18 The Sorrow Melody of The Violin (Zachary’s Chapter)

Narrator: "This world is surrounded by crime, greed, and many other sins. When people gave up hope for peace there are a group of assassins that would cleanse the world. If you're truly tormented by anyone and want vengeance, then you must call upon The Sweepers and they will take vengeance for you."

In York Time City, New Trailway there is a gifted teenage violinist named Margaret who has been getting letters from an obsessed fan.

Margaret: "Oh god! Not again... If I can't have you then no one will. Whoever this guy is crazy I have to do something about it."

It's morning time and Seven and his friends are heading to his hometown for spring break.

Austin: "I'm so glad it's the first week of April!"

River: "Yeah spring break! No school for a week!"

Seven: "I didn't think spring break is on the first week of April at my old school we have spring break in the middle of April."

Austin: "We have spring break on the first of April so everyone can relax before exams come along."

River: "Yeah preparing for exams doesn't start until May and finals are always at the end of May."

Austin: "Then summer vacation starts and doesn't start back school until September."

Seven: "Seriously?! I assume that school will be starting back in August."

River: "Nope it's always been like that."

Seven: "I guess going to a private school isn't so bad."

Austin: "Actually it's every school in the state, not just private schools."

Carter: "Alright boys we're here."

Austin: "I can't believe you grew up here."

Seven: "It's good to be home even though it's just for a couple of days."

River: "So where's your house?"

Carter: "Right here."

Austin and River went out of the car and is surprised to see that Seven lived in an apartment building.

Austin: "I assumed you lived in a house."

Seven: "Well my parents did live here before I was born so besides it's just me and my mom so we didn't really need to move to a house."

Carter: "Alright guys get your suitcases out of the car."

Seven went to the building owner's office to get his key to the apartment.

Seven: "Hey Shirley."

Shirley: "Huh? Seven? I didn't think you would be back so soon."

Seven: "I'm only here for a couple of days."

Shirley: "Well here's your key anyways when will you and Alice be coming back here?"

Seven: "Whenever she finishes her job at South Yaakov."

Shirley: "I was surprised that she even took the job as a temporary detective there especially after what happened to your dad."

Seven: "What do you mean?"

Shirley: "Oh before you were born your parents always be traveling together, she never knew what kind of work he did but it must've been important if he traveled a lot."

Seven: (Thinking) "So that's why mom never told me about dad's work she had no idea either."

Shirley: "He told your mom that he will do one last work so he can quit his job for a better one. I guess he wanted to start a family with her little did he know he already did."

Seven: "Yeah because mom was pregnant with me after he died."

Shirley: "Sorry hun I didn't mean to bring it up."

Seven: "It's fine I don't really know him so it's nothing to be sad about."

He left the office and catch up with others to go into his apartment.

River: "Whoa this is your apartment."

Seven: "Yeah well my mom's actually it was my dad's but when he died the owner of the building just gave her the apartment."

Austin: "I can't believe most building owners wouldn't something so generous."

Seven: "Yeah Shirley's really nice and she even watched over me when I was a kid while my mom is working."

River: "What does your mom do?"

Seven: "She's a detective."

Austin: "Like a police detective."

Seven: "No just a freelance detective she's basically her own boss but she does help the police department from time to time."

Austin: "Then your mom must be loaded then since freelance detective's get paid more."

Carter: "Not necessarily being a freelance detective may sound like the idea job but they tend to make the price for their services affordable for their clients."

Austin: "Aw man... huh who's this?"

He picks up a photograph that was on the stand.

Seven: "That's my mom and um... honestly I don't know who's next to her."

Carter: "That's Nicholas your dad."

River: "You know you do look like him."

Austin: "Yeah I can totally see the resemblance."

Seven: "So that's my dad I wonder why I have never seen this photograph before?"

Carter: "I think Alice didn't want to feel sad every time she sees that photograph. It reminds her that she lost him forever."

River: "Your mom is very pretty."

Seven: "I guess so." (Thinking: "Why didn't she want me to see this? I guess it must really hurt her when she found out that dad died...")

Carter: "Well now that's over with I hope you guys can discuss your sleeping arrangement I already have somewhere I'll just use my little sister's room."

Seven: "Oh please you just want to use my mom's room so you can be snooping about what's been going on in her life."

Carter: "I would never invade my sister's privacy what do you take me for?"

Seven: "I can think of several things right now."

River: "They are fighting like brothers so cute."

Austin: "It's no big deal I'll sleep on the couch, River can sleep on the sofa, and Seven would probably want his room so he can just sleep there."

Carter: "I know you boys will figure out something."

Seven: "Oh you just wanted to start something."

The three of them put their stuff up and left the apartment to site see while Carter is putting his stuff up. He opened to closet thinking it was Alice's but it turned out to be Nicolas's and sees a bow and arrow.

Carter: "These aren't any normal arrows don't tell me..."

Elsewhere Seven is showing his friends around the city.

Austin: "This city is amazing! It's a shame we're only here for a week."

River: "I know I would love to live here someday."

Seven: "There's a food stand over there."

Austin: "Anyone want something I'm buying."

Seven: "Nothing for me I'm not that hungry yet."

River: "No thanks I'll get something later."

Austin went to the food stand and while they wait for him Seven noticed a flyer of a performance tonight.

Seven: "The performance of well-known violinist Margaret Griffith will be tonight at 8:00 p.m. at the Static Enteral Performance Hall admission is five currencies. Is she really well-known because I never heard of her?"

River: "It's understandable she mainly plays classical pieces so only old-timers listen to that kind of music but I think she even makes her own music pieces."

Seven: "How do you know about that?"

River: "I'm her cousin."

Seven: "Really?"

River: "Yeah I try not to brag about it though so that's why I didn't say anything about it."

Seven: "Oh."

Meanwhile, Margaret is making a quest to The Sweepers.

Margaret: "Please I want to find out who's been sending me these creepy letters and kill whoever it is."

Christiana: "Your request is granted..."

Margaret: "Oh thank you! Thank you so much!"

Meadow: "But revenge is a double-edged sword for that you'll have to pay the price."

Christiana: "Also we're not going to find out who it is we can't just kill random people so you'll have to find out who it is then pay us the money you owe us."

Violet: "It's usually five hundred currencies but since you're just a kid it'll be-"

Margaret: "I'll pay the five hundred currencies."

Angel: "We usually charge two hundred for a kid."

Margaret: "I won't be a kid for long I'll be seventeen in a few days so that makes me an adult."

Christiana: "Fine is she wants to pay the full price let her but here's a piece of advice. Like I said before we won't find your stalker but you'll never know he or she could be closer to you than you think."

The group vanished and Margaret found herself alone.

Margaret: "What did she mean by that? Huh?" She looked at the palm of her hand and sees the date on her hand. "April 7th that's the day before my birthday maybe my performance tonight will calm me down a bit." She hears her phone go off and she sees she got an email from her mom. "Oh, brother mom's mad about me skipping practice again...ugh I wish she would just give me a break for once."

Zachary is nearby seeing how overwork she is.

Zachary: "I know the feeling kid my parents use to be like that to me."

Later on, nightfall came and it's time for Margaret's performance Seven and his friends went into the performance hall.

Austin: "Seven I didn't think you were into classical music."

Seven: "I'm not River is. He wanted to come here and see this."

Austin: "Yeah but he said he wasn't feeling well and told us to go on without him."

Seven: "It seemed that earlier he was looking forward to this."

They looking around then Seven sees Christiana she notices him and points her finger to Margaret.

Austin: "What's wrong Seven?"

Seven: "Oh it's nothing I thought I saw someone I knew."

Austin: "Wait a minute... Marine is that you?!"

Margaret: "Oh my god! Austin is that you?! Oh, how long has it been?"

Austin: "About eight years."

Margaret hugs Austin then whispers to him.

Margaret: "Hey he's pretty cute aren't gonna introduce me to him."

Austin: "Oh right Seven this is Margaret but I call her Marine."

Seven: "It's nice to meet you."

Margaret: "It's nice to see a cute boy for a change."

Seven: "How do you two know each other?"

Austin: "We were neighbors when I was seven and when she was eight."

Margaret: "So what are you doing here?"

Austin: "I'm here on spring break with my buddy Seven since he has a place here."

Margaret: "You do?!"

Seven: "Yeah well really I use to live here but I'm staying with my uncle until my mom gets back from her job overseas."

Margaret's Mom: "There you are! What did I tell you about walking off like that before a performance?!"

Austin: "It's nice to see you again Mrs. Griffith..."

Margaret's Mom: "Oh Austin I didn't think I would ever see you here. I hope you're not going to distract my daughter while she is performing."

She takes Margaret backstage to get her ready.

Seven: "Has her mom always been like that?"

Austin: "Pretty much I have forgotten how strict she is when comes to Marine's performance."

Margaret gets on stage holding her violin.

Margaret: "My piece tonight is The Sympathy of a Sorrow Melody."

She begins playing then Seven and Christiana noticed what's wrong with her.

Christiana: (Thinking) "She's been pushed too far about performing."

Seven: (Thinking) "It's no doubt about it."

Both: (Thinking) "She's gonna pass out."

She kept playing her violin as fast as she could then her vision starts to get blurry a bit. She ignores then she passes out of exhaustion. Then a man walks up to her to see if she's okay; Christiana figured it out and leaves the place.

Willis: "Somebody call an ambulance!"

Don: "I got her I'll take her to the hospital!"

Her manager picks her up and takes her to the hospital.

Austin: "Oh my god... I hope Marine will be okay..."

Seven: (Thinking) "That man that went up to her first I thought he was her manager but that other guy turned to be the manager. I got this bad feeling about that guy he ran up to her mighty quickly like he knew it was going to happen."

At the hideout Macy, Violet, Tom, and Zachary were discussing Christiana's choice about their client.

Macy: "Honestly I think we look for the creep instead of letting that kid if the creep herself."

Tom: "You have to understand the boss' choice."

Violet: "I don't blame her for letting the kid find out."

Macy: "I'm worried about that girl she might have a nervous breakdown."

Tom: "I won't say that you make it seem like it's the end of the world or something."

Zachary: "Trust me children you don't want to have someone to have a nervous breakdown it's not pretty."

Violet: "How would you know?"

Zachary: "I guess I kept the story of my life long enough I'll let you all know the truth about me. First of all, Zachary Princeton isn't my real name."

Tom: "What?!"

Violet: "Your joking, right?"

Zachary: "Now now boys and girls I'll answer any question when I finish my story okay. Anyways I grew in a rich house and it wasn't glamorous."

Macy: "What do you mean?"

Zachary: "My parents were just the worst they force me to wear contacts and I was six years old at the time."

Tom: "Really?"

Zachary: "Yeah they did they thought that it was an abomination that I was born with two different eye colors."

In a flashback to 1827, Zachary's parents are having an argument about him.

Zachary's Mom: "I still don't understand how it's possible for our son to have two different eye colors. You have green eyes and I have brown eyes how does he have one eye is black and the other one orange."

Zachary's Dad: "I think it's because he got more from your side of the family don't your father and sister have orange eyes?"

Zachary's Mom: "They do but it completely disgusted me! I tried to get him to wear contacts be he said no. All those other moms are calling him a freak for having two different eye colors."

Zachary's Dad: "If he doesn't want to wear them then we'll have to make him."

Young Zachary: "Mom? Dad? What are you doing?!"

His mom grabbed him and his dad put the contact lens on his eyes. The flashback ends and it's back to the present.

Zachary: "They forced me to wear contacts because they were worried about their status. The thing is when I was a kid all the other kids thought it was cool that I was born with two different eye colors. But after I started middle school, I really started to rebel against them both."

Tom: "How?"

Zachary: "Since they wanted me to the perfect student, I just choose not to do any school work there were even days that I skipped school and went to the arcade. Then when they found out I simply told them to f***k off."

Macy: "Are you serious?"

Zachary: "Yep I even flipped them off they were so pissed at me but I didn't really care. Hell, I even dyed my hair blonde to prove a point. I told them that it's my life and I don't want them to control it."

Violet: "It doesn't surprise me that you would do something like that."

Zachary: "Well then after I started high school." He unties his tie and shows them the rope scar on his neck. "I tried to kill myself."

Macy: "Oh my god..."

Shadow is in the other side of the doorway overhearing them.

Shadow: "Wait? That's the same markings Carmine had. He told me he tried to kill himself so that would mean... No, I must be wrong."

A flashback to 1837 and Zachary is arguing with his parents.

Zachary's Mom: "Why on earth would you skip school again?! As much as we have to pay for you to attend the most elite high school in the state and yet you would do exact same thing you did in middle school!"

Zachary: "Because it's what you want not what I want! Why couldn't I go to a public school like all my friends did?!"

Zachary's Mom: "Because I want what's best for you Carmine!"

Zachary's Dad: "We want you to succeed in life son."

Zachary: "You just want me to be like you two! You know what!" He pulls out his middle finger. "F***k you both! I'm out of here!" He storms out of the house.

Zachary's Mom: "Carmine!"

Zachary's Dad: "Don't worry dear he just needed to let out some steam."

He went to the park and sat on a bench smoking a cigarette.

Zachary: "Damn them! Damn them both to hell! Who gives them the right to control me like a puppet?!"

Then Ray appears next to him.

Ray: "You shouldn't be smoking your still a kid."

Zachary: "Hm? Why should you give me a lecture? I'm older than you kid."

Ray: "I'm much older than you think."

Zachary: "Oh really? Why are you here?"

Ray: "That's because you're going to die."

Zachary: "What do you mean?"

Ray: "I'm God of Death I'm death itself. That means that if you can see me that means you're going to die."

Zachary: "Oh well it's better than living my life then."

Ray: "What? Most people would freak if they know that they're going to die."

Zachary: "Do you know how I'm going to die?"

Ray: "No I won't know until you die."

Zachary stands up.

Zachary: "You have to admit some people's lives are so miserable that they will honestly take death." He walks home and sees that his parents are gone. "Thank god they aren't here! I should just escape from all of this but running away isn't going to cut they'll just find me. Looks like I'll have to end it."

He went up to his room and grabs some rope and wrapped it around the board on the ceiling. He wrapped the rope on his neck and kicked the chair off from underneath him. As he is taking his own life one of the servants walked in to stop him.

Maid: "Oh my god! Master Carmine! Somebody help! Call an ambulance!"

Zachary (In narrative tone): "I knew I would have to go through the same mess over again so I tried to end it all but one of the maids came in stopped me from ending it all."

The other maids and servants stop him from committing suicide. The flashback ends and it's back to the present.

Macy: "Then what happened?"

Zachary: "I ended up stop going to school but that causing my parents to enlist me in the navy without my consent."

Tom: "Damn what rotten luck I heard the navy is brutal and most people who comes back ends up having post-traumatic stress disorder."

Zachary: "Well if I wasn't in the navy then I wouldn't have met my little princess."

Violet: "Your little princess?"

Zachary: "I may be a flirt but I don't toy with a girl's feelings she was the first girl I actually opened up to."

Shadow: "It's no doubt about it he is Carmine!"

Zachary: "So after that, I decided to leave the navy but there was a problem one of the cadets ended up selling me out. I thought I was going to die that day but I didn't."

In a flashback to four years ago, Zachary is on the run from navy admirals. One of the admirals shoots him the arm.

Christiana: "That's quite a injure."

Zachary: "What's a hottie like you doing here?"

Christiana: "Simple just doing my job it's the tenth client I had this month."

Zachary: "What do you mean?"

Christiana: "I'm an assassin I'm starting a group to get rid of sins in the country."

Zachary: "What does it have to do with me?"

Christiana: "I noticed how skilled you are well it's understandable since you were a navy cadet."

Zachary: "What's it to ya?"

Christiana: "Join my group."

Zachary: "If I say no."

Christiana: "Then you die but not by me but from the admirals hunting you down."

Zachary: "They think I killed one of the sergeants and I know I didn't! Someone framed me!"

Christiana: "What's your name?"

Zachary: "Carmine."

Christiana: "Not anymore."

Zachary: "What?!"

Christiana: "They are hunting a man name Carmine but he's already dead. Since you are going to be a different person, I advise you to take off those contact and get rid of the dye job on your hair blonde is not your color."

Zachary: "How did you know?"

Christiana: "It's obvious now take my hand so you can have a second chance in life."

Zachary takes her hand and decided to start a new life. The flashback ends and it's now the present.

Zachary: "If it wasn't for the boss then I would've been dead by now."

Tom: "So what was your real name?"

Zachary: "My real name was Carmine Ashton."

Macy: "Your Shadow's first love?!"

Zachary: "I had my reasons to keep it to myself besides it's not like she'll believe me she'll just think I'm messing with her."

Macy: "That's true and I haven't been in the group long."

Violet: "I pieced together so I'm not surprised."

Tom: "It was obvious the way he reacted when the twins were telling their story it gave it away."

Elsewhere Christiana and Meadow went where Carter is at.

Carter: "My my my! The last time I saw you Christiana was when you were just a middle school girl and look at you now your all woman now."

Meadow: "If you ever say that again I will kill you."

Carter: "Noted. Never again."

Christiana: "What do you want from us?"

Carter: "Well I can tell that you already know about my nephew."

Christiana: "The little boy."

Carter: "Yep anyways I found out something about his dad I had no idea about it. He was a demon hunter just like you two."

Meadow: "Is that so?"

Carter: "Yes when I was bringing some of the things in one of the closets one was lock and I found a key and it turns out that he had a bow and arrows for hunting he even had a journal on how his powers work. I guess he wrote them down because he must have known if he had a child then that child will inherit his abilities."

Meadow: "Who is his father?"

Carter: "Nicholas Montague."

Christiana: "Are you going to tell the little boy about your line of work?"

Carter: "When the time is right, he's still trying to figure his powers and from what he tells me he seems to be drawn to you."

Christiana: "It could be fate."

Carter: "Just try not to get him killed if my sister finds out that he died on my watch she'll kill me."

Meadow: "Whatever..."

Carter: "From what I can also tell he has demon proof his entire apartment.

Christiana and Meadow left and nearby River was by the doorway listening to their talk.

River: "So that explains why I touch the door my hand started to burn. Nicholas Montague, I've heard that name before he was a powerful hunter. He was able to predict any demon attack in every state he even traveled around the world to help other hunters and huntresses from other countries. He had other psychic abilities besides seeing to the future and past: telekinesis, levitate, drawing spirit energy from his hands to ordinary objects, and lastly teleportation. To think he had a son and he is next to me this whole time well I can't do anything now my cover will be blown I'll have to keep quiet about this."

The next day Austin and Seven went to the hospital to see Margaret before going to the room she's in they overheard an argument between her mom and her manager.

Manager: "I told you this would happen you kept pushing and pushing her to her limit! This how I lose my clients like these overbearing and bossy parents! I'm considering no longer taking in talent who are under nineteen."

Margaret's Mom: "I know what's best for her! Who do you think you are?!"

Manager: "Her manager well soon to be ex-manager!"

Margaret's Mom: "What?!"

Manager: "She decided to quit her career and be a normal kid again."

Margaret's Mom: "Like hell she is! She is not going to ruin me I mean us!"

Manager: "It's a good thing she is quitting while she's ahead! If she didn't, she would be like every other child star. I've seen some that were pushed too far because of their parents some end up having drinking problems by the time they are an adult; others will have drug addictions and eventually die from it. Margaret's a sweet kid and I hate for her to go through with that just every other child stars."

Austin: "We better get in her room before they see us."

The boys went into the room.

Margaret: "Austin! Seven! I'm glad to see you two! Especially you Seven."

Austin: "Okay I can take a hint."

Austin leaves the room and Seven is puzzled about it.

Seven: "Oh I thought that you and Austin are-"

Margaret starts to laugh.

Margaret: "Your pretty funny Seven but I'm not Austin's type of girl."

Seven: "What do you mean?"

Margaret: "He prefers tough girls you know tomboys but he rather like a cute tomboy."

Seven: (Thinking) "He sure has a particular type."

Margaret: "Besides your more my type."

She places her hand onto his and Seven starts to have a premonition. He sees her talking to The Sweepers.

Margaret: "Please I want to find out who's been sending me these creepy letters and kill whoever it is."

Christiana: "Your request is granted..."

Margaret: "Hey Seven are you okay?"

Seven: "Huh? Oh, I'm okay but are you okay? I mean you made a request with The Sweepers."

Margaret: "How did you know?"

Seven: "Your hand I recognized the mark."

Margaret: "Yeah that well I have my reasons to contact them."

Seven: "Look sorry for saying this but I know your mom is a major bitch but that doesn't mean you should have her killed."

Margaret: "It's not my mom honestly I don't even know who it is."

Seven: "What do you mean?"

Margaret: "I've been getting creepy love notes for two years now and I guess he thought I was having a relationship with my manager and well he started to send threatening notes saying if I can't have you nobody will."

Seven: "Ouch that terrible that man must be obsessed with you."

Margaret: "Oh um don't worry about my manager we're not a thing besides he's not into girls."

Seven: "What do you mean? Is he into men?"

Margaret: "Yep he has a boyfriend I never met him though."

Then someone walks into the room.

Willis: "Hey are you feeling better? Oh! I didn't know you had company."

Margaret: "Oh Seven this is Willis he is one of my closest friends."

Willis: "Hey."

Seven: "Yo. Well, I'll get going."

Margaret: "Do you have to?"

Seven: "Yeah I promised my friends I show them more around the city."

Margaret: "Okay then see you later..."

Just as Seven leaves the room he bumps into a suspicious man.

Seven: "I got a bad feeling about that guy."

Austin and Seven left the hospital.

Austin: "I hope Marine will be okay."

Seven: "Mhm..."

Austin: "I wonder if she really is ending her career."

Seven: "Mhm..."

Austin: "Hey why don't we go to that strip club I'm sure they won't check our identity cards."

Seven: "Mhm..."

Austin: "I knew it you're not even listening to me."

Seven: "Sorry Austin I was in a train of thought."

Austin: "About what?"

Seven: "That guy I bumped into at the hospital I got a bad vibe from him."

Austin: "What do you mean?"

Seven: "I just got a bad feeling it's like he isn't who he is."

Austin: "I think you've been watching too many mystery movies."

Later on, Margaret and her friend are leaving the hospital after she was released.

Lillie: "I'm glad that you're okay just be glad that you just passed out."

Margaret: "Yeah like I told you last week I'm ending my career soon."

Lillie: "How did your mom take it?"

Margaret: "I haven't told her yet..."

Lillie: "What? You gotta tell her."

Margaret: "Okay when?"

Lillie: "How about today?"

Margaret: "Today? I don't know I mean I..."

Lillie: "Today Margaret! If you don't, you'll regret it."

Then Zachary bumps into her.

Margaret: "Sorry I didn't see you."

Zachary: "It's cool anyways kid you ought do what you want not what everyone else wants you to do. After all, it's your life no one can control that."

He walks away.

Lillie: "Damn he's handsome!"

Margaret: "Yeah but I'm sure he's a bit too old for you. He called me a kid."

Lillie: "True..."

They went to their homes and Margaret found a note on her door.

Margaret: "Quitting your career won't stop me I won't give up until you pay my sweet violinist." She crumbles up the note. "Wait a minute." She opens the note and recognizes the handwriting. "Oh my god! Now I know who it is."

It is the next day and Seven went to meet up with Margaret's manager.

Manager: "So how come you wanted to meet with me for?"

Seven: "I was wondering if you know anything about who is sending Margaret those notes?"

Manager: "I honestly don't know it started about two years ago hell I tried to find out who it was last year and I had no luck."

Seven: "Oh..."

Manager: "Look I know what you're thinking and it's not me honest besides I'm not sure if Margaret told you this but."

Seven: "I know you prefer men."

Manager: "I guess she did tell you well if you want to find out who it is then start with those two guys that hangs out with her during her free time it could be one of them."

Seven: "Thanks for the information."

Seven left to find one of Margaret's friends Willis and sees him holding a note then taking it to where Margaret is staying at. Just as he is about to leave the note Seven catches him in the act.

Willis: "What the hell?!"

Seven: "Gotcha! So, it's you?!"

Willis: "You got it all wrong look I'm doing this because I'm being blackmailed."

Seven: "What?"

Willis: "Yeah well the thing is that you saw the guy who also came to visit Margaret."

Seven: "Yeah."

Willis: "His name is Mason and he blackmailed me to write those notes."

Seven: "Why would he blackmail you? What does he have against you?"

Willis: "It's because I cheated on my boyfriend a few months back."

Seven: "Ooh."

Willis: "I didn't mean to he was away for so long and I was so lonely I only slept with the guy once and that's it. That was the dumbest mistake I ever made and I regret it ever since."

Seven: "Well if it was just one time then you should have told your man that anyways he deserves to know the truth."

Willis: "Yeah your right."

Seven: "Anyways tell me about this Mason character."

Willis: "He is the one who is obsessed with my cousin."

Seven: "Cousin?"

Willis: "Yeah Margaret is the only one that knows about the mistake I made. Anyways Mason has been liking her for a while but he eventually became obsessed with her."

Seven: "Do you know where she is?"

Willis: "All I know is that she is meeting up with one of her friends I think it's Austin."

Seven: "You don't think."

He grabs his phone and called Austin.

Austin: "What's up Seven?"

Seven: "Hey are you with Margaret?"

Austin: "No I'm on my way to see how Marine is doing why?"

Willis: "What's wrong?! You look pale!"

Seven: "Austin said that he is going to see Margaret so that means... Listen Austin you better get there fast!"

Austin: "Okay!"

Both of them hang up their phones and Austin tries to get to Margaret as fast as he can.

Willis: "What's wrong?"

Seven: "I think she is going to confront that guy! We better get there now!"

They figured out where Margaret is elsewhere Margaret is confronting Mason at his house.

Mason: "Hm? Margaret, what are you doing here?"

Margaret: "Why did you do it?"

Mason: "What are you talking about?"

Margaret: "Why did you make Willis write these notes?"

Mason: "Notes? What notes?"

Margaret: "These notes." She throws the notes on the ground. "You're the one who's been sending these notes and making Willis write them."

Mason: "Your so cute when you're angry."

Margaret: "What?"

Mason: "If only you accepted my love notes sooner... maybe we could have been together..."

Margaret: "Huh?! AHH!!!"

He starts to choke her as she is gasping for air.

Mason: "We could've been together if only you didn't have your eyes on that kid. I guess if I can't have you then no one will."

He begins to choke her hard enough to kill her until Willis bust in and stop him.

Willis: "Stop it! Let her go!!" Mason releases her and Willis went to see if she's okay. "Hey, are you okay?"

Then Mason runs out of the door pushing Seven out of the way knocking him out just as Austin comes into the hotel floor and sees Seven knocked out.

Austin: "Hey Seven are you okay?! Seven!"

Seven astral projects himself to the direction where Mason is at.

Mason: "What the hell?! How did you get downstairs so fast?!"

Seven: "I happen to be a very fast runner." Seven tries to move the chair to the door using his telekinesis but is unable to move it. "I can't even move a chair in this state oh son of a-" His astral projection vanishes and he wakes up. "Bitch!"

Austin: "Why did you say that for?"

Seven: "Because when that guy pushed me, I must've hit my head pretty hard on the wall and it hurts."

Margaret: "What the? The mark is gone?"

Willis: "What mark?"

Margaret: "Oh... Nothing..."

Seven: (Thinking) "She must have paid them."

While Mason is on the run Christiana, Shadow, Angel, and Zachary appeared to him in their masks.

Zachary: "Look what we got here a plain old psychopath bastard. Well, then how should we kill him hm?"

Angel: "Death by sword."

Shadow: "No how about death by gun."

Zachary: "I was thinking death by an arrow in the head would work but that's not up to me. So, boss have you reach a verdict?"

Christiana takes her arm in front of her with her thumb out and turns her thumb down.

Christiana: "Death by sword." She takes her sword out and slashes him in half. "To think I had to kill another obsessive type."

It's the next day Seven and his friends are getting their stuff out of the apartment planning to go back home. Seven went to his room one last time for a while his uncle walks in to give him Nicholas' journal.

Carter: "Here kiddo."

He hands Seven the journal.

Seven: "What's this?"

Carter: "This from your old man. There are some more things he left for you but I already put them in the car I'm not sure what the other stuff is."

Seven: "What?" He opens the journal. "To my son, Seven read this on April 1, 1850, your birthday... How? How did he know my name? How did he even know that I exist?! How did he know when my birth date?!"

Carter: "It could be that he saw the future he must have saw your mom holding you as a baby."

Seven: "So I inherited his powers?"

Carter: "It looks that way I think you'll know more about him in that journal."

Seven: "Looks that way... Hm?"

He sees Shadow and Zachary watching him and they walked away.

River: "Hey Seven what's taking so long?"

Seven: "Oh nothing I was just in thought."

River: "Whatcha got there?"

Seven: "Oh just something my dad left behind for me."

River: "Is that so?"

Seven: "Yeah I guess I'll be able to know more about him."

Elsewhere Shadow and Zachary are on their way to the train station.

Shadow: "So that's the boy the boss was talking about?"

Zachary: "Looks that way. Welp knowing the others are waiting for us at the station."

Shadow: "Well I wanted to confront you about your identity. Why didn't you tell me that your Carmine?"

Zachary: "Because you wouldn't believe me."

Shadow: "True and anyways you look way better with white hair than with blonde."

Zachary: "Look at that time I was rebelling can you blame me? If you were in my shoes you would rebel too."

Shadow: "At least you have parents."

Zachary: "Sorry." He kisses her lips. "Didn't mean to bring you down my little princess."

Shadow: "We better get going."

They held each other hands and went to the train station. The group a board onto the train which is heading for their next location. At the meantime Seven and his friends are almost ready heading back home. Until Margaret walks up to them.

Margaret: "Hey! Austin! Seven!"

Austin: "Marine! You came just in time we were about to leave."

Margaret: "Yeah it's a good thing if I know you guys were leaving today, I would have given you a goodbye hug already."

She hugs Austin.

Seven: "Hey are you feeling better?"

Margaret: "I am I just left the clinic I wasn't hurt too bad anyways Seven thanks for convincing Willis to talk to his boyfriend."

Seven: "Oh it's no problem are they going to work it out?"

Margaret: "Yeah they are I tried to get him to confess before but he always chickened out at the last minute."

Seven: "Oh aren't you going to say hi to River?"

Margaret: "River? Who's River?"

Seven: "That guy over there." He points his finger to River's direction. "He told me that he's your cousin."

Margaret: "I never seen him before besides Willis is my only cousin. I think your friend over there was messing with you. Anyways I hope we'll see each other again."

Seven: "Someday."

He waves to her goodbye and went to lock the door to his apartment.

Margaret: "Seven's friend does look like someone who wanted to help with my violin playing years ago I guess it must have been his dad."

Seven left the building and went into the car.

Seven: "Hey River why did lie to me about being related to Margaret she told me that she has never seen you before?"

River: "Oh sorry I guess Austin never told you this but I tend to lie sometimes."

Seven: "No he didn't." (Thinking: "I got this bad feeling about River it's like he is hiding something big I guess I shouldn't worry about it too much.")

They are heading back to Rhinestone City and Seven will soon find out more about his dad and even find out more about his powers.
