2 Chapter 2_ getting inside

As I walk on down in the forest I can see the border in the distance. A large wall that seams to go on forever, all around the town. Borders are always heavily guarded, and covered in barbed wire. But I can always find a week spot.

I walk up to the border and stear up the wall.



A pipe. How stupider can these idiots even get! Unfortunately it's too rusty that it would brake. Plus, it's a bad idea to climb with an injured hand.

Welp I guess there are two options here!

Option 1~

Climb a tree, and jump onto the wall (hoping for the best) then get my rope, attach myself and walk down the wall. Then walk to the town.

Option 2~

Take out a guard, steal the uniform, sneak in and take a truck into town.

Option 2 would be faster.... But kinda risky. However it would be a bad idea to scale a wall with a bad hand.

So I guess sneak in it is then!

I turn my head from left to right and right again. Searching for my victim.

A girl. About 2 years older than me. Probably her part time job, to keep up the rent or something. Looks nervous. Keeps muttering to herself in a... Italian accent? If I'm not mistaken.

Well darling... Today is your lucky day.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH....

"I never really understood why my family hated me" I say out loud. As I slip on the army uniform. "I am who I am," I sling the rifle over my arm, "I just can't help it!" I adjust the cap which is slightly bigger than my head, "it's not like I'm going to change any time soon!"



I walk up to the one of the main gates. There are not many guards, but there's to many to make a run for it if something goes wrong. There are usually 3 main gaits at every border. Unless it's the capital. They only have one gate, it's always guarded 24/7/365 (24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year).

I tilt my cap forward to cover my face. I think I can get by, by having similar hair like the girl.

"Amy!? What are you doing hear so early!?" Says a middle aged man, "your shift doesn't end for 2 hours!"

Amy... So that's my name. "Ummm, I-I just feel nervous being a-around here," I stutter imitating the girls accent as accurate as possible, "y-you know I don't like being o-out here, i-it scares me."

"*Sigh* Ok go home early, but just this once." He said not suspecting anything.

"Thank you! Don't worry I'll make it up to you!" I give a cute smile, turn and start running towards the gate.

Welp that was easy. I get my pass out and show it to the guy, he istanly lets me in then I hop on to the nearest truck towards the city.
