4 Chapter 4

"I told you mine. What is yours?" Asked Kira as he looked at Armin who was in thought.

"..."

"I've decided. I'll go with you, Kira. I don't want to be weak. I don't want to be always protected as everyone looked down on me. I want to be stronger and protect myself and my friends." Armin answered with determination burning in his eyes.

'Good... Although it's only been three days since I and Armin met, we are already friends who trusted each other. That's because I have been observing Armin for these three days and I know that he can be trusted and took the initiative to befriend and talk to him.'

Looking at Armin to his eyes as Armin also looked at his eyes.

As Kira observed his emotions, Armin also looked at Kira's eyes.

*Blushes*

"Uhh... Kira, can you not look at me like that?" Asked Armin who was blushing because of the intensity of his eyes. It cannot help Armin thought, Kira's unique diamond eyes are just strange and mesmerizing coupled with his appearance resulting from his training.

'Why are you blushing, Armin? Is Armin perhaps a gay?' Kira thought as he look at Armin again who immediately looked away blushing covering his face using his arms.

'Wtf is that girlish reaction?????'

"Armin... Are you----gay?" Asked Kira.

"Wha-! No way! I'm not into a guy! I'm perfectly straight!" Armin answered shocked by his question.

"Pfftt!!! Hahaha!" Laughed Kira.

"Tch."

"Anyway I'll go train in the forest, what would you like to do?"

From time to time, Kira would train in the forest practicing and enhancing his body like balancing, running, strength, and coordination.

"I also want to train but I think I'll go with you tomorrow," Armin answered.

"Then, bye-bye." Kira left as he waved his hands behind saying his departure.

'Now then, Let's start training!' He went to the forest to train...

* 2 years later *

* drip drip drip *

In the forest, you can see a person with a toned body, bright blue diamond eyes, and vibrant black hair, across him, is a blond-haired person with green eyes, he is currently breathing heavily as he looks at the person at his field of vision.

It's already been 2 years since Kira and Armin met. Right now, they are sparring with each other to see how much they improve.

"As expected, still strong and not even breathing heavily unlike me," Armin said in exhaustion.

"But, I'm not done yet!" Shouted Armin as he dashed towards Kira who readied his defensive stances.

Armin punched Kira but Kira already anticipated the punch blocked it. Taking advantage, Kira kicked Armin but it was countered by Armin blocking it and holding his legs making him unable to move.

Dirt was splashing everywhere as their clothes, and faces are dirty enough to tell that it's been a while since the start of their sparring.

The bruises and the injuries in their body were also evidence to tell that they are trying their best to prove who's strong between them.

"Got you."

However, before Armin can punch him in the face, Kira jumped dodging it, and did a 360° kick in Armin's face.

Armin was blown off as Kira rushed towards Armin who's standing stumbly currently not in the state of blocking his attack.

"Naive."

"This is the end," Kira claimed as he throws a punch to Armin's abdomen strong enough to make him unconscious.

* 1 hour later *

"Ughhhh..."

"Are you awake?"

"Yeah," Armin said as he hold his head because of a mild headache.

Compared before, Armin today is strong and able to handle himself and his bullies.

They are both strong and can beat an average adult, but because of their undeveloped bodies, they are not strong enough to defeat two or three grown-up adults. Maybe they can, but not to the point of defeating them only by buying time to run.
