Armored Titan that got escaped", Darius Zackly then lowered his paper on his hand as he said that and looked towards where Erwin Smith, the head of the Survey Corps were at.

"But, what I will decide today is which force will have custody of you."

"The Military Police? Or the Survey Corps?"

"Then, I ask the Military Police for their proposal."

After Darius Zackly said that, a Person from the Military Police stepped forward and said.

"Yes, sir. I, Commander of the Military Police, Nile Dawk, will present my proposal."

The guy looked at Darius Zackly and continued speaking. 

"After a thorough investigation of Eren's body, we believe he should be eliminated immediately. "

Nile looked at Eren in the middle and said. 

"It's certainly true that his Titan power overcame our previous peril. However, now his existence threatens to spark a civil war."

"So we ask him to die for humanity's sake, leaving behind all the information he can."

'This guy called Nile. He is pretty straight forward on his proposal'.

Vincent looked to his side, and saw the blond hair guy, Erwin Smith, and thought. 

'If this guy didn't give a proposal worthy of risk. Eren might die here'.

Then… one of the guys with Nile began to speak.

Looking at the guy with a black robe and different symbols on the walls, hanging on his neck like a necklace. He started speaking about the walls, gods, etc.

"Order, please."

Darius Zackly spoke, bringing a stop to the guy's endless talking. 

"We'll hear the Survey Corps' proposal next."

"Yes, sir. I, 13th Commander of the Survey Corps, Erwin Smith, will present my proposal."

Erwin looks at Eren in the middle and continues speaking. 

"We would welcome Eren as an official member of our forces, and use his power to retake Wall Maria."

"That is all."

Vincent looks towards Erwin Smith in a new light.

'Straight to the point. Since there's no need to prove Eren's usefulness since he had done it and retake Trost successfully with his power.'

"That's all?" Darius Zackly asks.

As Erwin responded with, "Yes, sir. With his power, we can retake Wall Maria. We believe it is clear what our priorities should be."

"I see. And where do you plan to begin this mission?"

"Pixis, the Trost wall has been completely sealed, correct?" Question Darius Zackly, as Pixis, answered. 

"Yes, it can never be opened again."

Then Erwin intervened and said.

"We would like to set out from Karanes, in the east. From there, we will proceed to Shiganshina." Erwin looked at Darius Zackly and continued. 

"We will determine the route as we go."

Vincent looked at everyone, as they began to talk endlessly. 

'Hmmm. I'm curious how they will seal the walls. Since they got lucky when they were a boulder, and this luck will never happen again.'

Then, Darius Zackly began to tap his desk and said.

"Silence. You may discuss your personal philosophies and opinions elsewhere." Darius then look down at Eren and said. "Jaeger, I wish to confirm something."

"Can you continue to serve as a soldier, using your Titan powers to benefit humanity?" 

As Eren answered confidently, "Yes, I can!"

"But the report on Trost's defense says this… "Immediately after turning into a Titan, he swung his fist at Mikasa Ackerman."

Vincent looked at Mikasa, and thought. 'Seems like Eren didn't recognize or remember what he did after transforming into a Titan'.

"Is Mikasa Ackerman present?"

"Yes, that's me."

"You are Ackerman? Is it true that, as a Titan, Jaeger attacked you?"

Looking at Mikasa who keeps silent. He heard Rico speak to her, as Mikasa finally answered. 

"Yes, it's true."

Then Mikasa began to state her reasons when Nile, the Commander of Military Police spoke.

"I object," Nile said and looked towards Darius Zackly and continued. 

"I believe these comments are greatly colored by her personal feelings. At an early age, Mikasa Ackerman lost her parents, and was taken in by Jaeger household."

"Our investigation has also revealed a surprising fact about the underlying events." Nile looked down on the paper in his hand and continued speaking. 

"At age of Nine, Eren Jaeger and Mikasa Ackerman killed three robbers who tried to kidnap her."

"Even if it was self-defense, I must question their fundamental humanity. Is it right to entrust humanity's fate, resources, and lives to him?"

Everyone in the spectator seats began to talk amongst themselves, even labeling Mikasa as a Titan.

But what surprised Vincent was the thing they did when they were 9 years old. Killing has never been easy, much less killing at a young age.

Then… Eren began to speak louder and louder until he screamed his piece.

Then, out of nowhere, a kick landed on his face.

Vincent saw who it was, it was the guy who had an annoying face. It was from Levi. Then, Levi began to speak.

"When he turned into a Titan last time, he killed twenty other Titans before collapsing."

"If he is an enemy, his intelligence makes him a more formidable foe. Still no match for me, of course. "

"But what will you do? Anyone persecuting him should also consider the fact."

"Do you really think you can kill him?"

Then, Erwin Smith raised his hand and said.

"Sir, I have a proposal."

"What is it?" Darius Zackly questioned. 

"The details of Eren's Titan power remain uncertain. Making it dangerous."

"Thus, I propose to have Squad Leader Levi take responsibility for Eren's control, and embark on an expedition outside the walls."

"With Eren in tow?" Darius Zackly questioned. 

"Yes, sir. Based on the expedition's results, I'd like you to judge whether Eren can control his Titan power, and whether he is a boon or bane to humanity. "

"Control Eren Jaeger… Can you do it, Levi?" Darius Zackly questioned, as Levi answered. 

"I'm certain I can kill him. The only problem is I doubt I can do any less."

Thinking for a moment, Darius then said.

"Then my decision is made. Eren Jaeger…"

"Will be joining the Survey Corps"

As everyone began preparing to leave, Darius Zackly began to speak.

"Erwin Smith, and Vincent Glaze, you two may stay."

Everyone looks at Vincent, wondering why the boy, a Trainee, has to have a conversation with the Commander in chief.

As everyone left, Darius Zackly spoke.

"Glaze, did you encounter the Armored Titan and know who it is?"

"Yes, sir!"

Darius Zackly nodded and looked at Erwin and said,

"Listen closely. They might intervene with you guys on Retaking Wall Maria. "

"Then… Glaze, begin speaking what you know. "

I know what you guys feared. You guys feared that I will f*cked up this FanFic, but don't worry, I know what I'm doing👍. Here's another chapter because I feel like posting it! This chapter felt like it doesn't worth the wait, so here you go👍.
