Chapter 25 - Shining Diamond Flower King

Chu Feng calmed himself down after reading the announcement and started exploring while looking on the map, the branches of the trees weren't even moving when he was stepping on them and everything seemed sturdier in this realm.
Chu Feng noticed that the Spirit Beasts of a thousand years or younger were always moving in groups of their own sort and some of them had different species in their team that looked like they had a hiërarchie among them.
Chu Feng spent an hour before finding a group led by a 10.000-Years-Old Diamond-Clawed Claws, as it walked back Chu Feng's eyes narrowed.... These Spirit Beasts had created their own small groups, some races were enslaved like most pig, boar and cow races that were just used as life-stock for the stronger races like the Wolf Race since they had the numbers.
Chu Feng stalked the group of wolves and arrived at a few Kilometer wide field of grass, Chu Feng inspected the group of wolves and saw the leader of the pack and used his Eyes Of Truth on it.
[Earth Fire Wolf]
• A wolf that was raised close to a powerful flame and mutated into a Earth Flame Wolf, it has a strong pair of claws and its biggest strength is its amazing speed.

'Just the leader of the wolves race already has such a huge amount of strength?!' Chu Feng looked at the Earth Fire Wolf in amazement, its body was over 5 meters tall and its body kept giving releasing fire as if its body was made of it and not just an ability.
Chu Feng looked at the wolf but didn't see anything he needed in it so he left it alone and deeper towards the Inner-Area of the Sealed Realm.
On the map Chu Feng could see that the Sealed Realm was just a huge island where only Spirit Beasts were living.
'100.000-Years-Old Spirit Beast!' Chu Feng hid himself inside the shadows and inspected a huge beast that was looked like a huge flower that was residing in a huge open grass field.
[Shining Diamond Flower King]
• A Flower that evolved from a Sunflower due to absorbing the light from a Red Sun Diamond, It has an amazing defence and is able to absorb energy from the moon and sun to heal itself continuously, it has one of the slowest Speed and lowest Attack Power among its age group.
> Beast Age: 111.551 Years
'It seems that Spirit Beasts here rather stay in their Beast Forms due to their hate for humans' Chu Feng looked at the 40 Meter tall Sunflower that had a core that looked like a red diamond and decided it would actually be a great First Spirit Ring for his Asura's Blessing! It had no weakness besides its low speed and Attack Power but he had Asura's Blade so he didn't it for that.
Suddenly, the Shining Diamond Flower King turned around and used one of its huge roots to sweep towards Chu Feng's location.
'It actually noticed me?!' Chu Feng was shocked that he was found out and jumped out of the way of the roots way.
'I see, its releasing spores or something like that?' Chu Feng saw the reason that caused him to be found out, small spores were flying all around the place and probably send the Shining Diamond Flower King a warning.
The Shining Diamond Flower King didn't give Chu Feng the time to rest and the huge root swept everything in its path and continued towards Chu Feng who brandished his Sword to meet it and test its strength. Bright red with black aura burst from his blade after he infused a huge amount of Slaughter Aura into the blade and cleaved down at the root.
*CLANG*
As the broadsword and that huge root fully collided together a loud metallic sound was heard. The Shining Diamond Flower King trembled from the pain but Chu Feng wasn't fine either, the giant root made his arm a bit numb which was all but Chu Feng only had two arms and the Shining Diamond Flower King had countless roots!
Although the conclusion was as such, the previous Sword Strike didn't show any weakness and Chu Feng saw the root already regenerating at visible speed!
The Shining Diamond Flower King's huge body was supported by hundreds thick and powerful roots that could regenerate in a minute, Chu Feng noticed one fatal weakness, its willpower couldn't handle much pain!
Suddenly on top of the Sunflower-like head of the Shining Diamond Flower King's head was a huge white ball that was shot at Chu Feng at an insane speed, He simply was too late to resist and he was ruthlessly struck by the giant white ball.
*BOOM*
Chu Feng shot through the grass and stabbed his sword into the ground to stabilize himself and a bit of blood came from his mouth.
'It has weak Attack-Power for a 100.000-Years-Old Spirit Beast?' Chu Feng smiled bitterly and although he tanked the hit quite well with his sword his body felt quite sore from the hit.
The Shining Diamond Flower King was a spirit beast, its battle instinct was ingrained into its body over huge amounts of time! It could be said that it has a rich battle experience.
Chu Feng spat out the blood in his mouth and looked at the Shining Diamond Flower King that was moving towards him, its strength was far more than he had anticipated and its wisdom was even more shocking.
"My injuries aren't serious, but I want to try this move." Chu Feng came out of the pit of dirt and dashed towards the Shining Diamond Flower King.
The Shining Diamond Flower King used its giant roots to hit Chu Feng who was dodging from root to root while using Invisible Blade at the incoming roots of the Shining Diamond Flower King which made it flail in pain.
*CLANG* *BOOM* *CLANG*
Sounds of metal hitting eachother and heavy things falling onto the ground kept resounding in the open field, Chu Feng got struck by another giant root and was knocked back from the Shining Diamond Flower King's body.
''It seems its stamina is running low'' Chu Feng said to himself when he saw that the giant roots stopped regenerating, he cut hundreds of giant roots these last 15 minutes!
He wanted to end this fight fast since he might attract other Spirit Beasts and since they could smell he was human he would be in deep shit...
''Fine, in that case, burn in hell..... Fifth Stroke... Dragon's Rage!'' Chu Feng's arms looked like they were bulging and slashed his vertically, a huge amount of Spirit Power assembled and formed a 50 meter long eastern azure dragon.
The Shining Diamond Flower King used all of its remaining roots to block the incoming danger and it directly connected with its shield of giant roots, the area around the Shining Diamon Flower King trembled and created a small tornado from the impact of the clash while dirt and rocks flew all over the place.
*CRASH*
The dust settled and the huge Shining Diamond Flower King's body crashed into the ground, the Red Diamond on top of its head was cracked which Chu Feng aimed for. It seemed as if the Red Diamond was its heart so Chu Feng used his new move called Dragon's Rage which was called a 'Sword Stroke' for some reason, the Azure Dragon was something compressed of all the elements Chu Feng could muster which also caused it to have such a shocking amount of power.
''*Huff*...This move is...*Huff* so...tiring...'' Chu Feng said to himself while breathing heavily, he knew it wasn't needed to end it in such a grand way but he really wanted to test the power of the move on a 100.000-Years-Old Spirit Beast and the results were above his expectation!
Chu Feng recollected himself and looked at the Red Spirit Ring floating above the huge corpse, seeing this scene made him really excited since this was his first real fight with a 100.000-Years-Old Spirit Beast!
Chu Feng got ready to absorb the Spirit Ring and sat down, slowly, the Spirit Ring started getting absorbed into him.
Chu Feng's face slightly changed due to the huge resentment of the Shining Diamond Flower King but surprisingly his body could take it with a small amount of effort and thought about the fact that the Soul Core should've helped him greatly in increasing his body and mind.
Chu Feng took 5 minutes to completely absorb the 100.000-Years-Old Spirit Ring and the information about the abilities of the Spirit Ring appeared in his head.
''It actually makes me able to heal lost limbs and heal a fatal attack once every day'' Chu Feng was really surprised by the life-saving technique, even a ruptured heart would be healed although Chu Feng had no idea how.
[Ding! Hidden Quest completed!]
• Absorb a Spirit Ring of 10.000-Years-Old or older as your first Spirit Ring for Asura's Blessing.

''Reforming? It didn't even give me a form in the first place but whatever'' Chu Feng shrugged his shoulders and renamed it into Devil's Call and made it a ring with thick white band and a huge red ruby on top of it so it would be obvious it would be a man's ring.
''I shouldn't stay here for too long and just quickly take Spirit Bone with me'' Chu Feng got up and decided to fuse later with the Spirit Bone of the Shining Diamond Flower King since the smell of blood would definitely attract a great number of Spirit Beasts and they would definitely want to eat its corpse for their own growth.
*ROAAAR*
''Dammit...'' Chu Feng heard the roar and quickly grabbed the Spirit Bone and used Teleportation to disappear from the place, twenty seconds later a huge Dragon that was 100 Meters long appeared, it was black as ink and everywhere it went a black patch of land would be left of it.
The Black Dragon looked at the corpse on the ground with a confused face and didn't find the reason who had killed it since there were just too many races in this small world and just opened its huge mouth and ate the Shining Diamond Flower King's corpse and flew back to her home without thinking much about the matter.
