1 Naming
The sounds of crying can be heard as the terrifyingly massive realm of the Liu Heavenly Astral Clan remains completely quiet. Today is the day…the day the Clan Leader's daughter-in-law is giving birth. Based on tradition, everyone remains quiet until the birth is announced.
Afterwards celebrations will be kept to congratulate the new parents. This is a special tradition only reserved for persons of the highest caliber based on both background and strength.
"It's a boy Madam! Sir, you have a son!" says a flushed face midwife. Waaaaaah! Waaaaah! The cries of a newborn can be heard loud and clearly. Hundreds of Divine Senses probe close to the Sky Piercing Tower to listen to the spectacle taking place.
Just as the Madam is given her new born, she is suddenly hit with more pain and the feeling of something else coming out. As she cries out, another Midwife jumps towards her. The Sir who has been silent and indifferent all along finally his expression change slightly as he probes his wife with his Divine Sense. To his shock, he finds that there are 2 more children in his wife's belly!
Another one comes out as the Midwife exclaims that it is a girl. A third Midwife delivers the third child as she too exclaims that it's a girl. The wailing of 3 newborns assails the ears of everyone in the room as the midwives show the Madam her newborns.
She sheds tears of joy as she looks on her husband who has a slight smile of pride on his face. The Madam looks on her children tenderly as she holds them one at a time. Though she appears tired, her beauty still manages to exude in a resplendent manner.
A slight heat even seems to surround her as she lies down. "I wonder what their fate will be like…Honey, did you invite Senior Divine Fate?" The Sir nods calmly while looking at his 3 children.
The Sir finally utters words. "I Liu Tian of the Liu Heavenly Astral Clan am most grateful to Zhu Hong'er of the Zhu Heavenly Astral Clan for not only marrying me but giving birth to 3 wonderful children." As Zhu Hong'er is about to reply, she notices that he is already gone.
The 3 Midwives stare at the spot he was in, all wondering if they actually heard their young master speak so many words at once. Is that how his voice sounds?
Liu Tian appears in front of a man who looks slightly older than him. They both have a calm demeanor. Liu Tian stares at his father calmly. Liu Xuanhong smiles a bit as he looks on his son. A hint of pride can be seen in his eyes. He observes his son's appearance as he compares him to when he was just born as a cute little baby to now.
He now looks like a young adult with a tender appearance but still masculine with jet black hair just like him. All members of the Liu Heavenly Astral Clan have black hair. He takes note of his son's aura which seems almost nonexistent but he still has a dignified air to him.
Liu Tian also observes his father who he looks so similar to except that his father seems a bit older and has a more oppressive aura around him.
Liu Xuanhong finally comments, "Congrats on 3, you both did excellent work". Liu Tian blinks but notices that his father is gone. He silently muses to himself that his father actually commended him. He then teleports to the place he has always loved ever since he was a child.
Upon arriving at the top of the Sky Piercing Tower, he notices his father too is staring into the stars with a slight smile on his face. Liu Tian also stares at the heavens with a slight smile. Both men are grown but seem so childish now with that innocent look on their faces as they stare at the stars in the heavens, feeling completely relaxed.
Out of the darkness, a dark silhouette slowly approaches. It proceeds to kneel behind the father-son duo. A voice with a solemn and respectful tone utters, "Greetings to the Clan Leader and the Young Master".
Both men nod as the voice continues, "This lowly one is here to update the Clan Leader that Senior Divine Fate has just exited the Star Gate. He wishes to not be welcomed as guest of honor and would prefer to have simple pavilion to himself to prepare to read the 3 young masters' fate." Liu Tian calmly states, "Crouching Tiger Pavilion."
A tall and slender old man slowly walks towards the Crouching Tiger Pavilion. If one was supposed to observe his steps, they would all be the same but he doesn't seem to be doing this consciously. He is dressed in simple garments, a white cloak with no symbols on it or even a speck of dirt.
His slightly bent figure coupled with his bald head and long white beard makes him appear to be no different than a normal old man. For some reason, his eyes are almost fully closed, living only small slits. Combining that with the slight wrinkles on his face brings off his elderly mortal look even more.
Any juvenile unaware of him might think he is a common geezer….a pity they would never know this old freak is actually someone many yearn to divine something for them! He slowly strides into the pavilion and simply stands at the center while he looks into the starry skies as he utters a simple word, "Divine".
As a cultivator, it will take a few days for a woman to fully recover from the effects of giving birth but this process can easily be enhanced using various heavenly resources. By now, Zhu Hong'er has fully recovered utilizing a Flaming Blood Lotus and a Burning Salvia. With these 2 heavenly plants, not only has her body fully recovered, but even her cultivation has been stabilized a bit more.

In the Crouching Tiger Pavilion, old man Divine Fate stops looking to the heavens as he nods. He gently says "The 9 stars of Celestial Vision are all completely aligned. It is time for the divining." His words travel through the entire Liu Heavenly Astral Clan.
Upon finishing his words, Liu Tian, Liu Xuanhong and Zhu Hong'er appears a few meters from him. In each their arms a child is seen. Zhu Hong'er is now dressed in a fiery red dressed adorned with various vermillion feathers.
The dress tightly wraps around her perfect figure which makes her seem even more attractive and beautiful. Liu Tian and Liu Xuanhong are both dressed in their dark blue changshans with the clan's crest of a silver heavenly hammer at their hearts.
Divine fate gently nods as he looks towards the 3 children. He softly asks, "You never named them as yet because you want to use their fate that I predict to give them suitable names?" Zhu Hong'er nods and in a self-depreciating tone states, "senior is the best at diving fate and not even the few diviners who are guest in my clan can compare. Thus, it's a suitable option."
Divine Fate nods faintly as he instructs, "Hand me that girl in your hands Zhu Hong'er." She complies as she silently hands him one of the babies. He slowly raises the baby up to his eye level and carefully observes the child. He then looks to the sky as he mumbles various chants. He mumbles them in a speed neither fast nor slow.
Upon finishing mumbling, a faint light can be seen cascading from the heavens as they envelop the baby in his hands. He surprisingly lets the child go as she floats in the air. The starlight continues to fall on her as the incoming starlight begins to morph.
As everyone observes the sky, they can all clearly notice a bright scarlet red sea of flames burning the heavens viciously. Furthermore, upon careful observation, it appears that the flames give off not only a severe degree of heat but a sense of pure destruction.
Zhu Hong'er nods as she whispers, "scarlet red flames…we should name her Fei Hong." Everyone nods in acceptance as the child slowly floats towards Divine Fate's hands. He calmly receives her has he gently passes her to her mother.
He looks towards Liu Xuanhong and nods. Liu Xuanhong gently hands him the second daughter. He once again begins mumbling various chants in a speed that is neither fast nor slow. As a faint light appears from the heavens once again to envelop the next baby girl, he lets the child go.
As she floats in the air, the starlight begins to morph. A gigantic net of pure white lightning begins forming as it dies the sky white. It gives a pure and holy feeling, filled with a desire to purify everything wicked and evil. Liu Xuanhong nods faintly as he utters a single word, "Bai". Everyone nods as it seems like white is very suitable for her. Old Man Divine Fate reaches out to gently receive the descending child. He then hands her to Liu Xuanhong who gladly receives her.
Liu Tian slowly walks to Divine Fate without him asking since the only child remaining is his only son. He gently hands Divine Fate the young boy and steps back as his face slightly reveals anticipation. Liu Xuanhong also has a slight face of expectation.
Divine Fate gently takes the child and begins mumbling chants again. Upon finishing his chant, nothing happens. He furrows his brow as he looks on the child. Everyone else has a slightly weird face as they stare since something totally unexpected has happened. He calmly states, "There must be a slight mishap with my divining…."
While he says that, in his heart, he clearly knows that is highly unlikely. He begins mumbling chants again until finished and still, nothing happens. He mumbles the chants again and again until he does it for a ninth time. Upon doing so, something strange happens.
The previously bright and starry sky slowly gets dark…no…black. Furthermore, all the beautiful and radiant stars are now all replaced by twinkling bodies which look similar to stars but are diffusing a light darker than black. Everyone stands there shocked at the sight as their minds explode with an uneasy feeling. As this dark light falls upon the child, he slowly floats into the air.
Upon floating, they notice that the child floats twice as high as the other 2 babies. Furthermore, there seems to be something strange forming in the sky… Liu Tian just was about to make a move when Divine Fate holds up his hand. He opens his eyes fully which reveal a scintillating blue and gold mixed light as he observes the heavens.
He says in a solemn voice, "This is something I have never seen before….even my Heaven's Eyes are unable to fathom this…black….furtherm…" His words stuck in his throat as everyone clearly sees the silhouette of a titanic black figure.
No distinct features at all can be seen, no clothing or exact body structure, it just seems humanoid appears. Its head is able to easily reach the heavens and for some reason, it seems like it is looking towards them all, especially the baby. Though the creature does no display any orifices, it gives them the feeling that it is able to see clearly.
A sudden feeling of complete emptiness, despair and a bone piercing coldness which could never generate from the lack of heat suddenly invades the air. Then a scene that sends chills down everyone's spines that they will never forget happens.
The floating child slowly rotates in a form vertical manner where it appears to be standing. The giant's hands slowly move towards the body of the child and almost envelop him, just a tiny bit more and it would seemingly touch it.
Then, slowly, a single opening on the head where an eye should be opens. As it does so, a tearing sound which makes one's soul shudder slowly draws out until that massive and dark eye hole appears. Another eye hold slowly appears to make a second eye.
Then, where the mouth should be, a massive jagged fracture begins forming which makes a frown. This jagged mouth looks like shattered glass, incredibly sharp and dangerous. The eyes of this terrifying giant slowly look on all the living beings as if it sees food.
Then as its eyes slowly move towards the little baby almost in its palms, that jagged and sharp frown slowly forms into a 'happy' smile. A smile able to shatter the souls of any devil with fright is seen. Even its dark and evil eyes seem to be 'smiling happily'.
The sky slowly begins to shake as if the heavens are trying to fight back this darkness. The giant slowly looks behind it and does something no one would expect. It makes a slight sound which sounds like the gurgle of boiling blood in an abyss and punches the sky.
As if something shatters, the sky gets even darker and more terrifying. It then looks back at the child and utters a simple word, "Hei". Upon uttering that word, the previously quiet baby begins giggling at it looks on the giant. This seems to 'move' the giant as the 'smile' it has gets larger.
A heart shuddering laugh escapes its mouth as the child slowly floats towards Divine Fate. The giant seems to give them all a 'meaningful' glance filled with utter disdain then slowly disappears as the child lands in Divine Fate's hands. The darkness covering the sky slowly as it returns to its former calmness and brightness.
Everyone slowly looks on the child in the shivering hands of Divine Fate as his breathing is extremely uneven. He closes his eyes as his trembling hands hand the child to Liu Tian. He wipes the cold sweat from his forehead as he states in a solemn tone.
"I will never utter a word as long as 3 do the same….." Upon saying those words, he disappears as fast as possible as if he is in a rush. Everyone stands there dumbfounded as they look on the happy and innocent looking child in Liu Tian's hands. He slowly inhales then exhales and says a single word, "Hei."
