Using the preplanned battle formation, the reinforcements quickly move out to clash with the dragons. The immortal step experts all seem to converge at the front of both sides. Many persons from the Nameless Sect actually transform into different beasts. However, a large number of them are also humans.
A few humanoid beings with demonic horns and tails can be seen reverting. 3 persons who looked human before suddenly expand in size and tower over the masses. These 3 persons are all actually Colossans! Furthermore, they are 3 of the Immortal Step experts from the Nameless Sect! These Colossans emit radiant energies of different types that attract the attentions of many dragons.
Their astral inscriptions seem to dance around their bodies. Of the Colossans, 2 females who look human but are physically gigantic stares coldly at many of the immortal dragons. The single male seems to possess an evil appearance and even has a single horn growing from his forehead. His astral inscriptions constantly flutter around him as a thick killing intent is emitted from them.
The many immortal step experts actually forcefully clash with the dragons using the most basic and savage method at their disposals. As if not fearing the powerful and mighty body of dragons, they actually directly clash with them!
What is even more surprising is that they are actually evenly matched! On the ground, the dragons who are there are all in the Essence Gathering Step. These dragons are mostly flood dragons; however a few winged dragons roam within their numbers.
Seemingly affected by the battle of the stronger person, the rest of the reinforcement grab their weapons or transform quickly to meet the dragons with a vicious and domineering stance. However, the dragons are not to be underestimated. Their bodies begin radiating a more potent and deadly kind of evil energy. This causes them to actually increase in mass as their auras tower into the heavens.
Many of the Beast Constellation Sect actually transform into beasts of different kinds. Hei calmly stands still and doesn't seem to intend to get involved at all. Long Shenyuan shakes his head as he thinks, "He will be safe…with those monsters within him…" Thinking like that, he actually transforms into a vicious and monstrous dragon.
He flies off towards a flood dragon who is actually someone in the Essence Gathering Step. "Hmm, Beginning of the Core Formation Realm, taste my new and improved Black Hole Art!" Above the dragon's claw, a black hole the size of a ball can be seen. Compared to Shenyuan's size, this black hole seems inconsequential.
The flood dragon smiles coldly upon sensing the cultivation realm of Long Shenyuan. "Foolish kid, as a dragon, you dared to join them? Die!" Evil energies go berserk around the flood dragon as it charges head on towards Shenyuan, wanting to rip him to pieces with a straightforward claw strike.
Shenyuan's face lights up with a shameless and mocking smile as his bloodline power erupts. This causes the flood dragon to almost freeze and retreat. Its bloodline constantly shivers and his blood almost flows in reverse. Many others notice Shenyuan as his bloodline is released. The claw strike goes directly into the small black hole. Without much suspense, it is devoured into the black hole.
The flood dragon tries to retreat but Shenyuan smiles with cruelty and shoves the black hole right into the chest of the dragon. With a loud and frightening rip, the chest of the flood dragon is completely devoured.
Shenyuan nods and pulls back the black hole. He wiggles his tail with excitement. "As a dragon of antiquity, it's only expected for me to be able to do this. Who else wanna play with great grandpa Shenyuan!?"
As his arrogant words ring out, his bloodline emits an abyssal strength. As if the bloodlines of his enemies are being devoured. Shenyuan stands in front of his enemy's body with arrogance. Like a dragon of the 18th abyssal hell, Shenyuan releases his spirit. This small black hole actually devours the body of the flood dragon.
An ecstatic look flashes through his eyes. The dragon's storage ring falls on the ground which Shenyuan simply stores away with a light but shameless smile on his face. This causes the other evil dragons to suddenly go berserk. As if feeling betrayed and angry, they start launching vicious and almost suicidal attacks on their enemies as they try to quickly kill them to finally attack Shenyuan. Hei doesn't move at all as he stands there, no one seems to notice this.
The many reinforcements fight with their original simple formation, however, after a few clashes, the disparity between numbers are slowly creeping up. While the immortals seem to be in a stalemate for the most part, the Essence Gathering Step members are under severe pressure. Furthermore, many persons are forced to fight multiple foes.
Shenyuan continues to slaughter flood dragons that are at the beginning stages of the Core Formation Realm, however, he tactically avoids any enemy who has an unoccupied ally. Therefore, at all times, he has a 1 on 1 match. Whenever he kills an enemy, he devours their body without mercy and plunders their resources.
In the sky, constant clashes which break space seem to occur as a norm. Every section where space is fractured or completely destroyed slowly mends itself. However, it gets ripped once again. Above the immortals, an even more heaven shaking battle seems to be taking place. From one side, a bright and vigorous white energy constantly clashes with a dark red and evil energy.
The sky actually appears to be slowly caving in as both colors seem to blend and separate repeatedly. Hei doesn't seem affected by this war. On one side, it seems a competition is happening between Xing Lang and Xing Yinghua.
Xing Lang actually has some sort of energy surrounding her body. This energy seems to be the silhouette of a fox but is actually silver, like a small battle avatar. Furthermore, this mysterious energy seems to be fueled by a constellation above her head resembling the Heavenly Wolf Sirius. Within her hands, a silver, metallic bow is seen. She constantly fires arrows which seem to never miss her target.
Long Shenyuan smiles casually as he nods, "The Beast Constellation Clan's special art….sacrificing the beast form to gain a battle avatar. Combing the traits of the small human body and the beast form…simply perfect! Look on the Sniper Wolf…She's battling multiple enemies from long range…"
Somewhat close to Xing Lang, Xing Yinghua is seen with a holy energy surrounding her body. It forms into a golden princess gown with ferocious lionesses on it. Multiple golden chains constantly appear from the Heavenly Princess Andromeda Constellation behind her. These chains pin down many opponents, allowing Xing Lang any other allies to easily attack them.
Furthermore, these chains seem to completely suppress her enemies in a domineering manner, completely sealing their movements for the most part. However, at times, she switches to offense with causes many flood dragons to wail in pain as the chains actually pierce multiple places in their bodies.
With their combined efforts, a few evil dragons are quickly slayed. However, their small contributions does a lot individually but overall, it doesn't seem sufficient. At some point in time, they notice Hei standing there without his face visible but is seemingly not doing anything at all as far as they can see.
However, this small interval of not paying attention causes a flood dragon to escape their watchful eyes and head straight for Hei! As if the dragon just wants to vent some frustration, it aims for someone who seems to be out of it right now.
This causes both girls to look in shock. While Xing Lang seems a bit worried, she doesn't move to help. For some reasons, the dragons close to her keep attacking viciously to try and cover for the lone dragon moving towards Hei.
Xing Yinghua erupts with a cold and erosive strength as her chains seems to weave around many dragons. She tries to get a few towards the flood dragon but unfortunately misses. Long Shenyuan looks back on Hei, half worried and half curious. "What is that kid doing…?"
The dragon roars with hatred and mockery as it cruses, "Little fuckers, watch daddy here kill this trash!" It rushes in with a blood red light surrounding its body. As if disdained to truly attack, it opens its maw to devour Hei in one go! Its razor sharp teeth seem to be able to pierce any flesh, turning it into minced meat easily!
However, Hei doesn't move at all. Just as the dragon is about to devour him, Hei swings his left hand, punching towards the flood dragon's incoming mouth. The sound of something ripping can be heard as Hei's fist travels through the air.
A muffled sound is heard. The dragon stops in its track. The 2 females along with many enemies and allies close by actually glance at the dragon and gulp with shock and fear. A huge hole can be seen in the dragon's mouth that goes straight through the back of the neck.
The dragon's huge body collapses in front of Hei. The shockwave from the punch continues in the air and actually hits another dragon which slightly destabilizes its flight. This causes the person fighting it to deliver a serious blow to it.
Due to the shockwave from the punch, Hei's hoodie falls back, revealing his face. A stone cold and chilly expression is seen. Anger, this is pure anger! His eyes seem to revert to 2 pitch black dimensions of no return. If someone were to stare into his eyes, they would probably be lost before they knew it! For some reason, Hei seems to be filled with pure rage!
He slowly walks forward; however, every step made, a terrifying and suppressive energy is released from his body. "Ah fuck! This bastard has lost it! Fuck it! I'm out of his way!" Long Shenyuan cannot help but say out loud! This causes many persons to glance at the dirty mouth dragon. This seems quite unreasonable for the dragon to exclaim like that with just one attack.
However, when they begin sensing Hei's cultivation level, they constantly blink in shock. "Peak of the Body Refinement Realm!? Impossible!" However, what happens next causes many persons to stand in shock. Behind Hei, 2 massive spirits are formed. On the left, the deep purple Heavenly Indra astral spirit is formed. Behind it, a gigantic purple dharmachakra slowly rotates, giving off terrifying but holy thunder energies.
On the right, a similarly gigantic, red-orange Abyssal Asura is formed. Behind it, a red-orange dharmachakra slowly rotates, giving off powerful and evil fire energies. Both astral spirits peer down on the world with disdain as if a pair of rival gods is looking down on mere mortals.
Around Hei's body, pitch black energies slowly circulate. At times, it flickers with a bit of lightning and another time, it flutters with fire. This black energy seems to cause space itself to tremble from its power. It slowly forms a complete armor around his body.
Behind his back, 2 gigantic wings are formed. They stretch across for over 100 meters, domineering and pitch black. Many persons stutter in fear and dread. "This law energy…this feeling…those spirits…." A much deeper significance is birth in the hearts of many from the Constellation Beast Clan as they remember the recent 'Astral Awakening' of someone.
As if Hei feels this is not enough, within his hand, a small brick can be seen in his hand. However, everyone seeing this brick cannot help but think, "What is that brick…I thought some sort of majestic weapon would be taken out…seriously…a stupid brick?
However, Hei actually tosses the brick on one of the flood dragons close by. The dragon laughs for a bit and actually reaches out to catch it. Granted the casually tossing of the brick, nothing seems wrong with the dragon's thinking.
Unfortunately, this brick is definitely abnormal. The brick actually crashes through the dragon's arm, completely crushing it and then lands on its chest. It rips into its body and lands on the ground, causing a massive earthquake. The dragon stares as its life slowly fades away.
However, the shock in the hearts of many only increase as the ground keeps on shaking from the impact of the brick. A large hole is seen in the ground and the brick is nowhere to be seen!
