33 Heros Investiture.

In the Radiant Kindom, in middle of Brilliance city, stood majestic, untamished, imposing, a white

like-marble, more than tree hundred meters tall tower. It shone with a dazzling radiance under the sunlight or moonlight which people could discern over miles but strangely enough it didn't blind the people in the city nor disturb their dream, moreover the radiance also provide the city with a kind of special warm which cleaned your soul.

The Sky Radiance Tower was the pride of humanity, it also meant strength, progress and lately hope,this was not just the house of the humanity's brilliant minds but also its heros.

History told, thousands of years ago after the last Crimson Age and the bitter victory achieve by mankind, god took piety of them and sent this tower as the bastion of humanity. The strange phenomenom took place overnight, the tower rise itself from earth, while the later didn't even trembled, accompanied by a light pillar and god's voice.

"Children, its time for you all to work together for the sake of humankind, if some you think can devote himself to humanity, then come forward to be tested in this Tower of the Sky Radiance. Whoever shall be deemed as worthy would become a paragon between humans".

The words were simple and its meaning even more, those who were worthy enough would be able to enter the tower and enjoy a life more than outstanding becoming humanity's vanguard and those who were 'unique' would receive true bessings making them exceed the limits of humans.

Now in the top of the tower a ceremony was about to take place...

"Hahaha, Windy you are here, aren't you letting out any more winds aren't you?". The laughter of strong voice travel across the room.

"Mudhead if you don't want me to beat you up, you better shut that mouth of yours". Replied a skinny man with an angered voice.

"Tsk,tsk come out Windy, it was just a joke, no woman would like you if you keep like that, no wonder your girlfriend...". Continued teasing the bear-like person.

"Shut the fucking up!". Interrupted the skinny man almost out of himself.

"Both of you please, lets leave the games for later, we have a more important matter to attend right now." Said a soft and pleasant voice like trying to ending the bickering between the two but she added next. "Again,what was about your girlfriend Silf?".

"You-". The skinny man face was red colored and seemed as if his blood was boiling.

"Please, could both of you be more serious about this, the matter about Windie's girlfriend was just a slip the little girl had". Added also teasing a unnoticed until now shadow figure in the corner of the room.

"You too ? Fuck with you, all of you. Lets see who would help you all running away when something goes wrong again". Threatened the skinny man.

"Drop the matter childs, lets start". An ancient and dignified voice intervened ending the matter but there was a small mocking smile in his lips.

Despite the jokes, everyone here knew how important was the matter attained to this ahead of time meeting, the humanity situation was dire and it was their responsability to revert this situation. Kneeling in front of the old man who had his back to the God's altar the four pledged their oath to humanity.

"I Burg of the Inamovible Earth..."

"I Silf of the Razor Wind..."

"I Lina of the Merciful Fire..."

"I Defin of the Eternal Darkness..."

"Vouch to fight and protect humanity, even if my body breaks, even if my soul shatter, my will won't hesitate....."

As the four took their vote a light pillar fell from the sky, bathing the tower in a divine radiance.

"Thanks to the mercy of God". The cried travel across Brilliance city as those who saw the phenomenon where kneeling repeating the sentence over and over again.

There was hope, they knew their God was still looking over them, this heros generation was ready to fight.

Meanwhile in another plane two figure were looking to the scene...

"No bad, not bad, seems like you did your homework bestowing blessings beforehand to prepare for this moment. Hahaha this is good, there would be a better show." The red colored god remarked between laughters."That girl had potential, i hope she can survive". He added next whatever thoughts he had were unknown.

"Survive? The four are ways stronger than your chosen, as i see it this time you will be losing again".

"My lose? I don't lose nor gain anything if he die or live, but let me tell you amount of energy is no the same that battle prowess,even if he were to really lost at least two of your heros would die first".

Both gods chatted as old friends, were was left the golden radiance surrounded god anger for being suppressed before? Of course it melted and disappeared in the oblivion, what else could he do, every war god was a paragon when it come to fight, and even in the same realm few, very few were able to hold themselves when fighting a war god let alone defeat one.

Furthermore this war god here, this avatar here, was ways stronger than him, what else could he do? he didn't even could struggle and if the other party decide to eliminate him then his world would lose the only chance it had along with the bessings he bestowed upon the heros.

After this if possible he would go and join a pantheon, being a lonely god would fetch him more followers but would also rendered himself useless if he were to find an enemy more powerful than himself, as right now.

Back to the mortal world.

Akin was thinking how he become the enemy of the world? Even in the basis that this had happened before in this world, twenty five thousands was a huge number but it should be almost neligible to the world population, in fact in war it could be said it was a local slaughter and that was it but after thinking about the two optional missions, this should be related to the greed of those who came earlier.

Killing twenty five thousands people, his mission was quite simple to understand and this was all it was needed to become an inheritor of war, the tricky part were the two optional missions. If what was stated was true, then completing the main mission would give you the right to become an inheritor but it would be a low level inheritance if he wanted true power he needed to complete the two optional missions.

The first was to fight one hundred life or death battles, nor one nor two, one hundred this was very tricky in a world where only numbers would be a threat fighthing one hundred life or death battle was the same that throwing your life away.

The spiritual energy in this world was very thin, tens of time thin than in Purgatory, meaning it would take him time to replish the wasted energy. If he were to fight those so-called 'life or death' battles even if he were to win his spiritual energy would be depleted. If more enemy gave chase soon or later he would be killed.

The second optional missions was even more tricky, it was to build or destroy a kingdom. To destroy a kingdom was a possible feat, somehow possible but this would also enclose him in a determinated location if a great number of enemy were to join the fight he would end dying.

As for building a kingdom, this was virtually impossible, not matter what, he was the 'enemy' of the world unless his strength reached the point where he would become unbeatable, there wouldn't be another way.

In fact Akin reasoning wasn't far from the truth, the cause of the humanity mobilization for a common goal was greed, of course not their greed but of those who had undertook this mission before.

In the previous 'Crimson Age' the being undertaking the inheritance process has the same missions that Akin but a totally different mindset.

He didn't put the mortals in his eyes and he did everything he could to complete the three missions, in the end after destroying an entire kingdom and killing tens of millions people, he was killed in a colossal battle, in which the current god of humanity was the only survivor, but at that time he was only a normal mortal.

As the rules of the ineritance process were even, all or nothing, the survivor win all the power that was deemed to the inheritor but the inheritance itself, as he wasn't a follower of war and with some more help of destiny and the worship of the humanity after some years he reach godhood.

After becoming a god he learn about many thing he couldn't even imagine before and one of those thing was that the Crimson Age would return again, as someone who lost to much in the previous Crimson Age he didn't wanted for this to happen again, the dungeon know as the Sky Radiance Tower and the blessings he bestowed were part of his preparations.

Akin stopped thinking about 'why', there would always be causes to everything and in the end few time the causes matters, now he had something he needed to take care of.

Tightening the grip over the rock in his right hand, he took a step forward and with great force launched the rock. What following next was the cutting sound of the rock traveling and blood splurting together with flying body parts in the impact point.
