41 Chapter 41 - Phoenix Feather
[Author • I know there will be quite some mistakes in this chapter since i wrote this on my phone, i grabbed my car and went on a little trip to cool my head. As the man was talking, the floor opened up and a pillar made entirely out of gold appeared with a red silk cloth that blocked Spiritual Power.
The man looked at the audience with visible excitement on his face just like the audience.
Most people came to just see the treasures since their prices were astronomical, even Spirit Hall's own Higher-Ups showed up for these things.
[a Holy Zylia's Heart!] The auctioneer nearly screamed with excitement as a beautiful woman pulled off the red cloth.
A golden heart layed sealed inside an Ice Cube, its golden luster shining through the ice made it look even more beautifull than it already was.
"A Holy Zylia's Heart?! Isn't that the thing that makes an existing 10-Years-Old Spirit Ring into a 100-Year-Old Spirit Ring?!" A fat man in one of the 2nd Ranked Vip Rooms shouted with so much excitement that his fat was shaking.
"Are you an idiot! It's a HOLY Zylia's heart, not a normal Zylia! It evolves an existing 100-Year-Old Spirit Ring into a 1000-Year-Old Spirit Ring" A woman in the next room said after hearing his shout, she almost crushed the remote in her hand.

"Their foundation could reach the 100.000-Years-Old mark while they are only a Spirit Douluo!" A short man with bulging muscles and scars covering his face said while looking at the Holy Zylia's Heart in greed and thought of someone having TWO 100.000-Years-Old Spirit Rings, it was unheard of!

As they were busy discussing and yelling, Chu Feng was re-counting his fortune.

Most of the Spirit herbs were usefull so he kept them, otherwise his fortune woulf have atleast dubbled!

The screens would show which Room bid and how much it bid so everyone could see what was happening whether they were in the endless stands, Private Rooms or VIP Rooms.
People in the masses started bidding like hungry dogs and quickly the price shot to 400.000 Golden Spirit Coins.
Suddenly, the huge screen showed a new number,

Inside the Private Room even Ning Fengzhi and Gu Rong looked at Chu Feng with a questioning look where as Chu Feng merely smiled, Ning Fengzhi couldn't hold his curiosity and asked,
"Why would you bid so much more then the original bid? although the Holy Zylia's Heart is precious it is still not worth the price due to its unstability in succes"
"Because it's a waste of time" Chu Feng smiled and said with a nonchalant smile.
"A...a waste of time?" Ning Fengzhi and Gu Rong repeated with a slight stutter, although the 7 Treasure Glazed Tile Clan was strong and rich, they still wouldn't waste 600.000 Golden Spirit Coins like this since the Holy Zylia' Heart had only a 20% on succes.
[Going Once..... Going twicee..... No other offers?!....SOLD to the bidder in the Fourth Ranked VIP Room] The auctioneer smiled and shouted through the microphone.
As everyone was wondering who it was that raised the price so much, the Holy Zylia's Heart went down into the stage again and another Golden Pillar appeared with another Red Cloth covering it.

Another beautiful woman in a red dress that exposed the side of her legs walked on the stage and pulled off the Red Cloth.

The audience was completely silent upon seeing the Fiery Red Feather, even Chu Feng was no exception and looked at the feather with a skeptical expression...
[Naturally, it isn't a pure Phoenix's Feather since a Phoenix has never appeared in this world before since all Phoenix's are Divine Beasts!]
The man excitedly continued while the audience just looked at him with either, surprise, excitement or skeptism.

The audience all inhaled a cold breath of air and Ning Fengzhi, Gu Rong and Chu Feng were no exception.

"You noticed it aswell?" Chu Feng said but didn't take his eyes of the Feather.
"Naturally, although i may not look like it but our Clan mainly focusses on Business."
Ning Fengzhi turned towards Chu Feng and said, "He used 'IT', this way, he isn't lying about the facts that it revives Spirit Beasts or revives a Spirit Beast from a Spirit Ring but still, it doesn't have a use for humans and if he wanted to maximize the profit then he would've clarified that"

The moment the auctioneer revealed it, the woman revealed the Spirit Bone aswell.
A red coloured Skull Bone appeared which shook the audience out of their daze.

As the people discussed the price started to rise quickly and in the end it was bought by someone of the 5th floor!

"Supreme Pontiff, is it really alright to buy it for 10.500.000 Golden Spirit Coins?" A female voice asked the 'Supreme Pontiff'
"My 5th Spirit Ring slightly shuddered, so i bought it" The Supreme Pontiff's cold womanly voice sounded through the room.
If Chu Feng saw who it was he would certainly be stunned, Bibi Dong or 'The Supreme Pontiff' was even more beautiful then he heard...
She had fair skin and almost perfect complexion with an air of noble radiance.
She dressed in black gilt-lined luxurious robes, wearing a nine tipped purple gold crown with a more than two meter long scepter in her pale hand while her blond hair was tied up and mostly hidden inside her crown while her red eyes gave off an evil and ruthless feeling...the only saddening part was that her perfect body was hidden by her Supreme Pontiff Outfit all the time....
Upon hearing Bibi Dong's words, the 'lady' shut her mouth since 'she' knew the Supreme Pontiff's 5th Spirit Ring had to do with Fate.
Just like that, Bibi Dong bought all three pf Chu Feng's Spirit Bones for a grand total of 69.500.000 Golden Spirit Coins!
Chu Feng was laughing so hard his stomach hurt, he had a vague idea that someone had a special reason when buying these Spirit Bones so in the end he bid on his own Spirit Bone which caused the price of the last Spirit Bone to reach 44.000.000 Golden Spirit Coins!
The 'woman' and man beside Bibi Dong were looking at Chu Feng's room across the venue with killing intent and even Bibi Dong was looking coldly at Chu Feng's room.
Chu Feng sensed their killing intent but didn't bother with it at all since he couldn't even see who they were.
Although they released a tiny bit of Killing Aura, it was still enough to be noticed by Chu Feng.
"Why did you stop bidding? I told you if you needed money just tell me!" Ning Fengzhi said with a frown on his face, it seemed to him that Chu Feng didn't want to owe him anything despite them becoming family.
"Why should i bid?" Chu Feng lightly smiled.
"But you kept bidding all the way up to 43.500.000 Golden Spirit Coins, Didn't you want it?" Ning Fengzhi said while he raised his eyebrow
"I just wanted to raise the price" Chu Feng said with a light smile.
"Why would you want to do that? Do you know the other bidder?" Gu Rong said with a confused expression while Ning Fengzhi's expression was pale-white.
"Fengzhi, what is wrong?" Gu Rong said with a worried tone when he turned towards Ning Fengzhi who looked at Chu Feng as if he was a monster.
"I...is that Spirit Bone really yours?!" Ning Fengzhi said while grabbing Chu Feng's shoulder.
Chu Feng merely smiled at him with a small smile and nodded.
"Did you kill it yourself?!" Gu Rong shouted and stood up, he was always very calm but this was something unheard of!
A 14-15 Year Old Boy killed a 90.000-Year-Old Spirit Beast!
"I actually wanted to hide it a while longer but here" Chu Feng sighed and gave each of them a suitcase while placing another on top of Ning Fengzhi's and said, "Give that one to Chen Xin"
'With this Spirit Hall shouldn't be able to touch a hair on their heads if they still sent out the same people' Chu Feng smiled inwardly but was quite depressed aswell....

'I swear, the moment she turns 16 i will let her repay every single thing she owns me...' Chu Feng thought while contueing with a small smile on his face,
'Naturally, 1 time will only count as 1 year. No dilluted currency's are used here...'
The Auction continued and weren't useful to Chu Feng because they were all Spiritual Herbs, Chu Feng already had all of them!
[Now for last and most precious item!!...]
As the man began talking he was clearly getting more and more excited and a hole opened up in the stage.
Out of the hole started coming out smoke while a golden cage started rising out of the hole.
The audience was clearly excited aswell as it was dead silent and everyone had their concentration on the cage that was over 50 meters tall.
As the smoke started disappearing, a cage with a huge 9 tailed fox inside of it appeared, it's tails and fur were fully red like blood and the tip of the tails were black with small star-like lights flickering inside of it.
